Ways Of Revival

"Phi Tyme... what is this?" Great asked, looking troubled at the paper in his hand. On the paper, it was written 'WAYS OF REVIVAL'.

Getting up from his chair, Tyme rushed to Great and looked at the paper in his hand.

"Ways of revival? Did Ming Fang want to revive someone? " Tyme asked confused

"Revive? But whom did she want to revive ? She was still a kid when her parents di...  "

"HER PARENTS!!!!!" The two shouted in a voice and the two looked at each other defeated.

The revival technique was a forbidden one with a purpose, the one who tried slowly lost themselves. Hate and despair slowly eat them, and their soul will dissipate little by little. If Ming  tried this technique then this is the answer to all their questions.

A tear then ran from Great's eyes, Ming had not betrayed him, in her madness Ming  tried to resurrect her parents and her soul was eaten by hatred, the desire for revenge, and despair. As much as she could suffer alone, although he was with her, he was never near her. If he was next to her, he could have seen that Ming  was in pain. He always claimed that Ming  was his sister but if she was his sister, how could he not see that she was in so much pain? If he had known that Ming Fang wanted his parents back, then he would have stayed closer to her, he would have helped her to heal her wounds, and he would have been his mother and father, brother and friend. It would have been all for her, but he never knew. She always smiled in front of him, so how could he know?

"Noong, don't cry..." Tyme said tenderly, wiping away a tear that was relentlessly flowing down his face.

"But... It's my fault. Although I always said she was my sister, I still never understood her. If I had been closer to her then I would have known that something was wrong with her and I would have helped her. If I would have stayed close to her then Ming  wouldn't have lost her soul." Great mumbled between sobs and Tyme hugged him stroking his hair.

After Great calmed down, the two started looking for maps related to the revival and its stages. How far has Ming  come? Did she manage to revive her parents? Seeing that Ming  recorded everything she did, somewhere there must be maps with the evolution of what she tried.

********

"I'm back..." Bao Fang said, opening the door and getting stuck there for a moment. "What happened here, we were robbed?" she added, then looking aside she saw the two sleeping with a pile of papers in their hands.

Taking the papers from their hands, she placed them neatly on the table, then lifting Great, she took him to the next room where there was a bed and after placing him nicely on the bed and wrapping him, she went back to where Tyme was and brought him too, placing him next to Great, then returned to the library.

Looking through the papers that the two had in their hands, she was surprised. She didn't understand what was wrong there... It had nothing to do with fiery corpses, it was something else but what? Taking paper after paper from the table and the floor, she started to read them, and bit by bit she understood. In her attempt to revive her parents, Ming-Fang created tens of hundreds, no, thousands of corpses, but as the technology brings with it problems, she lost her soul among others, and in the end, she lost her purpose. Just like how Great almost killed Tyme when he cultivated resentment energy.

That time Great came back to himself because of Tyme but no one was there for Ming to bring her back. Now that so much time has passed, will it be possible for Ming  to be brought back? Tears started to fall down her cheek unknowingly. She was her auntie but never saw the pain in her heart. Maybe because she was too focused on raising Tyme, but she thought that Ming  had a family to take care of her at that time. The king and the queen always cared for her so she thought she would do her best to care for Tyme because it was her fault that he was alone. She never saw that Ming was feeling lonely either. Thinking about all this, Bao Fang fell asleep with her head on the table.

“Oh,  you brought us to bed but you are sleeping on the table, that's not nice master…ah, come, I will put you on the bed. Have rest tonight, I'm sure you are more stressed than anyone” Great said stroking Bao Fang's hair then grabbed her in his arms and took her into a room. After putting her comfortably he got out staying down at the table trying to find a new clue.

“You should come to sleep Nong, it's late, “ Tyme said, hugging him from behind, his head resting on his shoulder startling him .

“ I'll be back soon…” Great answered sweetly, grabbing his hand that was resting on his shoulder then started to read again.

Seeing that he didn't have any thoughts to go back, Tyme left to bring another handful of papers and stayed down beside him looking into them.  It seems that these were the steps of how to make a corpse with poison inside him. Looking at the data written on there they were long after she tried to resurrect her parents. That means she was already losing her soul a long time ago. Her heart was already full of hate and anger, resentment and bitterness.

Looking up, Tyme smiled, forgetting all his worries. Beside him, with his head in his hands, Great was sleeping soundly. He got up from his chair then grabbed him in his arms bringing him to bed, then sat down next to him . While stroking his hair and kissing his forehead, he fell asleep hugging him.

Waking up in the morning Great found  himself in Tyme's arms and he understood the fact that last night he was brought to bed by him. Staring at him a smile appeared on his face. He would always be thankful to his love because that's what kept her strong. Getting up from the bed he went to the library where he met Bao Fang.

"You wake up..." Bao Fang said, raising her eyes from the papers she was checking .

She had found some new information, it seems that a person who wanted to use the revival technique needed a great amount of pure spiritual energy and the same amount of resentment energy.

“Yes…what are you looking at?”

“I was looking around and found these papers. Did you know that to use the revival technique you need pure spiritual energy? and you need lots of it.” Bao Fang said, looking into the papers from her hands and Great came closer.

“Pure spiritual energy? he said surprised more for him than for the other. Then a thought struck her.
