Been super busy, but here I am.

It took Bella just a little longer than it would have any other day, but one she was done, it was worth it. She looked really beautiful. She had teased her hair up and put on a short red dress. She kept on flats, which was a smart idea for her. I took her to a small diner in Port Angeles. Not very fancy, but for Bella it was perfect. It reminded me of England in the early 1900's.

I ordered a glass of wine and a small salad so nto to attract suspisions. Bella ordered a mushroom ravioli. We sat in silence for several minutes, then my phone rang.

"Sorry, I'm on call. I forgot." I told her before excusing myself.

"Hello, Carlisle. It's Officer Grant. Do you know where I can find Bella?"

"Uh, yes, she is here with me, why?"

He sighed heavily. "Charlie's missing."
