Karai screams as falls through the air. Suddenly Karai feels someone grabbing her then red smoke covers her and she was no longer falling but she now in a small apartment.

"Senpi are you okay ?" Her unknown savior asks in a Japanese accent. Karai however regonized it as she looks up at her savior.

Karai’s eyes widen as she sees her again.

"Shini ?!"

11 years ago,

Shini remembers being crawled up against the wall. The young girl shivers as cold wind blows against her skin. She holds her twisted wrist in pain. She just barely escaped the two thugs after a mysterious old women had saved her. As Shini sat there she could sense one's sadness near by. Curious takes over Shini  as gets up from her spot and walks over to an ally where she senses another girl her age.

She sees an young girl her age, crying. The girl had short black hair and  chocolate brown eyes. Shini walks up to the girl and places a comforting hand on her shoulder. The girl looks up at Shini, her eyes clouded with tears. Shini sits next to Karai, giving her comfort.

Karai hugs Shinigami, crying with tears of joy. Shinigami holds Karai close to her.

"I can't believe it's you" Karai whispers.

"It's me" Shinigami whispers.
