*My POV*

We were back at the edge of the tank. "Okay. It's show time." I said as I gave the kids the signal. 

*3rd POV*

Ella, Ricky, Lily and Annabel swam to give the signal. "Now, go for it." Ella and Lily said happily as all of them began blowing the ink inside. 

*My POV*

"Yeah, yeah, that's it, that's it. Get it all over you. We gotta make sure the humans think we're a fin away from a fish fry." Jimbo said as we were all making sure we were covered in ink. "Mira es peligroso, don't overdo it, okay? It could be toxic." Alanna said as Jimbo swam off to give the humans an idea.

*3rd POV*

Two humans were enjoying themselves as a waiter came over to pour their drinks. Suddenly, Jimbo slammed against the glass. "Whoa. What's going on?" The male asked. "Something's wrong with that fish." The female said as she pointed at it. "Maybe it's part of the show." The male said. "You think so?" The woman said concerned. 

Alanna laughed. "Look at that Jimbo." Alanna said. "He is certainly dramatic enough." Manuel said smiling.

| Somewhere else |

A group of humans were eating elsewhere when a young boy noticed everything. "Momma, look. It's like a...it's like a scary movie." The boy said. "There is something wrong here." The woman responded concerned. "Wow, it's cool." The boy said. "No, no, no. It is not. Let's go, sweetie." The woman said as she, the boy and the man walked away.

*My POV*

Chris, Sammy, Ray and I just watched this happen. "They're going for it. We're going to be out of here in no time at all." Ray said as we fin bump.

*3rd POV*

Some fish were laying on their backs to do the job of playing dead. "Big D. You sure you don't want to change your mind?" Marco asked. "Oui, boss. What are you going to do without us?" Philip asked. "Oh, you think you two are irreplaceable? *scoffs* Think again. In any case, they ain't outta here yet." Big D said. 

| Outside the tank |

"Keep it coming. More, more, more." Lily said as Annabel began helping. Ella chuckled. "Good work Annabel." Ella said.

| Back inside |

"Mi amor? Where are you, mi amor? I can't see you." Manuel said. "Manuel. Estoy aqui." Alanna said which caused Manuel to swim to her quickly. "Oh. it feels like the dark cave where we first met. Do you remember?" Alanna asked. "How could I forget?" Manuel said before Jax coughs. "The eyes. The eyes. They can't see me. This is fantastic." Jax said as they stared after Jax.

*My POV*

We were on our backs and the humans started to notice. "Look at the mess in the tank." A woman said. "They look dead." A woman responded. "They're all on their backs." Another man said. "Yo, funny fish. You ain't laughing now, are you?" Big D asked Toots. "Big D, the humans are supposed to open the doors. I'm starting to feel kinda woozy." Toots said. 

"You should've all listened to me." Big D said a human was in the tank checking before he swam up to the surface. "So, what is it?" A woman asked. "I think it's oil." He responded. "Oil?" A man asked. "Please, please people. What's happening?" The boss asked confused. "The oil is killing the fish." A female responded.

"Holy cow." The man responded. The ink was starting to get to everyone. "Some of the fish don't look too good." Ray said. "Any longer and we won't need to fake it." Chris said. I coughed slightly. "Hang on, guys, we'll be out of here soon." Sammy said. "He's right about you getting' outta here. In body bags. Let's see how you get outta this mess." Big D said laughing. 

"I actually like this stuff." Big D said before blowing a ring of black smoke towards Jimbo, who immediately got up. "Plan B. Time to act." Jimbo said. Sammy, Chris, Ray and I tried to stop him, but he leaped out of the water. Jimbo leaped out of the water as he flopped around. The boss got Jimbo on a dustpan.

"I'll deal with it." The boss said before putting Jimbo in the trash. "Et voila, problem solved." The boss said. A lot of people were glaring at him in disbelief. "Wait, wait, wait, wait. Sweets anyone?" The boss said before a strong man banged his hands on the counter. Which caused the sweets to go in the air, but the man grabbed the boss. 

"This guy is a joke. Enough of this nonsense." The strong man said. "Let go of me. There's nothing I can do." The boss said. "There is a solution. You need to open the emergency doors." The female said. "Have you lost your mind? All the fish will escape." The boss said. "If you don't, they die." The female said. 

"I will get fired. No way." The boss said as he cowered behind the counter. But all the people were clamoring. The strong man got through the small entrance, and everyone began cornering the boss. "Please. Stop, stop! I must call the owner first. Wait. I've got an idea. Happy hour for everyone. Drinks on the house." The boss said.

"Free drinks?" A man asked as everyone went towards the bar for some free drinks as the waiters began working. "Ever since the turtles, mermaid and merman showed up, the drama level around here has gone sky-high." Rosie said as the female from earlier was crying and the strong man was comforting her. "I'll wager you two mackerels they are involved." Maurice said. 

Ray and I coughed. "Sammy. There's too much ink." I said. "We should call it off." Ray said. "It's too late. They can't hear us, and they'll never be able to see us." Sammy said.

*3rd POV*

A waiter and the strong man were kinda doing the same thing. The waiter was making a drink, while the strong man was shaking the boss. Whatever the waiter did to the drink, the strong man did to the boss. The waiter took the cap off the drink, and the strong man took the bosses hair off. 

"Ahh! That's my hair!" The boss said. The waiter was pouring the drink, while the strong man was shaking all the stuff out of the boss. "Ah. How do you like this?" The strong man asked. "Okay, okay. I'll do it." The boss said as he put his hands on his bald head. The boss put the key in and turned it so it could give him access to the button. When it did, he pushed the button. 

| At the doors |

The doors started opening. "Freedom!" Albert said happily as they all swam out. 

| With the Guard |

The guard was asleep till he was awake and saw the screens all red. "What the...." The guard said.

*My POV*

"The doors are opening." A man said. Ray, Chris, Sammy and I were grinning as we were drained out. 

*3rd POV*

The guard got the screens back to normal and saw the squids squirting ink. "Oh, no. I have to stop this." The guard said as he rapidly pushed a button.

| Outside |

Ella, Ricky and Lily cheered. "Yippee! Here they come!" Lily said as the three of them began swimming towards the entrance. The humans were celebrating. The man from earlier, and found Jimbo. "Hey, I thought I recognized you." The man said. 

| Inside |

Inside the office, the strong man was still comforting the crying woman. The boss went to press the button, but the strong man stopped him with a growl and a glare. "Boss. Security here. You gotta stop. It's not..." The guards voice came through but it was cut off. "Oh, what the....I need to check on something. I'll be right back." The boss said before running off to check on security. 

He saw the screens on what's really causing this. "This is not possible. I have been tricked. I need to close the doors. Where's security when I need them? Huh? What a nightmare! Holy tandoori." The boss said as Lulu appeared in the vents glaring at the boss. He jumped on the boss, and began taking care of the boss. 

| Outside |

Philip and Marco were swimming away from the tank peacefully. "Ah, so what are we going to do now, Philip?" Marco asked. "I always wanted to see New Jersey." Philip said. "You're kidding. New Jersey? Seriously?" Marco asked. "Absolument." Philip said before they both laughed. "Which way is it?" Philip asked. "I have no idea." Marco admitted. 

| Inside |

The boss was screaming as he had Lulu on his head, a vacuum around him and a bucket on his foot. "You're pinching! You're pinching me!" The boss said as Lulu kept playing with him. The diver saw this. Lulu saw the diver. "Hold still, boss." The diver said but the boss was yanked back by the vacuum causing him to send the bucket on the divers head, which caused Lulu to fly into the air.

"Retreat and maintain a fallback position." Lulu said before he fell into the water, and headbutted Termaine's iced self. 

*My POV*

"Come on everyone, hurry." Sammy said. "Move it! Move it!" Chris and Ray said. "Hey, look. There's Alanna and Manuel." I said. "What are you two waiting for? They could close the doors any time now." Sammy said. "We're not going." Alanna said as she and Manuel smiled at us. "Say what?" Ray asked confused.

"In here it's just me and mi amor. Makes us feel kind of especial." Manuel said. "Well, I guess that's one way to look at it." Ray said and he chuckled. "But the four of us prefer living in the wild." Chris said as the four of us wrapped our arms/fins around each other's shoulders. "Oh, it's going to be la vida locian here, too, with Big D around." Alanna said.

*3rd POV*

The boss stumbled into his office, and fell to the ground. He pushed the button to close the door. 

*My POV*

The four of us, watched as the gate slowly closed. "I hope everyone made it." I said softly. "You should go before you get stuck in here again." Manuel said. "You know, we're gonna miss all of you." Alanna said. "Take care and tell Big D that brother needs to chill out." Ray and Chris said as we began swimming away. 

But we heard a voice. "Hello, crustacean coming through. Hold that dang door for us." A familiar voice said. "Wait, wait. Hold on, guys, isn't that..." I said as we saw Lulu. "Hurry. We've got to hold the door." Sammy said as the four of us began trying to hold the door. "Watch it, guys, you're gonna get crushed." Ray said as we all tried holding it.

"Andale Lulu! He's not going to make it." Alanna said as we were still struggling. "Stand clear and hold onto your shells. Touchdown." Lulu said before the four of us closed our eyes, but we heard nothing, and we opened them. "Ah, little help here." Lulu said before the ice broke and Termaine was free.

"Woo-hoo! Yeah! I'm alive. I'm alive. I'm alive. Am I alive?" Termaine asked as he looked at himself to make sure. "'Bout as live as a grenade in a China shop." Lulu said. "It's good to see you, Lulu." Sammy said as we all were smiling. 

*3rd POV*

Albert was thanking the squid. "Thank you. It feels so good to be free. Thank you so much for helping us." Albert said before swimming down and finding Ricky, Ella and Lily. "Hi, kids." Albert said causing them to turn around. "Have you seen our grandfathers and Lily's parents?" Ella asked hopefully.

"Yeah, they were incredible. They're probably still inside, making sure everyone gets out." Albert said. "That sounds like Grandpa." Ella said. "Oh, here's Jimbo." Lily said noticing Jimbo. Ella and Lily swam towards him. "He's a funny fish." Ricky said before he started following Ella and Lily. Jimbo hit the ground and hit the ground, looking dead.

"He's playing dead again." Ricky said. "What's with him?" Albert asked confused. "Open up those big eyes." Ella and Lily said. "Jimbo, it's us. Wake up." Ricky said. 

*My POV*

Sammy, Chris, Ray and I saw Ricky fly up. "Ricky." Sammy said, before Ella and Lily swam up. Ricky swam towards Ray, Ella swam towards Sammy while Lily swam to Chris and I. "Grandpa!" Ella said happily as she made it to Sammy. "You did it!" Sammy said hugging her. "Oh, my baby!" I said happily as Chris and I held Lily close.

"Mommy! Daddy!" Lily said happily. "You kids were awesome." Ray said as he hugged Ricky. "I think we have a problem." Albert said. "Grandpa, Jimbo's not moving." Ella said and we frowned. "Swim aside. I've had some combat training." Lulu said before he just straight up hit Jimbo. "Okay, okay, we all know about your dead story. Wake up, Jimbo." Ray said. 

"Come on, soldier. Look lively. We done won the battle. Now fall in." Lulu said. "Hold on. I know what to do. Give me some room here, Lulu. I've seen humans do this to swimmers on the beach." Sammy said before he started doing CPR on Jimbo. "Come on, Jimbo. Come out of it. No need to fake it. We made it out." Sammy said. 

"I'm afraid Jimbo is not coming back." Albert said sadly. Ella sobbed a little as I held her, Ricky and Lily close. "Move over, Sammy. Let me work some magic." Chris said as he put some spikey things on Jimbo. Jimbo shoots up and screams in pain. "Woo-hoo! Geez, what's with all the looks? Somebody die?" Jimbo asked.

"You did." Ray said as we shook the spikes off our heads. "You gotta stop with this dead business. One of these days, somebody's gonna fillet your butt before you come back to life." Chris said. Termaine laughs. "Are yous kidding me, huh? Look at that mook. Fillet material he is not." Termaine said before Jimbo flung him, causing him to hit Lulu.

"Hey, Lulu, doll, give me some claw, huh? That was a stand-up thing you done for me back there." Termaine said. "Oh, gosh golly, it was nothing. What you talkin' about, Bubba? I did all the heavy liftin'. Oh come on, what was I, in a coma?" Lulu asked through his claws. We laughed. "Still crazy as ever." Sammy said. 

"Hey, here they are." Albert said noticing something. "Our saviors." Albert said. Margaret and Annabel came towards us. "Thanks for your help." Chris said. "No problem." Margaret said. Ricky, Ella and Lily swam towards Annabel and Lily held the three of them close. "That's what friends are for, right?" Annabel asked.

"Well, my friends, what do you say we get outta here?" Sammy asked and we nodded happily. "Oh, yeah. The sooner this place is a distant memory, the better. Besides, I need to get back to my baby boo." Ray said as we all laughed. "You know what I mean?" Ray asked us. Sammy, Chris and I cleared our throats smiling. "I think we do. Welcome back, Ray!" We said happily as Ray winked at us.

| Time skip |

We were soon back home, back on the island we claimed as home. "Ooh, what do we have here? Dinner time." A seagull asked as he flew towards us since Ricky and Ella were on the beach. Lily was walking with them as Chris, Sammy and I were in the front and Ray was in the back. We looked around happy to be back home.

"Hey, Brian." One of the other seagulls said causing that one to headbutt a tree. "These turtles get a free pass." The bird said. "Are you guys kiddin' or what? That's some good eatin' down there." Another bird said. "Look closer, bird brain. They're the ones that got me off that boat. I say, off limits." He said. 

Shelly rushed towards Sammy. "Oh, sure. My bad." The bird responded as Chris and I held Lily close. I ignored the birds and we sat down next to Sammy and Shelly. Shelly picked Ella up and they hugged happily. Rita rushed to Ray. "Oh, Ray, honey." Rita said happily as she basically tackled him. 

Ricky made his way over to them. "Look at them, acting like kids with a crush on each other." Shelly said as she kept holding Ella. Rita was kissing Ray's cheek happily. "Looks like somebody's getting crushed all right." Sammy said. Ricky was on Rita as he laughed. "You okay, Grandpa?" Ricky asked as Rita looked at him happily too.

The birds were just watching us. We were finally home, the place were we can all be a family and not worry about each other. I could tell by Sammy and Shelly's looks they were about to kiss so I covered Lily's eyes as she giggled. Chris held both of us close. Ella knew too, so she giggled and covered her eyes. They both looked at her before leaning in.
