They just returned from a nice relaxing vacation at Sebastian's house. It had been two weeks since Jake was kicked out and Sebastian was hoping that Jake's parents changed their minds.

He knocked. Carol opened the door. "May we all talk. Please. Just a civilized conversation. No yelling."

Jake was surprised that his mother nodded. He was surprised she even opened the door. She let them in. They sat in the den. It was where guests were brought to, uninvited guests and salespeople.

Carol sat beside Corey. He didn't look happy. Corey looked like Jake. He would be hot if he wasn't such a hotheaded bigot.

"What could you say to us?" Corey was still pissed. He didn't want a fag in his house. He was crushed that his son was gay! He had so many plans for him.

"I wanted to talk. Jake has been staying with me. I need to ask about his future. What are your plans with him?" Sebastian had to ask.

"We don't have plans with him. He is no longer our...problem!" Corey was done. He looked at Carol. "Give him the papers."

Carol was fighting tears. She loved her son but she was loyal to Corey. "Here." Her hand was shaking. "I was going to have them delivered."

Sebastian looked at them. "What is this?"

"We are signing away our parental rights to whomever wishes to sign this. They will be his legal guardian until he turns eighteen. Just sign this and he is your problem." Corey sounded harsh. He didn't even look at Jake. "I will have all the copies sent to you also."

Sebastian stared. "What? I came here to find out...you are ditching him!" He stood up. "This is one of the best kids I have ever had the privilege to talk to! He is funny and honest. May I have my lawyer look at this?"

"There are no loopholes, Mr. Shaw. We have no intentions of trying to take him back. I have a scanner. Can you scan them have him read them right now?" Corey was on top of this.

Sebastian nodded and pushed a button on his phone. He's lawyer was in his office already and agreed to go over the papers. His lawyer was waiting for the copies. Corey scanned the papers and sent them to Sebastian's lawyer.

Jake was hurt. "Why are you being like this?"

Corey glared and tossed five different magazines at Jake. A couple slid off the table. Jake picked one up and looked at it. It was a stupid rag that Sebastian was talking about.

There were pictures of Jake and Cooper holding each other on the sea otter boat, a couple of the beach, some of them in the water goofing around, some kissing, one where they were laying on the sand holding hands.

There was the night pictures that he knew Louis took. He was kissing Cooper and he was laying on Cooper on the sand. There was a cool one where he was licking marshmallow off Cooper's fingers. He was proud of that one. Jake smiled. These were nice pictures that he hadn't seen yet.

"You are flaunting you sin in our face and now everyone on the planet knows! We are so embarrassed!" Carol was in tears. Corey refused to look at him.

Jake glared and stood up. "This wasn't about you! I love Cooper and I have since I was ten! This is who I am and I won't be shamed for it. I love a guy! We have sex all the time! I lost my virginity to Cooper and I don't regret it. I am gay and no one cares but you!"

Corey stood up and was about to punch Jake.

Sebastian stood between them. He glared at Corey. "Everyone sit until my lawyer is done." Sebastian was calm and didn't take his eyes off Corey. Jake sat and looked at the magazines. They talked about Sebastian Shaw on vacation with his friend, his nephew and his nephew's lover. Jake loved that Cooper was his lover. He wondered if that was Louis' doing.

There were some of Sebastian and Ivy but nothing intimate. They looked like they were friends. Jake thought it was interesting that Sebastian knew how to do that. They made out almost the whole sea otter trip but there wasn't a single picture of them kissing.

Sebastian's phone vibrated and he read the text. He inhaled and looked at Corey. "Give me that fucking paper!" Sebastian signed the three places and printed his name, nice and neat. He wanted it to be large and legible "I will be happy to be his father!"

"Do you have a piece of paper? I will give you my other address, send a copy to both." Sebastian was furious with these people.

He looked at Corey. "If I was violent, I would punch you!" Sebastian glared at Corey. "Come on, Jake." He pulled him to stand.

Jake dropped his hat on the floor. His mom made it for him for his birthday and he made eye contact with his mom. He was done with them also. Sebastian took Jake and led him from the house and down the block. He stopped walking and sighed. He turned to Jake.

"I am so sorry!"

Jake was close to crying. His parents just rejected him and kicked him out of their life. Sebastian pulled him in for a hug. This was a surrounding, all encompassing hug.

"I will not let you go. Got that. Is it okay that you are stuck with me?"

Jake nodded but he couldn't talk. He just held on to his father. "Thanks!" He whispered it.

"Always, Jake. Whatever you need. Got it?" He felt Jake nodded. He held on until Jake backed away. "Let's walk." Sebastian pulled him close and walked to the corner store.

It was a little shop but it had ice cream. He bought three gallons and Cooper found himself smiling. Sebastian pulled five magazines and plopped them on the counter. Jake smiled and carried them two blocks home. Jake felt better as they walked into Sebastian's apartment. "We brought ice cream!"

Cooper and Ivy were sitting on the couch talking. Cooper was excited about a baby and worried about Jake. What if his parents didn't take him back but worse, what if they did and he wasn't allowed to see him again! He was freaking out when Jake and Sebastian walked in.

Cooper jumped up and rushed to Jake and hugged him. Tight. Jake just closed his eyes and took a breath as he hugged Cooper back.

"What happened?" Ivy walked to the kitchen and found bowls.

"We are celebrating!" Sebastian smiled. "It seems I have a son!" He told Ivy about signing guardianship papers.

Ivy stared. "Those fucking sons of bitches!" She was furious. "They are lucky that I'm pregnant or I would waltz over there and kick the shit out of both of them!"

She stormed up to Jake and wrapped around him. "You are part of this family, Jake. There is no escape. If you and Cooper break up, you will have to deal with things. I will never let you go. Do you understand?"

Jake smiled. "You are intense!"

Cooper laughed. "She is! Easy, Mom!" He smiled at Jake as Ivy let go. She sat by Sebastian.

"So, I get to keep you!" Cooper was thrilled.

Jake smiled. "I guess so!"

Cooper kissed Jake hard and it was out of control and they were entwined.

"Hey! Ice cream and we are right here!" Sebastian laughed. "Jake is a badass!" He told them what he said to his ex-parents.

"Oh my gosh! You told them you lost your virginity to me!" Cooper was impressed.

Jake laughed. "I did. They tossed magazines at me like some kind of accusation and we bought them! They're from the vacation. They're nice." He gave Cooper a couple to look at.

Cooper saw the marshmallow picture. "We are framing this one!" He smiled.

"What were you doing?" Sebastian had to ask.

Jake smiled. "I was licking marshmallow off his fingers, slowly. It was hot but I was hoping Louis was around for the picture and he was. That was just to piss them off. I had to apologize for that one."

Cooper shook his head. "No need." He touched Jake's face. "I am buying a stock in condoms and Marshmallows!"

"We are going to have to have rules!" He watched the boys. "You will have nothing to rebel against if we don't."

"Sebastian!" Ivy was shocked and had no idea what to do.

"Well, I don't know. If we get married, Jake and Cooper will live in the same house...I mean down the road! You are having my baby! We are going to all live in the same house! Your son and my son are dating or something. What rules can we make? Don't make out at the table!" He chuckled.

"No sex! Ever!" Ivy sighed.

Cooper started laughing. "Uh, sure."

Sebastian laughed. "Oh, Ivy!"

"What?"

"You say that and they will have sex non stop in every room just because they can!" He smiled. "I was a teenage boy once! My friend, John Coats, dated this one girl, well, dated is not really the word. They fucked all the time!"

"She was supposed to be his tutor! She did teach him a lot but nothing about Social Studies or Spanish! She was a great tutor for three years!" He smiled. "Until her boyfriend caught them."

"Sebastian!" Ivy laughed. "That is not helping!"

"I know! I am the worst father!" He smiled.

"Or the best!" Jake smiled. Sebastian just laughed.
