THE TRIAL VERDICT
Henry Graves, the husband of Wendi Graves and father of Lavina and Aslan Graves, 17, was given a death verdict for the murder of his wife and the innocent three, as well as the attempted murder of his oldest daughter.
The jury's death verdict came from the testimony of Lavina, who walked in on her father standing over the body of Wendi Graves and then being attacked with the same kitchen knife used to kill her mother. Lavina only survived because a neighbor saw their altercation through the open front door and called the police as she fought off her father.
