Periods can be rough sometimes

You may just feel like you want to cry

Or, throw yourself in a ball of emotions.

That's what a period is.

It's nothing but you're emotions.

The one that you bubble up inside and try to hide from other people close to you.

From people that care and love you and try to help
you.

You know that they can't cause you have to face this alone.

You have to face this alone.

All by yourself.

You have to take that big step out there,

Into the great unknown.

But know that you'll be followed

By what us females dread most,

And unless your pregnant,

Your period still finds a way to get you.
