Emotions sometimes can be a bitch

An emotion can come from no where

One moment your happy

The next, sad or angry

I had enough of emotions

So I tend to bottle them up

Breakdowns can lead to you screaming

Screaming into your pillow at 4, 5 o clock in the morning

Then the next thing you know you can hardly breathe

An anxiety attack just happened

Recently to me

Because of emotions

Emotions are really a curse sometimes
