Height in this world is very in right now.

The height on average of a girl

Is five foot four inches.

So, short am I at four feet and eleven inches.

Teachers need to be tall,

Only to speak to their grade.

Teachers don't need to be short,

Only to be picked by students, it's a shame.

There once was a teacher,

A bright young woman was she,

Shorter than the average.

Four feet or such, like me.

She was picked on.

She was looked down on as a teacher.

She left the school from an incident.

She was treated like a student.

Short I am.

A teacher I shall be nonetheless.

It is a dream I own.

It is a dream I will confess;

Though it may be dumb.

It is not to try.
