The final chapter

We were flashed to camp, sun was shining brightly, and everything looked like it did when things were normal, before I was cursed to the island. Campers looked at the other four in shock, and looked at me in curiosity, which I didn't blame them.

"Glad to see you've all- Perseus?" Chiron asked incredulously, jaw dropping. Chaos hadn't come with us, gave us a one way ticket back to camp.

"Yes sir." I said, smiling. I heard people that I used to know whisper, asking where they knew the name from. I decided to address them all. "Most of the people I knew called me Percy." I smiled, and looks of recognition and happy faces appeared, and some tackled me in hugs, which I was not used to, after all this time, only got a few hugs.

"How did you get back?" Chiron asked be in bewilderment, he hasn't even given me a proper welcome back.

"Chaos, and he said I was never going back despite what the gods say." Chiron's saw was slack, he was surprised.

"Well, welcome back my boy." He smiled, giving me a hug. "What are you going to do now that you are back?" Chiron asked, and I already knew.

"I'm going to get the gods to take away my partial immortality and then join my loved ones in the Elysium." I said surely, and they all looked at me in shock.

  "Why?!" Leo asked incredulously.

"As I told Jason and Annabeth before you and Piper came, I'm done living. I've been so miserable for so long, and I've wanted to die. I've been wanting to die longer than any of you truly understand." I sighed heavily, looking around and remembering all the memories I've made.

"But you finally got of the island! You can be happy now!" Jason insisted desperately, and I looked at him.

"I can never be happy. Not like I was. I'm nothing without Miss or Amaya, I can see my mother in the after life, Paul, my little sister, many of my previous lovers." I said while smiling, but I didn't advert my eyes from Jason until I finished saying that.

"And if the gods don't take your partial immortality?" Annabeth asked curiously and worriedly. She cared more than she let on, which was fine by me. Annabeth was the first heart break of my life, and that taught me a lesson, some others taught me lessons to, but most were just to hurt.

"I get Chaos involved. No is not an answer I'll take, I'll kill the gods if I have to." I growled angrily.

"If your going to die, I am to." Leo said surely, and I was surprised, everyone around us was, I think the ones that looked the most hurt were Jason and Piper, and Leo turned to confront them. "We've been nothing but puppets to the gods since they put Percy on the island and I'm sick of the wars." He said.

"I agree with Leo." Piper said quietly, nodding at me. "We can't abandon this world unless we die and I'm sick of watching everyone I create a bond with die of old age!" She said, standing by Leo.

"I'm not losing another friend." Annabeth said, nodding at Piper, who smiled.

"You know what, screw the gods." Jason smiled. Wow, so we're all just telling the entire camp we're killing ourselves, fantastic.

"Agreed." I heard a familiar voice say from behind me, which surprised me. When I turned around, I saw Hazel, and when she said that, I saw Frank frown, holding her hand.

"Same, there has been way to many wars in our life times." Frank agreed, and we all stood in a circle.

"Great to see the 7 back together again, talking about giving up our lives and killing ourselves, but back together." I chuckled, and I looked at. Chiron, who had tears rolling down his cheeks as he looked at us all sadly. He's hearing the people he views as family all say they are done with life.

"Chiron," I started, walking up to him, "I'm sorry about this, but being an immortal was never for any of us, while they thought at the time maybe they thought they could change the gods, only they know." I said gently, and he nodded, clearly his throat.

"I'll miss each of you dearly." He said, wiping his tears quickly, looking at me. "And I will continue to miss you." He said to me, looking at me sadly. He also turned his back on me from the start.

"You turned your back on me from the very beginning, back in the 2000's." I said. Wow those years seem ancient. "You shouldn't miss me." I said quietly, and backed away from him. "What would get the gods attention?" I said curiously before an idea sparked in my head, and I grabbed a war axe, grinning.

I walked up to the Zeus cabin, smirking. "Sorry about your cabin, Jason." I shrugged, and swung the axe, which took out a big chunk of the wall, and I shrugged. "Needed reconstruction anyways." I shrugged harmlessly.

"Who dares!" Zeus started to shout after he had flashed down here, but then his eyes landed on me and he stopped on his tracks, and suddenly the other Olympians flashed, also looking at me in shock.

"I dare, Zeus." I said, tossing the war axe to the ground and walking to them. "Don't try to send me back Zeus, Chaos sent me back here." I growled and he looked even more shock.

"There is such thing as an iris message." A newer member of the Olympian council grumbled, and I smiled casually.

"What do you need?" Athena asked.

"Take away my immortality." I ordered dangerously.

"Why?" Zeus asked incredulously, like he couldn't believe someone didn't want to live forever.

"Because I'm done with life! I'm tired, Zeus, and I want to rest." I said sadly at the end, nobody spoke.

"And we want out of immortality to." Leo spoke up bravely, standing by me, the others following. The gods, Titans, primordials, whoever was there stared in amazement, the gods with children looked at their kids in shock, and sadness.

"You put them through to much war and battles and now they are done with life!" I growled angrily.

"We aren't going to argue. You may all have your immortality taken away." Zeus sighed heavily. I was expecting an argument, or a civil war or something, but no, he just complied. With a snap of his fingers, I felt no different, but I knew I was no longer immortal. I was finally free of my curse, no longer to fall in love, or none of my emotions taken away, and no longer immortal.

  "Thank you." I smiled softly.
