"Perseus," Chiron said and I got nervous, waving slightly.

"Chiron, sir. It's been a while." I smiled. I was to nice sometimes. I was told that often by my visitors, but I never changed. Although every time ended in heartbreak, I could never be mean to people who landed on the island. They were forced to leave their loved ones, and they left when they left.

"It certainly has, hasn't is." He smiled. He hasn't changed, but a lot has. There were many new campers, and a lot looked familiar, probably made immortal. I recognized some as visitors from my island, and I hid nervously. Why were so many made partial immortal? "Come in, its cold out." Chiron insisted and we went inside the big house.

"Thank you. So I heard there is a war going on?" I asked and he nodded.

"Yes, not a lot wanted to get you involved, but the gods wanted you to lead the war." Chiron said and I grimaced.

"I do not and cannot fight anymore. And if I have any say, there won't be a war, I'm going to figure something else out." I said surely.

"Boy, when it comes to evil forces, sometimes fighting is the only course of action." Chiron said tensely. They think I'm a child, they think I don't know what I'm talking about because I've been in the same environment for a long time.

"They all have a conscious and can see common sense. I'm sorry for my disrespect but the gods first instinct is to attack the enemy when it is their fault they have enemies." I said.

"And how is that." Chiron said more than asked.

"They thought they were stronger than the primordials and banned the primordials from having affairs with mortals or interfering with any mortals. They couldn't even leave their realms." I explained and Chiron shook his head.

"Perseus, that isn't how it was." He said.

"Then tell me why most have taken refuge in Tartarus? Most primordials, titans and monsters had made their home there because the gods couldn't come to a truce with anyone else. If they weren't gods, they were evil." I claimed, standing up. Chiron looked at me in shock. "Whatever the gods told you was wrong." I said surely.

A knock was heard on the door and the gods came in, along with my old friends. I can't hate them, but that doesn't mean I have to be happy with them.

"Percy, we are going to return your negative emotions, alright?" Zeus said begrudgingly. I nodded, looking at my feet nervously. I don't look at anyone except Miss for comfort. Zeus sent a ball of energy to me and it went inside me. "If he lashed out at anyone, it's just built up emotions, he doesn't mean it." Zeus explained. I felt all my negative emotions come back, and I wanted to yell, but I didn't.

"Thanks Zeus." I said, smiling. The look they all gave me was priceless. They look like an earthquake happened, but then changed its mind, but that doesn't happen.

"Why aren't you freaking out or attacking things?" Jason asked worriedly, looking at me as if I were a ticking bomb. I laughed, shaking my head.

"Oh please, I've taught myself not to act on my emotions. But say one wrong thing I will attack." I said, growling slightly at the end. I'm going to be a bit temperamental, not shockingly.

"Well, alright." Poseidon said. He looked much older, and I felt no remorse. He had done this to himself, he could've sided with me from the beginning if were gonna change his mind. I wasn't going to forgive anyways. I took a deep breath, remembering what Miss said. So long ago I took her words for granted because I never imagined leaving, but now I'm gone.

"So Chiron said that you gods wanted me to lead the war?" I asked with a raised eyebrow and the gods nodded. "We are throwing fighting out the window." I said simply, and the look I received were all the same, disappointment.

"Ah, right, that's probably a cue, Ares, reverse the curse." Zeus said, a light smile of realization and relief on his face. Ares followed the orders given, snapping his fingers, although he looked annoyed.

"That wasn't what I was talking about." I said, and they looked at me confused. "You gods probably did something stupid to piss off the primordial gods. We don't need to go straight to bloodshed!" I explained and they all shook their heads, looking at me like I was a naive child.

"Percy, Nyx is evil!" Athena explained like she was talking to a second grader. I knew my face turned red.

"God fucking dammit! You gods assume everyone is evil because they don't agree with what you say! The reason you get attacked by powerful beings is because you wronged them! Kronos was a different story, but Gaea and Nyx! They were sick of your disrespect!" I shouted angrily, and they all looked at me in shock. "Gaea missed the world as it was! But now people put chemicals and trash the earth! Nyx is instantly thought of as an evil force because she is the goddess of night!" I screamed, and they all did a double take.

"You didn't even think about them actually being evil!" Artemis argued back angrily.

"I thought Gaea was! Being on an island away from people really makes you think! I'm going to go talk to Nyx and try to stop this war from getting worse!" I growled angrily, slamming the door. I calmed myself down almost instantly, sighing. Finding Nyx will be hard, maybe I could iris message her.
