Hundreds of years have passed since this tale of love and loss.

Here comes the sun,

The kings and princess haven't reincarnated in that time.

And I say "it's all right"

Some say it's because the princess chose her love before she died, hence breaking the curse

Others claim that's false, that the princess had to marry one of the princes

it's been a long and lonely winter

It feels like years since it's been here

In a modern world, with incredible technology

Clay still wears a mask, though it's more of a symbolic mask than a literal one.

George is a little braver, no longer a damsel, or dame, in distress. However, Clay would still die for him.

The smiles returning to their faces

And Dave is still considered a king, though not in a literal sense. More in a "this man is so determined he could actually rule the world if he wanted to" sense.

It seems like nothings changed

It seems like years since it's been here

Yet everything has

They're friends now

Dave and Clay are still equals, but they're not trying to kill each other because of it

Clay is still like a big brother to the two teenagers, though he definitely prefers the slightly older teen

Zak and Darryl are still close. Just like with Clay and George, that fact will stay constant.

Mega is still as sarcastic as ever, and no one has ever heard him speak.

Yet

I feel that ice is slowly melting

Vincent is still an outsider

And Jacob is.....well, he's Jacob

It seems like years since it's been clear

There's others now

They're all friends now
