Background: Coming from a long line of Witches and Warlocks dating to the early days Colonial America, Danny's ancestors survived the Salem Witch Trials. He was born to Patrick and Monica Trewett in 2007.

Danny grew up in Salem. Danny's mother is also a witch. He tapped into his magical abilities at age ten, his then parents revealed the existence of witches, vampires, werewolves and hybrids. He was given his very own Grimoire and began teaching him how to be a warlock and control his magic. He adapted very quickly, learning well.

Other than that, Danny is your typical sixteen year old: Listens to music, plays video games, skateboards and hangs out with friends. Danny is gay, so instead of lusting after his female classmates like a straight boy does at that age, he lusts after his male classmates.

The Trewetts moved from Salem to Oakridge, Alabama in 2020, just in time for Danny to start high school that fall. Monica and Patrick knew the town was full of and run by the supernatural as soon as they arrived. They gave their son a necklace filled with vervain to protect against vampire compulsion. They made sure he knew the spell to incapacitate vampires. The family grows vervain and wolfsbane in their basement. They told Danny to still live his life and have as much fun as he can, but to always be careful.
