ROUND-ZERO by [june]

[Story]

Narrator: Spring. Cherry Blossoms..Bush warblers. Hay fever. And..

The scene zooms in quick to a poster with kanji that translates:

"Seton Academy Entrance ceremony"

Narrator: School entrance ceremonies! All signs for the new season.

The next scene shows Humanoid version of various animals that we see on Earth chatting amongst each other like: Elephants, lions, Giraffes, Tigers, Buffaloes, and etc. There are also species of demi-humans that remain most of their human figure, but had animal parts of their bodies.

Throughout the entire Animal/ half-human group, there were not the only ones attending the school. Within the large group of students, there were two human males that stood amongst them.

One of the boys had short dark brown hair with hazel eyes.

He had a blank unamused look on his face as stuff was flying around. First came a grape that hit his right cheek, next came a naked mole rat that flew into his left cheek.

Jin: Come on, you guys!

His speech was cut off when a pineapple was thrown into his face.

???: Ouch. Now, that has to hurt.

Another male voice spoke as the view scenes to a young man of 17, slightly taller that the other boy by a few centimeters with brown hair and hazel eyes.

Y/n grabbed the pineapple off his friend's face and pried it off him.

Jin: You..

Y/n: Huh? *Jim grabs the prickly fruit off his hands* What are you doing?

Jin: *prepares* You all are a bunch of Animals!

Jin throws the pineapple at good velocity, making it fly forward.

HUMANS ARE THE MOST SKILLED THROWERS OF ALL MAMMALS.

Unfortunately, the flying fruit has headed onto a pink-haired wolf girl that when she turned her face..

WHACK!!

The pineapple decked her so hard, she went tumbling to the ground..

Jin: *shocked* Oh, Crap!

Y/n: Now you done it.

Most of the students stared at the small wolf girl on the ground until she perked up and got on all fours. Like a wolf, she was curious of her surroundings as she looked around to find the person that threw the Pineapple at her. Her eyes then locked on to Jin and Y/n.

Y/n: *sees her staring* Jin. Look away from her

Jin compiled as the two avoided her gaze. The wolf looked angry at this and growled before pouncing at the two human males.

Wolf Girl: WWWRRRAAAHHHHHH!!!

Y/n grabbed his friend and pulled him out of the wolf girl's pounce, making her miss and fly into a fish tank, cracking it with the anomalocaris inside.

Y/n: Ouch.

???: *bellows* HEY!!!!

Every student were stunned in fear as a large red clawed foot stomped on the ground. Everyone then saw a red Tyrannosaurus Rex with a teacher uniform staring coldly at them. This was Terano-Sensei..

Y/n: Oh..shit. a real T-Rex

Terano: *softly* Alright, brats..*shouts angrily* LINE UP, OR I'LL EAT EVERY LAST ONE OF YOU!

Without any hesitation or just out of fear, all of them including Y/n and Jin lined up in perfect sync between each other..

Terano: Now, the headmaster would like to address all the new students. *to the anomalocaris* Headmaster, if you please..

Amano-Sensei: Well, everyone, today is-

All of a sudden, the glass on the fish tank shattered, pouring the headmaster out of the water splashing around and causing the students to back up

Terano: *worried* Headmaster!

Amano-Sensei: *flops around* Water! Water!

The flopping sea-headmaster accidentally smacked the wolf girl in the face.

Amano-Sensei: *to pinky* You there, child. Please fetch me some water.

Instead of complying and because she got smacked by him, she decided to growl at him and picked him up in her mouth, running around in circles as everyone watched..

Amano: Why?! Don't fetch me! I asked you to fetch water!

Wolf girl: *continues to nom on the headmaster*

Jin: *sighs* This is why I stand Animals.

Y/n: Oh, Jin. *sees the headmaster close to fainting* I better do something.

Amano: No! Stop! Oh, I'm done for!

As the wolf girl was still doing what shes doing, she was suddenly picked up from behind her collar by y/n. She then her sights on ther young man, seeing who did it.

Y/n: Enough is enough, little pup. Now I suggest that you release the headmaster so we can get on with the orientation.

Wolf girl stared at y/n oddly as a blush came before she opened her mouth wide. With that, he was able to catch the headmaster as Terano came in with another tank of water. He then placed the headmaster in the water, much to his delight.

Amano-Sensei: *sighs in relief* Much better. Thanks a lot young man.

Y/n: *places the wolf down* Don't mention it.

[Timeskip]
The Classroom is well, as you put it is a wildzone in there. Everyone was jumping around, throwing random sh*t at one another..all the while, Y/n and Jin sat next to each other trying to focus on their lesson. After class, they head into the cafeteria to order something. But the menu they saw..well weren't complex with human standards.

Hyena Student: Hurry it up!

Antelope student: You're holding up the line!

Jin: *blankly stares* Uhh..

Y/n: *takes out four tickets for meat and leaves* Let's just go.

Jin: R-right.

[Y/n's POV]
We both walked towards the cafeteria chef..which is a gorilla..

Y/n: Hello.

Gorilla cook: Yep?

Y/n: *slides in tickets* Can we get dressing on the leaves. If you don't have any, then substitute by putting salt on it.

Jin: And..would you please cook the meat?!

Gorilla cook: Cook the meat? Why?

Jin growled in anger as he was about to yell before i was able to calm him down.

Y/n: Don't pop a blood vessel, Jin. *to the cook* A good reason we are asking to cook the meat is that it could potentially be harmful to us humans if eaten raw. Our bodies work differently.

Gorilla cook: Hmm..well, humans do have different taste to meat. Alright..one moment.

Y/gyn: Thank you.

Jin: How come you can talk to them so calmly?

Y/n: Because i'm your polar opposite when it comes to animals.

We both got our meat logs and salad before walking away..

Y/n: Hmm..not many tables around.

Jin: *sees an empty one* There's one right over there.

Y/n: Lead the way.

[No one's POV]
The boys were able to get into the table and as they were about to jump in and eat, Jin got startled for some reason.

Y/n: Jin..*shakes his shoulder* What's wrong?

Jin instead of talking, pointed to why hes not talking. Y/n looks to see the wolf girl he encountered..

Jin: *thinking* It's that dumb dog from the entrance ceremony.

It is extremely dangerous to carelessly approach an animal that is eating: Carnivores, in particular. If they think their prey is about to be stolen..

The wolf girl jumps on the table and growls menacingly..

They will become very threatening..

Y/n and Jin:...*unsure to move*

The best course of action is not to panic and run away, but to advert your eyes, expressing that you don't want to fight.

Y/n: *whispers, while looking away* Jin, look away, so she thinks we won't fight her.

Jin: *nods and looks away*

The girl stops the growling, seeing that the boys are not meeting her gaze..

This calms them down. But they will still be wary as long as you're nearby..

Wolf girl: *stare*

So the fastest way to make peace is..

Jin: *offers meat log* Here.

The wolf girl gasped a little at the sudden gesture, until she started to drool a waterfall..

This wins them over instantly!

She pounces at the meat log, snatching it from Jin's hand and gnawing at the meat, as her tail wagged.

Y/n: Huh..that was unexpected.

Jin: *thinking* Stupid Animal..

As they were about to eat, the girl stood tall on the table with her arms crossed, laughing.

Wolf girl: I'm gonna..let you two join my pack!

Boys: Huh?

Ranka: I'm Ranka the wolf, boss of the ground wolf clan! *gestures a follow me hand motion* I'll show you guys to my territory! Follow me!

The boys went to eating ther food minding their own business, much to the Ranka's surprise. She then move at random places, trying to get their attention.

Ranka: *Appears next to Jin* Hey, hey, hey! Aren't you happy? *then to y/n* Huh? Huh? Huh? You guys can join my pack! *jumps around* HEY! HEY! HEY! HEY! HEY! HEY! *gets close to y/n's face* HEY!

Y/n then raises a finished bone on front of Ranka, making her sniff at it.

Canines relay on their sense of smell to survive. So when presented with any object, they have to sniff at it.

Y/n: Go....*throws bone very hard* Fetch!

As y/n threw the bone, Ranka took chase after it away from them.

Y/n: And now she is gone.

Jin: Perfect. Now, we can eat-

???: May i sit next to you two?

Jin: tch..Look, I..dont.

As he and y/n turned to meet the new girl's voice, both were  mesmerized by the girls appearance. She had silk long brown that had a hair pin on her left side that holds her hair and reveals her left side of her forehead.

Y/n: *thinking* Man..she looks so mesmerizing.

Girl: Your Mazama Jin and Kurosaki Y/n, right? Are you two done eating?

Jin: *shakes out of his thought* N-not at all.

Jin: Were still in the process of eating. Please, have a seat.

Girl: Oh, thank goodness. Us three are the only humans here, so I felt a little lost.

Y/n: This academy sure is big, so I can't blame you. Oh! We never got your name.

Hitomi: How can i forget? I'm Hino Hitomi.

Y/n: Y/n Kurosaki. And this guy right here is my childhood buddy, Jin Mazama.

Hitomi: It's nice to fully meet you two.

Jin: *to himself* I'm so glad I'm human.

She then opened her container to reveal some food of her own.

Jin: You brought food from home, Hino-San?

Hitomi: Yeah. I really like to cook. And the menu here is a little too wild for me.

Jin: yeah. *raises meat log* Considering this..

Hitomi giggled as Jin thought to himself..

Jin: *thinks to himself* S-she's soothng my soul. What could be better than this? Random, vague conversations, peaceful times with friends. I wish that all these animals will go extinct and leave the three of us here.

Y/n: *sighs* This guy is in love

All of a sudden, a scream startled the three humans as they looked forward to see Ranka back with a bone in her mouth.

Ranka: There's a strange female here.

Hitomi: Is she a friend of yours?

Y/n: Well..I wouldn't say that.

Jin: No, No-

Ranka: Hey! *gets in Hitomi's face* If you want these males, you'll have to fight me for them!

Hitomi: H-huh?

Ranka: *gets even closer* Bring it, Human Female!

Y/n: *gets off from his seat* Ok, would you back off her??

Jin: *gets up as well* Also, We are not your "males"!

Hitomi: *gets up* I'm Sorry!

Boys: Huh?

Hitomi: I-I must be interfering! *runs away*

Jin: Hino-San! *groans in detection* Aw, man.

Ranka: *smiles in victory* I Win.

As she was glossing in her victory, she didn't notice Jin forcibly grabbing her face in a squeezing matter..

Jin: What do you think your'e doing, you dumb mutt?!

Ranka: I'm the boss! I won't let you treat me thay way!

Jin: I never said anything about joining a pack of dogs.

Ranka: I'm not a dog! I'm a wolf!

Jin: *yells back* Same difference! You keep talking about your pack, bur it looks like.. YOU'RE ALL ALONE!

Ranka: *gasps*

Y/n: To be honest, I never agreed on becoming a pack with anyone. Not to mention, this is our first day here.

Jin: Exactly. Now, leave us out of your stupid "pack" game. Go, on! Shoo, shoo!

Ranka's eyes were covered by her hair as she stood motionless with her ears down, indicating that she is sad.

Y/n: I think you took it too far..

Jin: Uh...Now, listen. Me and y/n are humans. You are a dog.

Ranka: *corrects him* Wolf...

Jin: Look around at everyone else. They're all hanging out with their own kind. Animals of different species can't always be friends.

Y/n: Jin...

Jin starts to walk away, when Ranka spoke out..

Ranka: That's not true!

Y/n: What do you mean?

Ranka: A long time ago, there were two humans that saved me.

Jin: *turns back in shock*

[Flashback: Y/n*age 8 and a half* Jin*Age 7*]

A young Ranka in a red dress and white shoes was crying in a corner with three Grizzly bears surrounding her.

Ranka: *monologue* When i was little, I was attacked by bears..

???: Stop!

???: Get away from her!

The bears and young ranka looked up to see two young boys on top of a cliff. A flash slide then showed the boys standing triumph over the beaten bears with the little wolf girl being petted by the other young man.

Ranka: *monologue* And they showed up. Those two protected me with no regard for the damage they were in. No one outside my pack had ever done anything like that for me before. I was so happy.

[End of Flashback]

Ranka: At that time, I thought that I might be able to make friends with animals other than wolves. *starts to tear up* That I might be able to form a pack with lots of different animals in it!

Y/n: Ranka..

Ranka: *turned tails and runs away* Just forget it! If you two decide you want to join my pack later on, I'm not letting you in!

Jin: Hmm...

[Later on after School]
Everyone was in their dormitory, provided by the academy as y/n and Jin listed in their separate rooms. Luckily, they were next to each other. Y/n then remembered the Flashback story Ranka and it kept ringing into his mind.

Ranka: Those two protected me with no regard for the damage they were in.

Y/n: Well..

[Real Flashback] *double monologue*

???: Stop!

???: Leave her alone!

Ranka and the bears turned to see two young boys standing below them.

Y/n: Those two boys she was talking about..was me and Jin.

It revealed to be younger versions of y/n and Jin

*ignore the cake*

Jin: We just stumbled across a puppy that was being picked on. I tried to attack them, but I ended up being beaten to a pulp by those bears.

Y/n: Luckily, I had some bear mace from my father and i used it on those bears to make then let go of Jin. However, the damage was already done. He hated animals ever since.

Jin: Then that stupid started licking my wounds, even though I told her to stop. That's when i lnew I'd never share any kind of understanding with animals. I never thought I'd rin into that mutt again. *remembers what Ranka told them* Well..its not really my problem.

[At Night Time]
Ranka was on top of a roof, Howling at the moonlight. Far away from the school, a brown haired demi-Human girl with rabbit ears was walking back towards the school.

Rabbit Girl: I hope that he's here..

As she was traveling, she felt an uneasy presence lurking nearby her. Her rabbit ears picked up a sound as she heard something running up behind. She looks back and immediately dodges an attack by rolling on her shoulder.

She saw her attacker, and to her scared surprise, it was human shape, black and green locust monster, with a black belt and buckle on its waist with the letters 'UD' on the center and two snakes around it biting on each other's tail. This is the Locust Undead.

Rabbit Girl: *shakes in fear*

The Locust Undead raised it's right claw to slash at her, as the girl cowered. It would've done it if wasn't for someone to shove it away..

Rabbit Girl: H-huh?

She looked up to see a person, but his face was covered and wad wearing a hood.

*that's you, but..you are using this to protect your identidy for the remainder of the book for now*

Y/n then preformed some martial-arts kicks to the Locust undead to push it back some more..

He then goes towards the rabbit girl and checks on her..

Y/n: Are you ok?

Rabbit Girl: Thanks..but who are you?

Y/n: *looks to see the Undead getting back up* I'll tell you later, I got a monster to fight. You need to get somewhere safe.

Rabbit Girl: But, what about you?

Y/n: I'll be ok. Now, go.

She ran towards a good hiding tree as y/n turned to the Undead.

Y/n: To think to harm such a innocent person. Well..For that, you're opponent is me.

Y/n reached behind and took out the BlayBuckle and the ♠A: Change Beetle Rouze card before inserting it in the slot. The buckle then sprouted a line of cards as it flew around y/n before it attaches to his waist and admits a pulsing sound.

Y/n slowly raised his right arm to his left side, and soon said.

Y/n: Henshin!

Y/n flicked his right wrist before moving his right arm to grab the lever of his belt and raised his left arm in the same spot his right hand was at. When he pulled the lever the card slot flipped over revealing a red rectangle with a gold Spade in the center.

<TURN UP>

Then a blue rectangle of energy came out of the Buckle with the symbol of the Change Ace Beetle, which smashes on the Locust Undead and sending it rolling the ground, before the energy card ran through Y/n, as an armored figure took his place.

H

e had a blue bodysuit with a silver torso armor that had a spade in the center. His shoulder pads were flat with gold decorations on the arms and spades on top. He had golden arm bands around his wrists and crisscrossed strips of metal on the boots. On the left of his waist is the Blay Rouzer, his main weapon. His helmet was blue with a silver face and a single horn rising up, emulating a rhino beetle, and also has compound red eyes. This is Kamen Rider Blade.

The Rabbit girl was surprised seeing y/n transform into an Armored warrior, never seeing something like this. The Locust Undead roars as he charges at Blade, who enters combat position before he also charges at the Undead, and the two entered combat with each other as they attack at each other.

[Fight]
Blade is now seen dodging the Locust Undead's punches before he blocks one punch with his forearm and punches on the Undead with his other arm.

Blade then drew out sword the Blay Rouzer, and stabs the Locust Undead with it, making the Undead to stumble back before it stops and roars before it begins jumping around Blade.
Blade was on guard as he waited for the Undead's next move, before the Locust Undead slashes on Blade's back and the Rider soon turns around to slash at the Undead but was too late as it begins to jump around again.

The Locust Undead lands a slash on Blade's back again which made him slash at the Undead but was too late yet again. The Undead then slashes on Blade's side, and Blade counter attacks again but were too late again, and soon the Locust Undead slashes on Blade's chest making him fall on one knee and used his Rouzer for support as he stabs it to the ground.

"Damn he's quick but I won't give up!" Blade said before he stands back up and closed his eyes to focus on the Undead's movement.

The Locust Undead still continues to jump around Blade, and the Rider continues to listen on the steps it takes as the Undead jumps around. Until he finally sees the Locust Undead jumping straight at him which made Blade to immediately opens his eyes, and slashed on the Undead's chest sending it rolling on the ground.

Blade then charges at the Locust Undead as it stands on one foot and knee and the Undead soon turns at Blade, and it soon roars before its body transformed into a swarm of locusts, as they fly through and around Blade.

Blade soon stops as the swarm of the Locust Undead passed by and around him. Blade soon turns and saw the swarm charging at him, Blade slashes at the swarm but they easily dodges his attack as they split apart and surrounded Blade.

Blade soon saw the two swarms charging at him in both of his sides, and Blade dodges them by rolling on his shoulder and as soon as he stops he slashed at the swarm but they dodge his attack again.

B

lade growls in frustration as the swarm of the Locust Undead begins to gather back together and charges at Blade again, but they were soon fired upon.

"What the?!" Blade said, surprised.

The rider turns and saw another rider similar to him. donned in a red bodysuit which hade silver shoulder pads, boots, gauntlets, and chest plate. Diamond symbols were imprinted on the shoulders and the middle of his chest. His helmet was silver and had two horns sticking from the top which was like the stag beetle's horns; his eyes were green and ornate gun was at his aside.
This is Kamen Rider Garren.

"Another Kamen Rider?" Blade questioned.

"I believe that you have a job to finish" Garren made blade remember.

''R-right" The rider spoke.

Blade soon flips his Rouzer now holding it in a reverse grip style, before he opens up storage unit for his Rouze Cards.

Blade soon pulls out a Card from his Rouzer and it was the Category Four of Spades, Tackle Boar.

Blade soon swipes the Tackle Card onto the side of his Rouzer's blade.

<TACKLE>

The hologram of the Card appears and went into Blade's chest.

As the Locust Undead manage to stand back on its feet, Blade flips his sword in a regular style he entered a tackle position.

Soon Blade charges at the Locust Undead and lands a tackle attack on the Locust Undead, and when his attack hits the Undead it exploded in a green flame explosion.

Blade jumps out of the explosion before it died down. Blade then turns back to and saw the Locust Undead was still alive and saw the buckle on its waist opening up.

"Let's add a new card in our ranks" The Rider spoke.

Blade then pulls out a blank Rouze Card and throws it on the Locust Undead's chest, absorbing the Undead into it before it flew back into Blade's hand as he catches it.
He looks at the Card and saw that it was now the Category Five of Spades, Kick Locust.

"Hmm..not bad for a beginner" Garren spoke as he took his leave in silence.

[End of fight]*y/n's POV*
With the danger gone, I reached to the buckle, turned the handle, and removed the change card. The same rectangle appeared as it passed through me, reverting back to my normal covered looks.

Y/n: *sighs* Now that's out of the way.

I then heard rushing footsteps and turned around, only to be tackled to the ground. I looked down to see the rabbit girl hugging my waist.

Rabbit Girl: THANKYOUTHANKYKUTHANKYOU!!

Y/n: Ok, ok. *sits up* I'm just glad you're ok again..Alice.

Alice: *feels surprised and looks up* H-how do you know my name?

I thought it was a good time to do this, so i removed my hood and face mask to show who I look like.

Y/n: You really dont remember the person that saved you 3 years ago?

Alice: *gasps lightly* Y-y/n?

Y/n: In the living flesh.

Alice squealed before she hugged me, but this time a little tighter as she nuzzled onto me.

Alice: I can't believe you're here in Seton Academy.

Y/n: I'm surprised you're a student here as well.

Alice: Yeah. Now I can spend more time with you when ever I want.

Y/n: Sounds nice. But we should really get back before the teachers come.

Alice: R-right.

Y/n: Can you get off me, first?

Alice: Well..I was wondering if you could carry me.

Y/n: Hmm..alright.

Both of us got off the ground, before i picked her up princess style, much to her gaining a blush and hiding her face a bit.

Y/n: cute....Let's go.

Alice: O-one last thing.

Before i can reply, Alice grabbed my face and plants a kiss on my cheek before pulling back.

Alice: That was for saving me here and 3 years prior.

Y/n: Well..it'll be shameful for a beautiful rabbit girl like yourself to be hurt. Let alone killed.

Alice smiled and hugged my chest, before we ventured back inside the academy. I dropped her off her dorm, as she gave me her number and another kiss before I headed to my room for a nice rest. Not bad for a first time Kamen Rider. I entered my dorm, switched to my pjs and layed on the bed. However..seeing that Undead in the Academy campus got me to thinking..

Y/n: Whatever it came from, I hope it better not be a screwed up life for me in this world! Because my fight with the undead will not be over in this world..that's for sure!

I wrapped myself in a blanket and stared onto the ceiling before i let sleep take control.

[In another location]

Unknown to Blade and Garren is that a man wearing a black hood was watching them on a roof of a nearby building. He had an excited smile on his face before he said.

"With Blade and Garren now appearing, I better get ready myself." He said before he leaves and disappeared in the shadows.

Ok, guys. First chapter is here. I'm sorry that i couldn't update on the date that i said, but i had to help out with family due to this damn Virus problem. I hope you like this chapter and um..yeah. I'll be posting another chapter tomorrow, wondering who the other riders should be. Later!
