Izuku was a peculiar child.

By that, he was declared quirkless and it was treated like a disease.

Now at the age of seven he was hiding from Katsuki who was in a bad mood along with two other kids from school.

However, as he hid, he saw something on the ground.

It looked like a fruit, but nothing he had ever seen. It was light purple with strange swirls.

"There you are Deku!"

Ah! Katsuki found him!

"Hey what's that?" One of the other kids pointed.

"I-i just found it.."

"Alright! Free snack!" The boy with dragon wings said.

"Wait! What if it is poisonous?" The other kid said.

".....I know. Deku, you eat it!" Katsuki said shoving the fruit into Izuku's mouth.

Izuku gagged as it tasted unbelievably disgusting as it was too sweet quickly combined with a nasty aftertaste of something rotten.

"Ah, so it was gross? Glad I didn't eat it."

Izuku felt sick and decided to leave....just as Katsuki grabbed his arm. However.....

Izuku kept walking............and now he saw.......his arm stretching?!

"WHAT THE?!"

"HIS ARM! BUT I THOUGHT....!"

"DEKU! YOU......YOU HAVE A QUIRK THE WHOLE TIME?!"

"No I didn't I swear!"

Katsuki then dragged Izuku back home where their moms are.

"Oi! Hag! Izuku has a quirk!" He yelled.

"Don't call your mother that brat! And what do you mean Izu has a quirk?" Bakugou's mom said.

"Look." Bakugou said as he stretched Izuku's cheek. "It's like he's rubber.

The next day, Izuku went to a different quirk doctor, and they had to do major tests.

But what caught the doc off guard is that Izuku said he ate a fruit with swirls.

"What?.......That confirms it. It's not a quirk. You ate a Devil Fruit. The Gum Gum Fruit to be precise."

"Gum Gum Fruit?"

"One of the lost treasures of the sea, if you eat it, your entire body becomes rubber. Bones, Skin, muscles. Their body can stretch, bend, bounce, inflate, and twist much like said substance. The user becomes nearly immune to blunt damage, including bodily attacks, blunt weapons, bullets, and even cannonballs, all of which will simply bounce off from their skin. Additionally, falls from great heights and heavy collisions that would kill a normal person end up being non-lethal or even painless, and certain traps and hazards are rendered ineffective considering the user's enhanced flexibility. But it comes at a price. Eating a Devil Fruit takes away your ability to swim for the rest of your life."

"WHAT?! NO WAY!" Izuku panicked.

"Is that really possible?" His mom asked.

"Well, considering quirks were once fantasy before, I wouldn't argue. However, eating a Devil Fruit comes with a risk. Apparently only quirkless can eat them. The power in the Devil Fruit will fight a quirk for control or the person would perish altogether. And reports from countries came in that quirkless have been finding other  Devil Fruits."

But Izuku was happy. He can be a hero after all!

That night......

Izuku found himself in a strange space and on a throne was a being glowing in white.

"Hello. You are my new vessel. I'm your new power." He smiled widely.

"Power?"

"I'm Nika. I'll be teaching you about my power."

Meanwhile in another country...

A young girl, age 6, had eaten a Devil Fruit

A liliac apple with swirls and a moon shaped leaf...
