After I put everything I had into the rightful place I wanted them to be I decided maybe I should call an old friend. Magnus said I shouldn't shut everyone out and I decided it's been long enough maybe they can forgive as I can.

"Trinity is that really you?" Annabelle asked

"Belle I'm so sorry I haven't been talking to anyone heck barely even Elena and Jeremy it's just it was hard and I shouldn't have shut everyone out like I had" I said

"No it's okay I'm just really glad you even called me I was worried really bad but I knew you'd come around when you were ready to so I forgive you" she said

"How's everything going other than me missing?" I asked

"Will Jax went back to New York a while ago but you missed out on that, we graduated, harden is on a missing rampage last I checked and Elena has this new vampire boyfriend and Jeremy doesn't know a thing so far that I know of oh there was a new teacher because tanner was killed and" she began

"Wait tanner got killed?" I asked

"Yeah he was ripped apart like an animal by Damon Salvatore I'm sure of it, but everyone in town knows nothing or thinks nothing of it" she scoffed

"Keep an eye out for my siblings please I don't want to have to come home because of another funeral" I said softly

"Don't worry I'm gonna help them out I promise" she said

"It was nice ummm talking to you really and I wish I could talk longer but I have training soon so I have to go but I'll talk later okay" I said

"Don't be a stranger okay" she said

"I won't I promise" I said

"Hey harden I know you didn't pick up and this is your voicemail but I wanted to apologize for everything and I hope you get back to me when you can I was a terrible friend and should have been better call me when you can okay" I said

"Vicky I haven't heard form you in a while I hope everything is okay" I said

"Trinity is that you?" It wasn't Vicky but it was her brothers voice

"Matt what's going on?, why do you have your sisters phone?" I asked

"My sisters missing Trinity" he said

"What when?" I asked

"She's been gone two weeks probably on a drug binge or something but I haven't seen or heard anything" he said

"Matt I'm so sorry I didn't know if I hear anything I'll tell you okay" I said

"Okay sorry by the way" he said

"No worries Matt I'll see what I can find out okay" I said

"Thanks really" he said

"Caroline it's me umm trinity Gilbert don't know if you listen to your voicemail or not but call me I'm super sorry about being a shitty friend call me when you can okay" I said

"Hello" he said

"Jax it's trinity" I said

"What the hell, where have you been it's been a year and you stopped talking to me all because I ditched you that day" he snapped

"No I left because I wanted to do research and my parents let me, I came back for their funeral and you weren't there Jax you didn't call me either so piss off on that factor" I snapped

"Where are you trinity what are you calling me for?" He asked

"I called to apologize but seems it was a mistake I got to go" I said

Part of me knew some people wouldn't be all that happy to hear from me but the other part had hope they would. I looked around the little hut or hobbit style home I was going to live in for a while. It had a lot of books that I could do reading on and that was a good thing. I decided I wanted to sit and read so I grabbed a book but before I could sit down there was a knock at the door.

"Come in" I called out

"Hello Miss Gilbert the queen has requested your presence at the court" the man said or seelie said

I sighed and set my book down before grabbing my things and following after then seelie guard or scout whatever they chose to be called.

"Welcome back....it appears your upset about something" she said

"Sorry my queen it's just I was trying to talk to some old friends and they don't all appear to be happy with speaking to me" I said softly

"Understandable, please sit so we can talk" she said

I sat down at the small round table with her in the opposite side of it. She beckoned for a few seelies to leave but only two remained and food suddenly appeared on the table as if it were magic which it was.

"So tell me what are your thoughts about your birth parents?" She asked

"Rosemary Herondale she was" I began

"She had faerie blood in her and it's said that only the females have the ability as she did" she said

"Yes but I can't prove I'm related unless I do some tests and it's really hard when you know nothing of where to start" I said

"It's in your blood trinity I can smell it your of special blood not just seelie, not just angle, not human and not just wolf your all and that is rare and special" she said

"If you don't mind me asking, why do you really want to help me?" I asked

"Ahh the big question, I was wondering when you'd ask me" she giggled

"I didn't want to seem rude" I said softly

"I want to help you because your not only part faerie but your descended from a powerful woman, trinity I know for a fact your mother is none other than rosemary herself" she said
