After getting home last night both me and Anna crashed in my bed the moment we reached it. Letting the sleepiness hit us like a truck and fell asleep fast. I only woke up with a small headache and someone shaking me awake.

"Sleep is needed here" I groaned

"Jellybean it's important" it was Elena

I jumped up and scanned the surrounding area and when I saw no threat and i looked back at her.

"Whats wrong?" I asked softly

"Some guy named Jax is here in the house says you know him and he's freaking me out" she said

I panicked and jumped up but froze before leaving cause I realized she saw him.

"When did you see him?, how did you see him?" I asked

"He literally walked into the kitchen, scared me and said he was needing to talk to you, he's got weird markings on him" she said

"I'll deal with him don't worry lean and thanks I'll tell him to never scare ya again okay" I said

"Wait your umm almost naked" she said

I looked down noticing I was only in my undergarments and chuckled softly before throwing a shirt and shorts on. I headed down the stairs in a rush nearly tripping when I reached the bottom.

"Jax what the hell?" I snapped

"Sorry I didn't anticipate for her to see him" he said now in front of me

"Jax you can't be here like this" I whisper shouted

"Look it's important we have to talk somewhere private" he said

"My room is currently occupied so where do you think we can possibly go?" I asked

"Just follow me and don't worry or question me" he said

"Okayyy that's not creepy at all" I said

"You need you bow and arrow and necklace too" he said

"Oh hunting business okay got it" I said grabbing my things and following after him towards the back of the house

Suddenly this felt oddly familiar not just because it was my backyard but something was off. I stopped middle of the woods something wasn't right. I noticed then that Jax aura was different and it wasn't the same nor were his markings.

"Who are you?" I asked while pointing my bow at him arrow in place

"Haha good girl so quick and smart but your not quick enough" he said and went to hit me

We went back and fourth with hand to hand combat before I swiftly knocked him on his back. I grabbed my necklace and turned it into a spear then pointed it at his neck. His hands raised to his head in surrender and I watched as Jax's body changed into someone else. Someone I didn't know, someone who was giving me a bad vibe that for sure.

"I'll ask again, who are you?" I asked

"Jax was right your quick and skilled" he said

"How do you know Jax?" I asked

"We work together don't worry he's not hurt and I'm not here to hurt you, just here to test you" he said

"Where's Jax?" I asked

"I'm here" Jax said from behind me

I kept my foot on the man I didn't know and took a glance at Jax the real one this time.

"How did he look like you?" I asked

"It's a special rune" the man said

"Who are you I asked twice now" I snapped

"Name is Adam Starkweather" he said

"You can let me go" Jax said

I stepped back and put my necklace back to its rightful place on my neck. I didn't dare to help the guy or Adam up from the ground I let him do it himself.

"Why test me?" I asked

"We need you at the institute and soon" Adam said

"What?, you want to rip me from my family now" I snapped looking at Jax

"Things are happening and we need more hunters" Jax said

"No absolutely not, and I don't care about the clave rules or whatever they are" I snapped

"Your parents signed off on it" Jax said looking down

"Fuck you, and you too I'm not leaving" I snapped and went to walk away

"You have no idea what your saying no to" Adam warned

I spun around and decked him in the face before walking off or trying to but Jax grabbed my arm.

"Let me go now" I warned without looking up at him

"Trinity you need to people that can understand and help you properly train" he said

"She said let go mate" a voice said

"Look who showed his face" Jax scoffed

"She told you twice now" harden said

"What are you going to do wolf boy?" Adam laughed

"We are going to do this" I snapped

I twisted Jax's arm and slid my leg out which succeeded in making him fall while harden punched Adam. We began fighting both of them until we had the chance to run and I bolted one way with harden following.

"You can't run forever trinity" Adam called out

"Why why why" I growled

I slid to the floor and growled feeling the beast within wanting to come out.

"Princess no time to play around with claws we have to move" harden said trying to get me up

I screamed as my body felt like it was on fire causing me to claw at my chest.

"No how it's not even a full moon" harden said

"She's not like you harden" Jax said

"She's in pain stop it" harden tried to help me

"Aghhhh" I screamed as my arm twisted in a new position

"Fuck I...I'm sorry this is happening I can't stop it and you need to not fight it" harden said

"Fuck this is awful" I screamed

"Let the beast take over" Jax said

"Fuck you and your training tactics" I growled

I watched as my hands turned to claws and my eyes changed color from my own view of sight. My bones kept breaking and I screamed in pain with each break while harden paced back and forth hands in hair.
