It was my last day of a freshman, the year had gone by in the blink of an eye. Being around people I was starting to forget about the past. Crystal, Blaze, Izzy...They made me so...what's the word. Happy. But life is cold and unfair.

"Bye Storm maybe you could come over to my house tomorrow?" Blaze called out to me.

"Maybe after work!" I called back.

"Kay, cya then!" Blaze called out.

"Cya!" I called back.

"Hey...Storm..." 

"huh?" I turned around and looked at a beautiful Glaceon behind me. I gave a warm smile to her, but her face...something was off.

"Hi Crystal your look as cute as ever." I said happily.

"..." no response.

"Is something wrong? Did I say something wrong?" I said worryingly. 

"..." still no response.

"Crystal are you OK?" I asked, "Are you OK?"

"Fine." Crystal said with a cold voice. I walked closer to Crystal and wrapped me into a warm hug.

"I can tell that's a lie." I said trying to comfort her. But she pushed me away.

"Worthless" She muttered.

"...?"

"Pointless." She continued.

"Crystal?" I asked.

"Useless." She added on.

"Crystal what's wrong." I asked again. She looked down at me with her cold eyes.

"Pathetic." She said looking me.

"C-crystal?" I said trying to hold back tears.

"Depressed." She said to be with venom in her voice.

"..." Tears started to stream down my face.

"That's what you are." She finished.

"C-crystal w-why would y-you say t-that." I said flat out crying now.

"You've lost nothing. Who says you have the right to cry!" She yelled at me.

Lost...nothing? All my sadness was gone, replaced with rage.

"I'VE LOST EVERYTHING!" I shouted at Crystal my face still wet with tears.

"Like what?" She mocked.

"MY FAMILY, MY BROTHER, MY SOCIAL LIFE, AND NOW-" I kept shouting.

"and now what." She continued to mock me.

"YOU I'VE LOST YOU!" I exploded. Crystal just laughed.

"Me...I was never yours." Crystal laughed, "Now, bye-bye." She pushed me to the side and started walking away.

"..." I broke down crying. I was a real mess.

What doesn't kill you makes you wish it did.

Izzy came by and noticed me. She ran towards me as fast as a Jolteon and helped me off the ground. 

"Storm what happened to you!?" She asked worried about me. I looked at her with cold eyes. I felt dead inside, like I wasn't even alive.

"I'm too young to feel like i'm dying." I responded.
