(Pallete's POV)

We made it through the school day. After its done me, Goth, Violet, and Neon meet up outside of the school. We all walk to the park. I still was worried about Incubux...

"Do you guys know what's wrong with cubix?" I ask in a soft voice

"I'm sure he just has the cold or something. No need to worry yourself Pallette" Violet smiles

"Yeah..." I nod. We sit for a couple of hours talking away. That's when we see a figure in the distance.

"Incubux!" We yell. He smiles and runs over

"Hey guys"

"Where were you!?" I pout.

"Sorry cus... I just slept in then got busy doing a few things... so mom let me stay home"

"Really..." neon frowns

"Yes," He giggles. We spend our time catching up and talking. It was truly fun. I'm so glad I have friends like them.

Later on, we all went home. When I got home I heard the usual arguments of my parents... my mom would be all over my dad about everything. I didn't understand why though. Whenever this happens I go straight to my room to draw not wanting to listen to their yelling and hate. It made me sad. Eventually, I'd get tired and go to bed as usual. I lay quietly feeling the darkness surround me.

The next day was quiet and cold... was the heat off or something? I walk downstairs to see my dad sitting sadly at the table I walk to him and speak softly in order to keep him calm, "dad what's wrong?"

"...Well," he speaks in a distressed voice "I and your mother are going to have a bit of a break..."

"I don't understand?"

"Mommy is having me move out... I'm gonna stay with your uncle for a bit but you'll be able to see me on weekends"

I didn't understand... why couldn't I go with him... mom is never home... whos gonna stay with me if I'm having problems with my illness?

"B-but you can't go, dad..."

"I'm sorry Pally, but I don't really have a choice," He says to me

"Why?"

"It's just how it's supposed to be... I'm sorry hun... I promise we'll see each other though..." he whimpers

I tear up and hug him tightly starting to sob heavily "..." There was nothing to be said... I was alone now... I wouldn't even see dad for Christmas... it was just....

I didn't want to be alone...

I guess I'll have to stay with goth or violet after school longer...
