✿ The Thing This is For

Okay, so in the Selection Role Play @redsame1212 made, her task three was to plan a party! For an Italian prince!

(Reading the task killed me a bit.)

I've never planned a party! Not for myself, my mother (she use to caters for big parties so I guess I could ask her about... food serving sizes?), my friends and definitely not for a prince!

So I have tried my best, and made this... thing... I hope it's nice?

✿This First Part is for The Setting Of The Whole Party

✿✿**There Will Be About 4 Other Part Beside This for Furniture, Food and Entertainment/Activities**

✿Theme

The theme for the Main Party is a nature-based feel, as a nod to Italy's greenery and The Dinner Party will be water/aquatic themed as Italy has plentiful rivers and ocean around itself. We want to honor the Lovely Italian Prince's country and make him feel comfortable.

(Imma just call the Italian Prince 'The Lovely Prince' from here on out)

✿The Guests

Of course all of The Royal Grave family will be the hosts. The Lovely Prince will be the guest of honor.

For The Main Party: The Selected girls will be all invited. The noble families will be invited. The King/Queen may invite some regular citizens (commoners?) if they wish so.

For The Dinner Party: The Royal Grave family, The Lovely Prince and a two other high standing families.

Prince Xander is allowed to bring one of the selected to the Dinner Party and The Lovely Prince is also allowed to bring one girl from the selected if he so wishes as well. The young married men and women in the high standing families are encouraged to bring their spouses as well.

Ignore the wedding stuff on the cards.

✿The Dress Code and Party Colors

The color for the Main Party is Green and Red, of any shade. Accent colors are White and Gold of any shade. Guests aren't required to wear the accent colors.

(Since it's any shade, yes that means any shade of white as well, which really is just light gray, gray and dark gray. **no black**)

The main color for the Dinner Party is Blue, of any shade, and the accent colors are White and Orange of any shade. Guests are not required to wear the accent colors.

The servants and staff are required to dress in darker colors and less simple attires, identical to those of their class with no excess accessories, unless said otherwise.

Fun fact, the hair color on the hairstyle is Mara's hair color! (Honey Blonde)

(Also the dress looks kinda greenish to me, but I assure you that it's navy blue)

✿✿ I'd Love to See Some Random Guy Showing Up In These At The Main Party

✿The Venue

The party will take place in the royal garden, the eating portion will take place underneath a gazebo. In case the weather is not permitting, the lunch party will take place fully in the glass ballroom attached to the gazebo. 

(Otherwise it will mostly be taking place outside.)

Guests are also allowed to eat inside the glass ballroom (in which there will be only a few tables) if they prefer so.

(The Lovely Prince will be encouraged to sit in the gazebo to enjoy the nature and fresh air, but he may sit inside if he so wishes.)

The Dinner Party will take place in the glass ballroom.

This is the main Gazebo in which most guests will be seated. (It will be bigger than it looks in the photo)

And these will be scattered around the Main Gazebo. There will be one close by the head of the Main Gazebo in which The Royal Grave family and The Lovely Prince may sit. (They may vary in sizes, but most will be bigger than the one in the photo)

This is where the Dinner Party will take place.

✿Time

The party will begin at roughly 12:05 pm, a day after the Prince has arrived to give The Lovely Italian Prince time to have rested. The party will officially end at 3:45, but guests are allowed to stay till 4:00.

The Dinner Party starts at 8:10 pm, and continues till 12:30.
