Hey guys! First update, whoop whoop. I'm just gonna kinda blab for a while and see how this goes.

I should warn you that school dominates my life, so most of, "how's Margot's life" consists of my school workload.

Which is currently...way too much.

Teachers should communicate with other teachers and make sure they don't all assign MASSIVE projects all due in the same week. Hahahaha. Also, @ my math teacher...STOP GIVING US QUIZZES. I've literally had a quiz in her class every other day for the past two weeks.

There should be a rule against that, I think.

...nothing else is happening in my life except for my usual theater things, soooooooo.

OH I SHOULD EXPLAIN MY THEATER REALLY QUICK. So it's a conservatory. If you've ever been to a dance studio, it's the same thing: we take classes, we have a recital at the end of the semester. But instead of just dance, it's also singing and acting. We do numbers from musicals for recital, perform full plays, monologues, have solos, etc. It's amazing. And then we have a BIG show over the summer.

I'm in two companies: the musical theatre company (singing & dancing), and the acting company. So I might make references to those. I might ca the musical theatre company Elite sometimes (because I'm in the highest level and that's what it's called). Just roll with it.

OH I HAVE A FUN STORY.

So, today, I'm working on newspaper stuff, and I REALLY want to listen to music because it helps me focus, but I can only listen to instrumental stuff so the words don't distract me, right?

But.

I don't have wifi at the conservatory so I can't look up anything on YouTube.

Also, I just got a new phone, and I only have a few random songs on it because of something weird when it was downloading the files.

Only one of those songs is instrumental.

So that's the story of how I listened to the Jurassic Park Theme 12 times in a row.
