So, fun fact about me, I'm Christian.

Anyways, we were at church for the Easter Vigil service, and since it's a High Holy service, they broke out the incense. (For those of you who don't know what incense is, a) you're lucky, b) it's burnt rose petals and they swing the smoke around.) We ALSO all had candles because yay symbolism.

Long story short: there was A LOT of smoke in the room.

Now, I have a fun little condition called Vocal Cord Dysfunction, which basically means when my vocal cords are irritated (by something like smoke) they are no longer controllable and I have issues breathing. Look it up, it's super cool. (But also awful. It's like asthma, but inhalers make it worse.)

So during the Peace, my sister and I went outside for a quick breather (literally) and also because I was coughing and disturbing other people I think. ANYWAYS the point of the story is this.

We snuck back in but couldn't go sit down because important things were happening so we're standing in the back, and the choir started singing this song that had a lot of Alleluia's in it. The song was accelerating, as songs do, and my sister leans over and whispers,

"The Easter church service, but every time they say "Alleluia" it gets faster."

I laughed so hard I almost passed out.
