"I declare, that we should have a war!"

The girl scoffed as she kept twisting and turning around her bed. That sentence, made her anxious, and uneasy. She started to sweat, and her heart pounded hastily. She tried calming down, by inhaling and exhaling.

Her candle flickered, and her staff glowed a aqua blue. She rolled her eyes with ignorance. Little did she know, she was gonna have her whole life, in danger.

She stood up from bed, and grabbed her staff. She was planning to escape the castle, since, she wants to join the war.

She slowly opened the door, while her staff let out a warm aqua light, guiding her way. She tiptoed tot he long, castle stairway, while the guards were sleeping in chairs. She raised up her staff, and the staff was glowing a warm, bright yellow.

"Telekinesis." She casted gently, making the castle doors slowly open.

Her face slowly brightens with joy, her plan might succeed! She quietly jogged to the door, and let out a relieved sigh.

"I escaped, thank goodness –"

"Hold up there, young lady."

'Oh well. Looks like I failed.' She thought.

She looked around, seeing her father and her mother, glaring at her firmly. She gave them an apologetic look, and a light chuckle.

"Hehe..."

The family went back inside and sat down to the table, while the princess just narrowed her eyes to no where. Apparently, her mother – who was tapping her fingers, made the girl uneasy. While the father, pinched his nose bridge, meaning that he is stressing out.

"Alessia, how may times, should I tell you, you are not allowed to go outside!" Her father reminded. "It's now dangerous out there, and we don't want you to get hurt."

"Dad," Alessia said in an anxious voice. "I'm a wizard, full of magic spells. Can't I go?"

"No."

Alessia let out a load groan, while the parents stood up. Alessia looked up, seeing her parents smiling at her.

"You get to fight soon, Alessia."

"Get to fight soon, my foot!" Alessia grumbled, sat up from her queen sized bed. "You said that a million – wait, a trillion? Uh, yeah, trillion times already!" She complained. Her staff now grew a rose red, stating that she was angry. Alessia let out a sad sigh. There was nothing that she can do . Then, she just decided to sleep, again. She slowly fell to deep, comfy slumbers.

Bang!

Alessia's eyes immediately opened. She sat up, startled and afraid. She immediately changed to her clothes. She grabbed her wizard hat, her cast book, and her staff. She slowly opened the door, seeing...

The castle was on fire.

Alessia's eyes widened. She immediately rushed down to the castle stairs, and saw her mom and dad – their were fighting for their lives.

Alessia's dad rushed to her. He grabbed her hand.

"Go," He commanded. "You should leave this place,"

"What –"

"Now!"

Alessia's eyes turned teary, but she didn't hesitate to let it out. She bowed to her dad, and her dad did the same. She ran over to the castle doors, and took one last glimpse of her parents.

Alessia had an idea.

She raised up her staff, a bright light appeared. She then started saying words.

"Guiding Light." She casted.

She lowered down her staff. She then, ran away.
