Earth, a planet filled with special individuals with Quirks, 80% of the population has while the 20% do not....Heroes, Vigilantes, and Villains exist. A weird route humanity has gone through in evolution. But this isn't the start of the story....High into Space, a swirling violent bluish like portal emerges next to the moon, coming out of this portal was a very large, a very gigantic Battle Cruiser. Labeled the 'Noble Lotus'....Where our Protagonist resides....

Space, Noble Lotus, Atmosphere of the Moon.

"Leo, Give me status of the ship, and of where we are..." (Y/n), you a Spartan of the Mark IV series, you were in the command bridge at the time of your ship being pulled into a portal of unknown origin...You were on edge hoping you weren't in some hostile territory.

Eventually Leo, your A.I. appeared before you, "So we are in the Moon's atmosphere, close to Earth, but what's so bizarre about this is that, THE UNSC isn't there like at all. No Station, No Ship Docks...Nothing except Satellites." Leo finishes explaining.

Taking your time to approach the glass panel to look, you could definitely admire the Moon and Earth all-together, thoughts ran through you like light-speed.... "Then can you extract all you can from Earth? I want to know if we traveled back in time or not......Its a possibility but we can't discard anything theories now."

"On it Boss...." Leo begins while searching up the information quickly, "Well....you won't believe this...." He states making you respond while you kept staring at Earth more specifically. "Try me..."

"Apparently 80% of people on Earth right now have what you call, 'Quirks' special traits that basically either boost, improve, or better the body of an individual in any way....Which leads to there actually being Superheroes, and Villains....I think that portal took us to a different Dimension all-together....And Judging from their technology, and the way they are now....They haven't even begun to Reach for the stars at all yet." Leo explains while you listening intently.

"But that leaves the 20% of people in the second class supposed ranking of treatment, The Heroes are mostly in it for the fame and money, apparently they have License's like being a hero saving people is a job....The Society is somewhat falling apart for them......" Leo finishes while looking back at you.

You thought about your duty, who you were cultivated to be, what this situation you were in. Then maybe just maybe, if you can fix and save this society from utter chaos....Then maybe you can start finding a way back to your home, so traveling to a different Dimension did happen just not time travel. So you turned to Leo, "As it stands right now, we have no way of knowing how to get back....But as my sworn duty to protect Humanity and the people, We shall help them......Turn their Society back up-right as it should be." You began to say and finish.

Making Leo, Chuckle while smiling a bit, "I can definitely see Chief rubbing off on you a bit." Leo teases ya a bit, "Same goes for Cortana on your end." You stated making him pout in fake hurt with a hand over his supposed heart. "That hurts ya know." then you interjected, "You don't even have a heart Leo." you deadpanned a bit.

Making Leo chuckle a bit more, "Doesn't mean I can't understand how feelings work Boss." He states before checking the ship, Making you sigh while you turned back around, "At least understand them properly..." You mumbled a bit.

"Ship is all good, nothing is out of place, Heck even our new engineers are doing splendid work on keeping everything functioning properly." Leo states, while looking back at you. "So what's the plan Boss?" He asks you.

At that moment you clenched your fist, and spoke with determination, "We are going to do what's best, secure peace for the people..." You finished before turning around and began to walk away and head out of the Command bridge. "Stationed the ship behind the moon, and kept it that way, Last thing we need is someone suddenly finding our ship out in the open from the surface....And I'm going to need a Pelican and a Warthog..." You finished saying, making Leo acknowledge what you wanted done. "Aye Aye Captain..."

"Don't do that...." You replied with a heavy mental face-palm, as you exited the Command bridge, followed by Leo's subtle chuckles could be heard.

Musutafu Japan, Late Afternoon, 2:30 pm (All-might's POV-ish sort of)...

Currently, The city was bustling with people roaming, shopping, walking, traveling to and from work, heroes patrolling about. It was normal, even for All-might as he was deflated in his Civilian form.....He admired all that he has seen, despite his fight with All-for-one, he was glad thinking the man was no more but he needed a successor, in order to pass his quirk on that was given to him from his mentor.

Before he could dwell deeper into his thoughts, a explosion could be heard followed by sounds of Civilians screaming and shouting from distraught. All-Might quickly headed into the direction to see what was going on....As soon as he got there, a building was literally on fire, Backdraft, a rising hero was helping local firemen to dose out the fires while other heroes struggled to get civilians out of there.

Sadly, All-might couldn't do anything to help out more, since he was finished with his time-limit ironically, that was when he heard frantic shouting of people, trying to get back to the building but were held off by the surrounding officers.

"MY BABY IS IN THERE PLEASE, SHE IS MY ONLY CHILD!" A mother shouted

Followed by, "DAD! DAD! MY DAD IS IN THERE!" Some young teen shouted his lungs out, which was then followed by more then 6 more people exclaiming in distraught and begging for hope that their loved ones would be saved....All-might Clenched his fist to his shirt of where his wound was at, If only he couldn't have wasted his time so halfheartedly-

"GET OUT OF THE WAY, THE BUILDING IS COLLAPSING!" Some Chief Fireman shouted, enabling heroes and every personal to back much to the protest of the ones crying out in despair from hearing this.

But then All-might saw something, he wouldn't believe his eyes, Bursting through the front carrying the last of the survivors in their arms protectively while being covered in smoke, dust, and ashes.....A Tall figure in clad armor that looked like out of this world tech....Came out and jumped landing safely before everyone, creating a small crater from the force of his jump.

All-might Was astounded that a Hero saved them at the last second like this- Wait....He never heard of this hero....Nor any indication of who he was, But overall he was amazed at this man's actions. At that moment, The Heroes on scene were baffled from what they witness.

The Man in armor knelt down and released of who he held, and soon enough cries of joy and resounding thankfulness broke the air, "THANK YOU OH SO MUCH SIR! YOU SAVED MY DAUGHTER!" The mother from earlier spoke, while being in tears smiling thankfully at the man, and after all that time. He spoke in what sounded to be someone who understand the pain, loss, and suffering of loved ones. "It is not a problem, Its after all My duty to Protect and serve the people......It makes me feel great to see you reunited with your child." He finished speaking.

All-might was speechless, he spoke with such care and hope in his words, that the people even hugged him somewhat, Never a Hero unlike All-might would say such words. Eventually Back-draft approached him and the people. "If I may ask who are you?...I never heard or seen you before.."

The Helmet of the Man turned to look at Backdraft, as if Contemplating on his answer, "Mostly because I am not a hero by licenses,......But you may Call Me Spartan Lotus....You may classify me as a Vigilante but, my goal is helping these people...." He emphasizes to the ones he was not being hugged by anymore, gently ushering them to leave and get situated with the Police officers.

The Heroes, All-might, and the people who heard him were astounded from hearing this, even though on his back was a weapon, he didn't need it for now. Backdraft spoke again, "Then you must be aware we can't let you leave due to certain require-" Before he could finish Spartan Lotus held up his hand to stop him from speaking. 

At this point the News Reporters were recording this now, live, "Since when did saving people become a Job? Since When did we need permission to use our abilities to Help those in need? These 'Licenses' and Laws associated with it you so speak off are unhealthy and damages the society. It hurts to watch MOST heroes these days absorbed into fame or the glory.....You know the 20% of quirkless individuals are the majority who are in dire need of help. Yet those with quirked traits squander them in abuse or neglected situations....If you are gonna speak to me about how being a hero works or acts. Then get re-educated along with everyone else...." Spartan Lotus finishes, and soon sounds of a vehicle was heard over-head, and people looked up to see the Pelican! 

Spartan Lotus, walks up into the back of his Pelican, and looked back at them all, "From this day forth, I, Spartan Lotus, will solely focus on helping the people, and stop villains from appearing again, Even the Quirkless shall have my help.......Mark my words..." He finishes before disappearing into the sky with his ship.

All-might couldn't believe his eyes and his ears....A Man bounded by no regulations, understood the concepts and makings of a Hero....He needed to know more about this Spartan Lotus, So with that he goes to call up Nezu. "Hello All-might! I assume this is from the Live incident?" Nezu responds. 

He replies, "Yes, I assume you have something in mind?" All-might asked while he began his trek home, "Indeed! When the opportunity arises...We shall get information from him, and know him more! He is a Mystery that must be unraveled!" Nezu finishes before cackling and then ended up sipping some of his tea. 

6 hours later, New Home of (Y/N) 8:30 pm..

Eventually the T.V. News Reporter began his report, "Today, A Building was caught on fire, and was soon later collapsed, but not after this 'Spartan Lotus' Hero or vigilante on scene rescued the remaining survivors and victims of the incident! And what's more we had this live recording of him speaking with the Hero Backdraft! Show the clip!" 

With that he said, the small screen enlarged to show of what transpired which then ended with him departing and leaving in his Aerial vehicle! "Who is this Spartan Lotus? Where on this planet did he get An Aerial vehicle to move at such angles?? Who knows.....Now thanks to two special guests visiting us, lets ask their opinions. Bean Jeanist and Gang Orca!."

T.V. screen now shows Bean Jeanist sitting next to Gang Orca, while the Reporter looked at them both, " So What do you think of our Spartan Lotus appearing?" He asks. The First to respond was Bean Jeanist.

"From what his speech entails, He seems to understand what a hero should be, that I can respect, but can't agree with disregarding the laws and regulations of Hero work. However his goal to help and serve the people is commendable, he may well-be labeled as a Vigilante, but his focus isn't on Villains, its people." Bean Jeanist States his piece before Gang Orca responds.

"I agree with Bean Jeanist, to truly understand the help and need of the People is commendable and admirable, but again I also will have to agree on the laws and regulations, we can't dismiss the law entirely on Hero work all-together." Gang Orca states while his arms were crossed over his chest.

"But questions run amok for everyone! Does he or Does he not have a quirk??" The Reporter asks before continuing, "Until next time! Lets us come back after our break!"  The T.V. then gets shut off by you. You wore combat pants, boots, and a plain Green t-shirt, under the fur-coat you recently purchased thanks to Leo helping you integrate yourself into society.

(F/N) (L/N) A Retired Special Ops Soldiers from the Army, resides in Shizouka Prefecture, In an Apartment, No job for now, 19 ironically. Quirkless, of course, to seal that off with a perfect identity for you. A Young Adult achieving such a rank in the Army made you look like a prodigy of sorts. No parents, just by yourself.

"So Boss, What do you plan now? I mean eventually you will have to get a license for your Duty if you really want to change the perspective on Heroes and such." Leo explains from your Ear piece you had on currently.

"If I have to I'll go to one of their hero schools, and endure three years of supposedly learning, and training until I can the Licenses officially but If I do so, I'll end up revealing who I am.....But nonetheless I will find out a way....Just keep the ship operational." You respond, slowly browsing through some potential job offers, while waiting on some responses from other jobs of course.

"Alright, I'll contact you if anything comes up." Leo responds before ending his call to you, and soon enough you heard a knock at your door.  Eventually you got up from where you were working at inside your room and walked to the door, before gently opening it, and since due to your behavior you couldn't really smile at all. So you may come across imposing at times.

There stood a Woman, Unkempt Green Hair, next to her was supposedly her son, and judging from what she was holding, she seemed to be holding something she made probably for you. though you could tell she was astounded at how tall you were. "H-Hello...I am Inko Midoriya...this is my son Izuku....We were just wanting to welcome you." she said. While Izuku just looked up at you in awe, he seemed to be..4, 5?

In which you gladly took the food from her, and nodded softly, "Come in then, I'm fairly new to Japan so forgive me if my Accent disrupts my speech a bit." You stated with a smile smile, barely noticeable, with a slight chuckle you had. You didn't want to become a little weird around her and her son, just be friendly as you can be.

As soon as you helped her get situated at the table you had, and closing the door for now, you then sat the food on the counter, while you prepared to get some servings out. "So Other then the Welcome, Miss Midoriya, what really brought you to my humble abode?"

Izuku in the meantime would sit with his mother, intent to listen for now, "Well I just wanted to get to know our new neighbor a bit more, And seeing as you used to serve, I just wanted to personally thank for you what you did. Even if it wasn't here in Japan." She explains while you handed her and her son their food first they brought. Ah she must've heard it from the current owner of the apartment building informing neighbors on the floor you were staying on. Make senses, stirs some good social interactions somehow.

Evidently you sat across from them, with your own, "No need for thanks Miss Midoriya, A Duty to Serve my People is all I can enjoy. But lately with Heroes, you don't here stories of Soldiers anymore." You finished making her slightly nod in agreement.

"But do you have a quirk Mister?" Izuku asked, making you look at him with a sincere smile sort of, "Don't have one, Besides a Quirk doesn't define who you are....Its your character and heart that define who you are." At this statement, Izuku seemed to smile brightly with stars of admiration to you, seems like you could be an admiration to him. Minus the All-might he had going on. So that must've been his idol. Judging from his attire.

Inko would be touched by your words, "You seem very experience....Mister?..." She asks just as you responded, "Names (F/N) (L/N) But call me whatever you like."  "(Y/N)...How long were you in the Army?"

You contemplating on this, it would be hard to explain so you answered, "Well I retired from the Service at 19, Doing Two years of Serving, but everyone labeled me as someone who knew how war worked for 40 years... A Prodigy as some would say. Retired is one way of putting it anyway." You answered making her astounded, while Izuku's mind seemed to be at a loss for words.

"Two years and a Prodigy of the Army? That must've been real difficult." Inko stated while she finished her food eventually, followed by Izuku. "Practice. Makes. Perfect. I had been training only ever since I was 4...." You answered with truth to that but didn't continue on the matter. You took their plates and began washing the dishes out. Izuku at this point was digesting all that he heard so far from you.

Inko admired how well-behaved and well-mannered you were, but held even more astounded respect for what you have gone through so far that you have informed her about. Izuku could also tell you had understood hardships to a high degree. "Have you ever worked with the Heroes before?" Izuku had to ask this, while Inko smiled nervously when her son asked this.

Nonetheless you replied, Apparently you are really good at this make-back-story stuff, "I did, over in America, England, China, etc....Most didn't understand the concept of being a Hero, so I had to do some extra work to make up for their...'Lack' of experience I should say. Don't get me wrong I'm not against them being heroes, its just...the way they are educated or trained is....Not...Beneficial. But that's just my opinion anyway." You stated honestly, while coming back over to sit across from them again.

"What do you think of All-might?" Izuku asks again this time with a look of excitement, While Inko understood some of what you were saying there. "Who and what now?" You asked, making them both be stunned in disbelief. "All-might? Symbol of Peace?" Izuku stated again with wide-eyes of exasperation that you didn't know.

You had a blank face, "I don't normally watch News. or T.V. I hardly have time for that, Between Training, Now to find a job, and settling in. I do not know who this All-might is." You explained, making Izuku look at his Mother in more disbelief. Inko looked perplexed, before speaking with a nervous smile.

"All-might is the Number One hero who reduced crime-rate too Two percent, he is the reason most villains have gone into hiding or to jail.." Inko explains simply while Izuku nodded at this as he looked back at you. "But he saves more people then you could count, in between fighting villains and rescuing people from them!" Izuku chimes in after his mother spoke.

You would then lean back in your chair arms crossed behind your head, and looked to the window to admire whatever view it was, "If I see him in action at some point, I'll give you my answer for now....I can't answer confidently...." You finished answering with a content expression.

Both of them eventually understood this, soon you stood up, and gestured to the front door, "You'll have to forgive my rudeness, but I'll have to ask you to leave, I got a call to make for a job so I hope you understand. But thank you for the food Miss Midoriya it was lovely and delicious." You stated while helping her up, since your ear piece was going off currently.

"I understand, and thank you for your time Mister (L/N) I think next time I should have Mitsuki come visit you next time with us...And introduce you to her." Inko stated while walking with Izuku to the outside of your apartment.

"I'll be honored to meet her, and Izuku." You began while crouching before him, putting a hand out for him. "I'm gonna make a deal with you young marine." You stated making him looked excited and determined while he shook his hand with yours. Before you opened up the palm of your hand upwards for his little hand to place on.

Gently gripping it and patting your other hand over his, "I can tell you want to be a hero, but remember this. Heroes come in all shapes and sizes, Quirk, No Quirk....Heroes aren't made, their born. Hero work is about doing things for the good of the people, and to achieve peace for all." you finished your piece before ruffling his hair a bit. "Be good for your mom now." You finally finished with a heart-felt smile, while you stood up and smile back at him.

"I will! t-thank you mister!" Izuku stated while returning to his mom, once you closed the door Inko had decided you earned her respect for saying the words she couldn't say......Now she was wondering what your parents were like since you currently lived alone. Little did she know of where you truly came from.

Eventually after they left, thanks to linking your phone number to your ear piece, you answered the call you been hearing ringing for about three minutes now. "Hello, this is (L/N) speaking..." "Ah (Y/N) I am Nezu Principal of U.A. ...I hear you are looking for a job." 

"Yes anything really at this point, I do not have preferences-" You began to say until you heard him speak again. "You know to accumulate such a fine Identity for yourself is really amazing....Spartan Lotus....I am hoping to speak to you face-to-face at U.A.....Rest Assure this won't end with you arrested. I just need to unravel the Mystery that you are..." He finishes.

Making you look on edge before speaking finally, "Alright I'll come....But lets make things clear for the both of us......If its to prevent me from doing my Duty, rest assured.... I won't go down quietly." You threaten with a warning.

Making the Principal chuckle, "Of course, Of course, I wouldn't expect anything less! But to make things fair a Detective with a quirk that detects lies or truth's will be with us....Just so we are on the same page." "I have no objection to that...I'll see you tomorrow then...Would 9:00 work?" You asked in which he replies. "Yes indeed, I can arrange the meeting room for that time tomorrow, thank you for your cooperation." With that he ended the call.

You sighed heavily, well today had been, interesting, Saved people from a Burning Building, Recognized on T.V., Met your new neighbors, and A Principal at a Hero school finds out about your mysteriousness in a job hunt....What a day.....And so you go and pass out on the large bed.......Oh how lovely this bed felt instead of the cryo-chambers....

Later that evening, Izuku was now determined to get to know you more, you gave him renewed passion of being a hero. Your words affected him dearly, heck just from looking at you alone was enough to know you understood what it was like to some degree....

Looking at his All-might Poster, he smiles "Some day I'll be a great hero as you All-might, Even Mister (L/N) Believes so!" He whispers mostly to himself while he was on his bed, before turning in for the night. For once feeling happy in his sleep instead of being up and so distraught...
