Convincing her.

"Hey! Ahsoka?" Hera steadied herself on the support bar of the ramp on her ship, as she edged down it, trying to ignore the fact that it was a long way to fall. The Torgruta, far below, paused in the waist length grass, looking up towards her. Their eyes met, and then stayed glued.

"Do you want a lift? It's several hundred miles of grassland before you get to the next city!" Hera paused, waiting anxiously for an answer. She could almost see the girl adding up the pros and con's.

"Fine," Ahsoka accepted, curling her fists, "but no questions asked,"

Hera sighed. She would agree to it, but there was no way Ezra would be able to stop himself. Or Kanan. Make that the whole crew. Except her.

"Fine!" She turned back, "Chopper! Lower the ship!"

He whistled a cheeky response, but still lowered the ship anyway. As they loomed closer to the young Torgruta, Hera noticed something in her eyes. It was as if she wasn't comfortable, which was understood, but there was something else too, almost like guilt. She wondered what her past had been like.

Soon enough the ship was low enough for her to get on, and Hera held out her hand, ready to pull her on. However, with a graceful leap, she landed on two feet, pointedly ignoring her hand.

Teenagers sure were very athletic these days.

Shrugging it off, she followed Ahsoka back up the ramp, before leading her to the cockpit. When they got there she gestured towards Kanan's seat for her to sit down. She sat, but tensely, looking dully down at the floor.

"I'm Hera," she introduced herself, falling back in her own seat, and taking up the controls.

"Ahsoka Tano," the girl muttered, placing a white rucksack down beside her.

Hera opened her mouth, ready to ask what was in it, but then she closed it again, remembering their deal. Anyway, after her experience with Ezra, she decided she didn't want to know what she had in the bag anyway. She wouldn't be surprised if the girl kept a lightsaber in it.

She flew the ship back to the warehouse, preparing to pick up the others. She could see their pink, green and orange outlines below her.

Soon enough she'd landed the ship, and they all got on. Kanan mouthed "later" at her then disappeared into his room, Sabine disappearing in hers, no doubt inspired by something.
Ezra however awkwardly went to the cockpit, obviously not sure whether or not Hera was mad at him. She smiled, before following after him.

"Hey," Ezra greeted Ahsoka as he fell backwards into his chair with a loud yawn. He really needed to get some sleep when Zeb wasn't around.

"Hey," Ahsoka spoke quietly, wincing as he span around in his chair. He saw and came to a halt, deciding he didn't want to push her temper this early on. Ezra watched her turn to look out into the open, a sad expression pulling on her face.

Ahsoka seemed - as far as he could tell so far - depressed. She seemed to be hiding something, something that had changed her life. Her blue eyes were faded, as well as empty of light. It was almost as if she'd given up hope.

"Do you know anything about ships?" Hera's voice broke through the silence, directed at the Togruta. Ahsoka shrugged, looking far from caring.

"A bit I guess. I can fix some things,"

"Better than me," Ezra mused, waving his hand towards himself, "I can't fix the things to save my life,"

In front of him, Hera laughed, and Ahsoka let out a grudging smile. It would take a while, but he was sure he could get her to trust him.
