Shadows P.O.V

I woke up groaning. My head hurt and I continuously rubbed it. I realized that I was inside my house on the couch. I saw Rouge walking from the hallway. "Oh. You're awake. Are you ok, hun?' Rouge asks. I only nodded. "Shadow and Silver are still knocked out. Don't wake them. If you do you could get caught up in another fight" Rouge warns.

I heard my name mentioned and my eyes widened slightly. "What are you talking about...?" I asked hesitantly, rubbing my head. When I spoke I heard Sonic's voice come out of my mouth.

"You guys got struck by lightning. Do you have any bruises?" she asks.

I was very confused. My head wouldn't stop banging. I knew I had some painkillers in the bathroom mirror but I wouldn't go get them until Rouge left. "Sonic...? Are you ok?" She asked hesitantly.

I heard Sonic's name... what had happened? "I-I'm fine, Rouge." I replied. My head is still pounding. "Want me to walk you home?" she offers. "No, I'll be fine." I said. I knew something was very wrong. She referred to me by Sonic's name so something was definitely wrong. "Ok then... bye, hun." She walked out and left the house.

I immediately ran towards the bathroom. On the way I slipped on the carpet and went crashing down, smashing my face in the ground. I grumbled and groaned as I stood. I walked into the bathroom and when I looked into the mirror I saw Sonic's face looking back at me.

I yelled "HOLY SH-" I cut myself off. I covered my mouth.

I quickly grabbed the painkillers and took the pills. I knew I had to find Sonic and Silver. Where are they? I knew they were somewhere in my house so I ran around trying to find them.

Silvers P.O.V

I woke up with a terrible migraine. I groaned as I sat up. I had no idea where I was. I was laying on a black bed in a dark room. Is this Shadow's room? I got up and walked into the hallway and saw Sonic racing around the house. He wasn't being very careful and he bumped into me. We both went crashing down to the floor.

"Ow!" I yelled. I heard Shadow's voice come out of my mouth. I only heard Sonic panting a bit. I'm pretty sure he's been running around the house for a while.

"Sonic? Are you ok?" I asked hesitantly. "NO!" he yelled at me.

"Who are you?!" he yelled a question at my face. "Silver! You know me!" I yelled back in worry. Sonic groaned. "What's wrong, Sonic?" I asked, wanting to make sure if he was ok. "I'm Shadow!" he yelled, which confused me. "Look in the mirror!" he ordered.

I walked to the nearest bathroom and saw that I didn't just sound like Shadow... I WAS Shadow! "OH MY GOD! WHAT HAPPENED?!" I shouted, freaking out. "Where's Sonic?!" he shouts at me. "I don't know?!" I responded. He started running around the house again and found my body in the guest room. Shadow then proceeded to shake Sonic viciously.

Sonics P.O.V

I was shaken awake. I had no idea where I was and I saw... ME shaking ME awake! "What's going on?!" I yelled. Very confused. I sounded like Silver and I got even more confused.

"Sonic, something happened!" Shadow shouts from the hallway.

"We swapped bodies!" Said the supposed me in front of me. I got up right away and went into the bathroom to look in the mirror.

When I looked in the mirror I saw Silver's reflection. I looked like Silver! I was in Silver's body! "WHAT THE @%#$?!" When I saw that the other two had followed me they had shocked expressions on their faces.

"You... you use swear words..? Since when?" The guy who looked like me had said. I was unsure of who it was but I'm guessing that this is Shadow in my body. And Silver was in Shadow's. "I've never heard you curse before!" The supposed Silver exclaims. "Lemme guess... Shadow, you're in my body, and Silver, you're in Shadow's. Am I right?" They both nod simultaneously to confirm.

Silver was in Shadow's body, Shadow was in my body, and I was in Silver's body... how did this happen...?
