It has been a month now since his survival exercise with his new team and his training session with Tamami, his young student. The last couple of weeks had been spent doing D-rank missions and training with his team. Izuna was currently getting ready for the day as he took a shower and changed into his clothes, ready to head out to meet up with his team.

"Morning," Izuna greeted as he walked into the kitchen, where he saw Sasuke eating breakfast. As he grabbed himself some fruit for breakfast

"Hn."

"I'm going to head out to do some training before I have to meet up with my team to receive our next mission," Izuna said as he finished the last of his fruit.

"You going to train with that pale kid again, or you?" Sasuke asked.

"Her name is Tamami, and no, she should be getting ready for school," Izuna replied as he stood up from his chair.

"Hn."

Izuna just sighed at his twin brother being his usual emo self as he put his bowl in the sink and headed out of the kitchen to leave for training before meeting up with his team to get their next mission.

Izuna arrived at training ground fifteen which had a river stream, trees, and five wooden posts with red and white targets in the center of them.

"Alright, let's get some training in, then off to meet up with my team," He said, pulling out shuriken training.

He put shuriken in each hand and threw them with ease hitting the center target on the wooden post.

'My shuriken justu is good now to work on something else.' He thought as he collected his shuriken off the wooden post.

"You work on your yin release justu and lighting justu," A familiar voice in Izuna's head.

"I haven't heard from you for a while. I thought your spirit left," Izuna said in his mind.

"No, I have just been watching you, but I have a strong feeling you might need me in the future coming up," The voice replied.

"What do you mean?" Izuna asked as he made a shadow clone to train against.

"You will understand when the time is right. For now, keep on training,' The voice said before going completely quiet.

"Alright, let's begin training," Izuna said to his clone.

"Right," Izuna clone said with a nod of his head.

Izuna narrowed his eyes as he and his clone both got into a fighting stance, ready to train.

"Lighting style: Lighting fist!" Izuna said as yellow lighting formed around him as he charged toward his clone.

He was stopped in his tracks as he suddenly couldn't move his body. He noticed his clone looking at him with sharigain activated.

'Genjustu paralysis, alright, I need to try and break free.' He thought as he tried to break free from the genjustu.

"Fire Style: Fireball justu!" The clone exclaimed, releasing a giant ball of fire towards the original Izuna as he continued to try and break on free.

The fireball hit Izuna as he turned into a log using the substitution justu as he felt the Genjustu taking hold of him.

"It seems that the Genjustu paralysis is stronger but still not too hard to break. We have to work on that more," He stated as the real Izuna charged toward his clone with a kick.

"Agree," His clone said, barely catching Izuna's foot, not seeing it in time.

"Also need to improve my sharigain ability to read movements," The original muttered to himself as he ended the clone justu obtaining the memories of his clone from his training.

Izuna then left the training ground to go meet up with his team after spending a decent amount of training after doing a bit more practice on his shuriken training.

Izuna was heading towards the mission assignment area where he was supposed to meet up with his team for their next mission.

"Izuna-kun!" Tamami ran toward him.

"Good day Tamami," Izuna greeted.

"What are you doing today?" She asked.

"I'm going to meet up with the team for our next mission," He replied, ignoring the villagers to look at Tamami as he continued walking.

"Oh, I was hoping you could help me train today after class today," She sighed.

"Hey, don't worry, we can train later. It's probably just another D-rank mission," He said, ruffling her hair.

"Alright, well, I'm going to grab lunch from the sushi place," She said.

"Cool, see you later today," He said with a smirk as he waved bye and continued walking towards the Hokage building.

Izuna arrived at the mission room, where he saw the Third Hokage, Iruka, and many other ninjas sitting at a large table.

"Hey," Izuna greeted.

"There you are, blue hair Uchiha," Genma stated as he saw Izuna walk into the room.

"My bad, got ran into someone on my way," He apologized.

"Now that everyone is here Team Eelven, next mission will be a C-rank mission since Genma believes you are ready for one," The third Hokage started getting the three Genin's attention.

"Yes, a C-rank mission!" Hiroshi cheered.

"Oh, be quiet and let the Hokage finish talking," Hanami said, annoyed, as she smacked the back of Hiroshi's head.

"Sorry about Hiroshi. He still doesn't know how to be quiet," Genma said, pulling Hiroshi closer to him.

"Now, as I said, Team Eleven will receive a C-rank mission. You will be escorting a medical ninja to Himaraya village located in the land of hot water to keep the medicine he needs to deliver safe from bandits," The Hokage said, giving Genma the information on the client.

"Understand the three, head home and  pack for the mission, and meet me at the gate in thirty minutes!" Genma ordered.

"Yes, Genma-sensei," The three genin said before leaving to go pack.

Izuna arrived back at the apartment to see that Sasuke was in the living room eating some sliced tomatoes.

"Hey Sasuke, I will be leaving for a mission, " He said.

"What!?" Sasuke asked.

"I got a C-rank mission to be out of the villages. Not sure how long I will be gone yet," Izuna replied.

"What, you already got a C-rank mission while my Team is doing nothing but D-rank missions. At this rate, my team is going to be the weakest one!" Sasuke snapped in annoyance.

Izuna sighed at Sasuke. His obsession with revenge was so intense that he cared nothing but about power, and Izuna being able to awaken his Kekkei Genkai before him as always annoyed Sasuke.

"Look, just because your senses haven't decided that your are ready for C-rank missions doesn't mean you're the weakest team, "Izuna sighed."I'm sure he had his reasons, " He stated, heading to his room to pack for his mission.

"I'm going to train," Sasuke said, annoyed as he slammed the apartment door.

'He a real pain with that attitude of his.  I try to change his mind, but it just leads to him getting mad.' Izuna thought as he finished packing his tools before heading out towards the gate to meet up with Genma-sensei and the others.
