"I don't understand why do we even celebrate this day!" Annika sighed as she walked into her apartment.

"Because it's for lovers?" Shivaay shrugged as he walked behind her.

"And are we lovers? No! We are not! We just pretended to be one so that your ex and my ex will be jealous of us but they just can't seem to take their eyes off each other and here we are!"

Annika slipped out of her heels and took the complimentary wine bottle they won just now in a game from the event earlier.

"You want some?" Shivaay nodded and soon both of them had finished the whole bottle as they sat together on the balcony.

"The worst valentine ever! You know!" Annika announced, slightly drunk.

"I agree!" Shivaay nodded.

"I was supposed to lose my virginity this valentine!" She wailed as she remembered how she had promised Om a night they would remember on New Year's.

"Me too! Gauri had promised!" Shivaay cried.

"But they betrayed us!" Both said at the same time and looked at each other.

"Are you still planning on losing your virginity?" They asked together.

When no one said a word more, both of them closed the distance between them and began kissing each other passionately.

"The best Valentine's ever!" Annika and Shivaay whispered to each other as they broke from their passionate daze and snuggled into each other's naked  bodies.

Both unaware of what the next morning might hold!
