Faith never thought this day would come, but here she was, taking in the view of millions of people around her. Her sister's day was going the exact opposite. Faith's sister dreaded public areas, but Faith could wait to enjoy being normal, even if it was just one time.

      As Faith boarded the plane, she had a sickening feeling enter her stomach. Butterflies flapped and twirled making her lurch and bend over on the plane ramp. But lucky for her nothing came. She stood back up, taking a deep breath and continuing towards her destination a couple rows away from her sister.

     Her heart was pounding for some weird reason and she had the sudden urge to get off the plane, but she couldn't for the plane had already started moving. Faith was sitting in the middle row unlike her sister who was stuck in the back in between two incredibly annoying guys- or at least that is what it looked like. Faith could tell because her sister looked ready to punch them both, which meant a lot because her sister wouldn't risk breaking a nail unless it was for a good cause.

      Faith was happy to have gotten the window seat- peering out the window and listening to her playlist of music kept her calm and relaxed. As the plane ride went a storm consumed them. Everyone leaned out their windows to watch the lightening flash before them and listening to the thunder rumble through the sky.  Through intervals, the planes lights would flicker- off, on, off, on.  The lights finally stopped flickering, and the pilot flew them into a spot of turbulence.  Whenever there was a wave of thunder the plane would shake with it.
