The Spring Kingdom was a grand kingdom, and was part of a larger land, called 'Season land'. For four months every year one kingdom would rise to power. Winter would relinquish its power and spring would take over.

Blossom was the current Queen of Spring, she didn't have tanned skin but it wasn't pale either, she had long brown hair that she wore in a beautiful braid adorned by spring flowers; she had never ruled before and was keen at her opportunity. This year had been particularly difficult for spring to regain power, winter had been very reluctant, and the reign had started much later than usual.

Blossom didn't have any heirs, but she did have two sisters, who hated the spring kingdom, their names were Scarlett and Coral. Scarlett was the ruler of the Winter Kingdom, she had pale skin and long white hair, Coral ruled the kingdom of summer she had tanned skin, and light blond hair adorned with seashells. Both hated Blossom, who was beautiful, kind and loved by all.

This year winter had chosen to impinge on spring's rule, causing erratic weather for the whole of 'Season Land'. When the fairies went out and gifted the trees with flower buds to blossom into beautiful flowers, Scarlett retaliated by sending an icy frost to kill off the blossoming flowers. When Blossom sent colour to brighten the world, Scarlett would send darkness instead. When a warm change was sent across the world to signal the coming of spring, Scarlett made sure that she sent a harsh winter rain instead.

Coral also made sure that it was difficult for Blossom to retain her power by occasionally sending scorching hot days in the middle of spring to torment the citizens of season land. Blossom decided that enough was enough and was forced to take drastic measures. When the time for summer's reign came, Blossom made sure that there was no resistance to it. Instead she gave her sister Coral a small gift, and told her that it wasn't to be opened before the first day of December. Coral had always been a sucker for presents, and did as she was told, not thinking about what could possibly be in the box.

When Coral did open the box, a flood of flowers came rushing out, then a rush of bees emerged, instantly going to pollinate the newly planted flowers, they knocked Juliet over, when she got up, she was knocked over again by a flood of dust, causing her to sneeze uncontrollably. Juliet had just released Blossom's ultimate power: Hay fever. Coral, amidst her bout of sneezing, and through puffy and itchy red eyes, saw one last item in the box, a small packet of Clarytine tablets, enough to cure Coral's symptoms and allow her to negotiate with Blossom and hopefully apologise for her actions.

Coral then decided to convince Scarlett that Blossom wasn't so bad and that they should at least apologise for their wrong-doing. After much convincing, Scarlett soon saw that what the two girls had done to their poor younger sister Blossom wasn't right in any way, and that the newly crowned queen of spring wasn't deserving of what they had been done to her; what they had done out of spite and jealousy. Scarlett and Coral asked forgiveness from their younger sister. Blossom, being the positive bud she was only ever wanted for all of her siblings to get along.

Blossom was smart though, and made sure that when her sisters attempted to make things right with her, that it came with one condition. That they vow to never infringe on another's rule ever again. Scarlett and Coral happily obliged and since then they have all done their best to keep their promise, however sometimes one of them might run amok and mess with their sister's season, however all knew that things were better than they used to be, and small interferences no longer mattered.

Please note though, that I had less that 90 minutes to write this, and for me that isn't much time, I have gone over it and added a bit to improve the overall story, but otherwise I haven't changed anything
