Kabir noticed she was talking but there was no one, she was talking to herself it was hell confusing he thought to talk with her and check whether she was walking in sleep like shown in the movies. He hadn't seen anyone in real life with this condition.

Before he could walk to her he heard her saying "the task is almost complete one final step and separation"

He froze at his spot, It's not happening. It's not possible she can't leave. He was standing there for a while without understanding what to do. He felt some footsteps. He quickly went to bed and acted like he was sleeping.

She came and sat beside him and kissed his forehead, "it's all possible just because of your innocent wish" she tugged him inside the blanket and joined the bed. She held his hand like before, Kabir tightened his hold on her hand. He was not ready to let her go any time soon. While Nisha smiled thinking this guy even in sleep was not ready to leave her hand.

From the next day Kabir didn't know what to do other than being with her 24hrs. So, he started to tag along with her every place.

"What will you do in the office? In my cabin?" She asked irritatedly. She couldn't understand what was wrong with this guy.

"I will help you with work," he replied.

"I don't need your help, and it's not any park that I can take anyone ..." Kabir raised his right eyebrow in a challenging way.

"I mean sure they will allow anything to Mr Kabir singh Rathore, the ex CEO" she mocked

"Whatever I don't care, we are getting late" Saying that he pulled her out of the apartment.

The moment they reached Nisha's floor receptionist smiled at Kabir and asked "Sir will you need anything?"

"I have her '' he said holding Nisha's both shoulders "for my entertainment she will manage, thank you" he added. He was no more that cold and hard type CEO he was carefree and little childish Kabir.

Kabir was not even ready to let her go washroom alone, he was hell scared to lose her. In the evening while going back to the apartment Dolly joined them.

They decided to watch some movies and order food From outside. Dolly suggested horror movies knowing well how scared Kabir gets with fear, Kabir suggested comedy or action, Dolly suggested Romantic. They were about to fix on Romcom but Nisha suggested Finding Nemo.

They both were shocked by Nisha's suggestion but Dolly thought it's best way to remember childhood.

Being with two girls, Kabir couldn't deny them. They ended up watching the movie. Kabir didn't find even a quality of father in Arjun, he laughed mentally at his own luck. Nemo was more lucky than him.

Nisha and Dolly were watching the movie so attentively. Nisha remembered her dad and Felt sad, Kabir noticed her sadness. He pulled her in his arms and held her securely. Dolly noticed this and loved this new Kabir, who was not afraid to show his emotions like before, she had always loved him like her brother and wished for his happiness.

Nisha was his walking happiness, Dolly chuckled mentally at her thought and shook her head.

It was late night when the movie ended, they had pizza while watching the movie so the plan was to sleep after the movie. But Nisha had slept while watching the movie.

Kabir carried her in his arms bridal style and put her on bed. Dolly went to the guest bedroom for her night sleep.

Kabir held her close to his heart and kissed her forehead. In the middle of night Nisha woke up restless with her dream.

She walked to the balcony and looked up at the sky "why papa? Why did you leave me alone? You know na how much your doll needs you" her tears fell.

"Baby doll you know how much I wanted to be with you but we have to accept our fate" her dad replied.

"Doll, I'm always here close to you don't worry, now I have found someone who will take care of you better than me" Nisha looked inside knowing whom her papa was referring to.

"He will hate me once he got to know my reality"

"No, he will love you the way you love him. You are meant to be each others all these were the way which lead you to him"

She nodded, not believing his words.

"Tomorrow is the big day, all the best for it"

"Thank you Papa"

She walked in the bedroom and looked at his peaceful face, no one has ever lifted her after her dad. Maybe her dad was right, he is meant to be hers.

Praying for his happiness Nisha slept with him.

Next day was an actual big day for Nisha and Arjun. Nisha got up early and switched off the alarm so she could avoid Kabir Singh Rathore for this special day.

When Kabir woke up he checked time in a hurry, because of the sunlight he was sure he had woken up late.

He checked around in home for Nisha when he didn't find her, his heart was beating fast with fear of losing her.

He called her "where the hell you are?"

"Good morning to you too," Nisha replied.

"I'm asking something" He asked impatiently.

"What kind of question was that? of course I'm in office" he cut the call and got ready to be with her as soon as possible.

He called Dolly to know when she left and what she was doing?

Once he was done with talking with her he wished her good day.

As soon as he reached office, his heartbeat was fast. He knew something was not right.

The moment he reached Nisha's floor he walked in her cabin, she wasn't there. He walked to reception and asked about her.

When he heard about her being in Sumit's cabin. He didn't waste a single moment and rushed there. The moment he was about to open the door he heard Nisha's laugh along with Sumit.

"So he still doesn't have any idea that you are fooling him?" He heard Sumit's voice.

"Not only me, we all are fooling them, you are fooling this company by changing a very small amount but which is a huge loss to the company and you are so smart that you have involved internal as well as external Auditors In this" Nisha replied chuckling.

"It's a huge amount so, it's better we share and enjoy it together rather than getting caught"

Kabir got inside the room and saw Sumit's scared look but the thing that hurt him more was Nisha's feared expression.

He simply walked to her "you are not allowed to go away without informing me" he said and dragged her with him.

The moment Nisha looked into his eyes she was sure he heard it all, no matter how hard Sumit will pray that Kabir wouldn't have heard but she was sure he did.

They walked in her cabin, he looked at her. She looked scared. He knew that she was aware that he heard them.

She was waiting for him to say something or do something.

He walked and sat on a seat which was opposite to Nisha's chair.

"Why are you standing, take your seat and resume your work?" Nisha looked at him, shocked not knowing what had happened to him.

He looked totally normal, if Nisha hadn't seen his eyes before then she would have believed that he doesn't know.

"I'm hungry, did you have breakfast? Or you are waiting to have it with me?" He asked smilingly.

Nisha didn't know what he was doing.

"I'm hungry, let's have breakfast first" he stood up and held her hand. They walked towards the lift to go to the canteen.

When lift opened Arjun was inside it, he looked at both of them. Kabir ignored him and got in lift with Nisha.

"Nisha, which movie do you want to watch today?"

Nisha looked at him in shock.

"I have asked Dolly to join us today also for the movie" he was talking like nothing had happened at all.

"It's Friday night so no worry of waking up early, we can watch movies all night" Kabir said, making Nisha cry in guilt.

Seeing Nisha cry, Arjun called someone and ordered something to do quickly.

"Why are you crying? Nisha" Kabir was hell scared looking at her crying. It broke his heart.

He wasn't trying to guilt her so he didn't know what actually happened.

"Kabir, please shout at me and be angry but don't talk like nothing happened" Nisha pleaded while crying.

Kabir hugged her and caressed her hair "please stop crying Nisha, I can't be angry on you. I trust you more than what I heard and even if you are doing something I don't care. I love you and that's all that matters to me. I can do anything to keep you with me"

"I'm so sorry Kabir, I'm so sorry. I don't... Don't deserve you" she hiccuped.

Arjun was like a non-existing person in the lift for them.

"I don't care what I deserve or what you deserve. I just want you that's all matters to me"

"I'm so sorry" Nisha mumbled while crying. Kabir kissed her forehead.

"I forgave you the moment you made the mistake. No mistake can make us apart" Nisha hugged him.

"She didn't make any mistake," Arjun said, making Kabir look at him.

Arjun looked in Kabir's eyes and repeated again "she is not in any fault, whatever you heard was not truth"

Nisha pulled back from the hug and looked at Arjun. She knew there was any guy in lift other than them but she didn't know who. Because of tears and tension she didn't look at the person's face.

The lift halts suddenly making shock to Kabir and Nisha.

"Don't worry it has stopped due to my order and CCTV is off. We need to talk something very important"

Kabir knew it was something related to his Nisha, this company and property is nothing for him but Nisha is everything, for her he needs to know what's the matter.

His heart still believes in his innocent Nisha, no matter how many times she says sorry. He knew deep down she can't do anything wrong. He loves her and trusts her with all his heart.

"A huge fraud was happening for a long time and we didn't have any idea. Idioms was happening under the nose but we both didn't have idea of it"

Kabir looked at Nisha, she nodded her head in yes.

"Our account department head as well as Internal auditor were involved in this, Nisha got to know about it accidentally she tried to talk about it with the head of Account department Mr Sumit Singhania, he asked her to keep quiet or else he will blame all the things on her as she was the one who was maintaining all data"

Nisha added "At that time I mailed Kabir for help but he asked Sumit to look into the matter and went out of station for some important meeting. At that time Sumit came to know that I tried to take help from the direct head of the company. He changed the original data which was given by me and made it as proof to show all, if I didn't support them in their work.

They used to change very small data like if some income we received from a client is 99,999.50 then they show it as only 99,999 Like this they have changed all client income which lead to a huge amount it seems small but it is not" Nisha explained what was actually happening in office.

"Nisha had kept me as well in that mail so I asked her to meet me. She was scared because of Sumit but she told me about the fraud. I didn't trust her instantly but I checked the data from the client side and our side. She was telling the truth but I still doubted her. Maybe she was part of them for some time and now because of some conflict she is blaming them. She asked me to check all the mail which was sent by her, I came to know that actual data fraud was happening in the upper process. We planned to get to know who all were involved in this. I got data of our company staff with the help of the IT department. But Nisha was sure external auditors are involved as well but we didn't have any proof for that so Nisha acted to be part of them and recorded their confession" Arjun explained how Nisha was totally out of this fraud thing and she did all for the company to help them.

"So, when I walked in today Sumit's Cabin recording was going on" Kabir concluded.

Nisha nodded in reply.

"Shit, sorry. Did we get enough proof or I spoiled it?" Kabir asked both.

"He was about to take names of persons who are involved from the company. It's okay, we already got their data from IT department. He mentioned about the external auditor that was mainly needed" Arjun replied and Kabir nodded.

"I'm proud of you," Arjun said to Nisha and ruffled her hair.

Lift started to move. Arjun got down on his floor while Kabir and Nisha went to the ground floor.

"Let's go out for breakfast," Nisha said.

Kabir agreed and they went to a nearby restaurant. Before breakfast Nisha went to the washroom to wash her face and make herself presentable because of her earlier crying session.

They had breakfast and didn't go to the office as Arjun called Kabir and asked him to take care of Nisha.

Kabir wanted to meet his dad for some needed talk. But now Nisha was first priority . Arjun's change in behaviour didn't go unnoticed but Kabir doesn't want to read more.

Once they reached home. Nisha said she wants to confess something more.

"Nisha please don't tell me you are the shooting star which I saw before breaking my engagement" Kabir pleaded thinking all nonsense.

"Idiot, I'm not a star but do you believe in those things?" Nisha asked, looking a little nervous.

"I noticed some activity and came to the conclusion that you can be a star. Everything is possible in life and If this can lead to our separation than I need to think and accept whatever you are but you are not allowed to leave me"

"When we met in the office for the first time, I was there to get the proof which Sumit made to blackmail me. But Khanna caught me that night and when you came, you looked drunk so I told you that I was searching for the key to my apartment. You came inside on my floor to find it with me. That time I offered you coffee while finding a key. I add alcohol in it.

When you was not able to think and was behaving differently I took that as my opportunity and I made you call to Khanna and made you order him to forget about catching me"

Their first meet and that night's true event.

Nisha's POV

Khanna had held my hand securely and was not ready to listen to my story. He said he had informed Kabir sir and he will be here soon.

Khanna, the security head looks convinced that I was not robbing anything inside though it's wrong.

"Tell him your story he will understand. He is a good guy" Khanna said.

I noticed a guy coming towards us, he was tall, his tough look was matching his personality. He was wearing sherwani. Yeah right he was about to get engaged today. What kind of guy is this? Wasn't he busy on his special day?

I cursed this creature mentally.

"Why are you holding this girl like this?" He asked Khanna, he sounded drunk.

"I caught her inside building at this time, no one noticed her going inside"

He looked at me "first of all leave her" Khanna did as told.

"I'm an employee of this company, Nisha Gangwal works in the account department" I pulled out my Id from my purse.

"Why are you here at this time?" He asked.

"I lost my apartment key in the office when I went home after the club . I realized it so I'm here to get the key" I prayed to God 'please no more questions' I Don't like to lie. Though I'm good at it, it doesn't give me the right to lie confidentially.

"Come" he walked into the office building. I thanked my star and followed him.

We got in lift, I was admiring his tired yet handsome face. Don't know why I want to know his problems and solve them.

He pressed the 6th floor without asking me, how does he know?

He is just drunk, not mad. He is the CEO, of course he will know which floor is for the Account department.

"Lead the way" he ordered me to show my cabin.

Luckily I had already pulled out the apartment key from my purse. Once we got in the cabin when he Was checking the table I threw the key down on the floor.

I started to look for the key on the table, I intentionally threw it near his feet.

While looking for the key on the table he stood up on key but didn't react. God only knows how drunk this guy is.

Idea

"I'm sleepy, I need a coffee if you don't mind, can I go and get one?" he looked at me for the whole two minutes then nodded.

"Thank you" I replied and walked out.

Don't know how he behaves without alcohol. Hopefully he couldn't find the key as he himself was standing on it.

I want to go to Sumit's cabin but it could be risky. I took a coffee mug and added a little alcohol from my purse. Glad I came on this mission with full preparation.

I add coffee from the coffee machine and little sugar. These rich people don't like sweets. This much is fine.

I walked back "I had coffee, I brought for you too" I smiled at him.

He hasn't moved but moved everything on my table. I walked near him so he moved little and I can act like finding it.

I looked up at him hoping he would move but when he didn't. I pushed him slightly but to my shock he couldn't manage and fell on my chair but he pulled me with him.

Oh god what a drunken ass.

I looked up and saw beautiful chocolate eyes, he was gazing at me. All missions, everything went blank. As his hand moved to my face.

He leaned down and I closed my eyes. This happens in movies when hero heroines are about to kiss.

Kiss

No.

I opened my eyes and pushed him a little.

He looked startled. I didn't look at him.

"Key, I got it" I picked up the key and showed him.

He nodded and lifted a coffee mug and took one sip awkwardly.

Just he drinks it all.

He started to talk nonsense while drinking.

"Empty just like my life" he said looking at the coffee mug after drinking coffee from it.

Something tugged in my heart with his sad voice.

"Sir"

"You pushed me" he showed me his finger.

What's happening ? Why my plan is not working on this already drunk person.

"Sir, you seat here I'll come from the washroom" I informed him but he didn't listen.

He was blabbering something which I didn't get.

I walked out of my cabin and walked in Sumit's Cabin. I didn't turn on the light because I didn't want to get caught on CCTV. I hid behind the desk and pulled files from the table with very dim light using my wallpaper, not even a torch . I tried to find the file which he showed me some days back.

I couldn't find it and kept returning all the files from where I took them. I checked in drawers but no use. In the last drawer the lowest one I got. I checked it carefully and kept it inside my purse.

Mission completed

"Chan se Jo tute koi Sapna" I heard Kabir's drunken voice. I checked out of the cabin he was standing nearby but his back was towards me. I closed the cabin door and walked to him.

"Sir"

"You went that side, why are you standing on this side?" he said, showing left and right directions. Even in a drunken state his mind was working like a detective.

"No it's the place taking the circle that's why" I said hoping he feels it in his drunken state.

"Where? It's normal" he asked, looking around in a circle.

Why can't he behave like a true drunken man?

"You can't see it like this" I walked to him and held his shoulder "give me your mobile I'll show you" he pulled out his Mobile from his pocket.

I took it from him.

"Hey that's mine" he shrieked.

"Yeah sir one minute" it was face lock. I showed his face on lock and it opened.

I opened the camera and showed him "see sir, it's circling" I circled with him. Holding him tightly so we both won't lose balance.

"Yeah, show me, show me" he was asking for his own mobile like a 5 years old baby.

While taking the mobile from me he clicked a picture when I was looking at him in shock and wonder while he looked happy.

Let it be, this picture can help me in the future if I need any proof.

"Sir, I will play a game with Khanna. Will you play with me?" I asked, hoping to use his childish side.

"I'll play" he raised his both hands in excitement.

"Let's call Khanna, we will tell him to forget about whatever he saw before your coming"

"Why?"

"You are the boss so you are allowed to see everything and no one else is allowed to know anything which you don't know"

"What I don't know?" He asked

"You are the boss, you should know"

"Yes I m boss" he smiled showing his White pearls.

"Let's call"

He was typing Don't know what on his screen so I took a mobile and called Khanna from last call log history. I kept the phone on speaker.

"Talk like boss, like you talk always"

He cleared his throat and stand straight like his CEO style

"Yes sir" we heard Khanna's voice.

"Do you know anything which I don't know?" What the hell he is asking.

"What sir?"

I pressed mute "tell him to forget about finding me inside the building"

"Why?" He asked

"Just do as I say" I ordered him.

"Okay" he agreed like scared baby

I removed the call from mute and showed him my eyes in a commanding manner.

"Forgot about seeing me"

I smacked myself.

"Nisha" I again muted the call and shouted at him.

"Sir" we heard Khanna's voice. I removed the call from mute.

"Nisha, forgot about Nisha"

"What sir?"

"You didn't see her before me" I show him thumbs up.

"But sir"

"I m boss follow what I say"

"Okay sir"

I asked for a call.

"Hear her whatever she says" he handed the call to me.

"Khanna bhaiya, sir is too good. He believed me after seeing the key now he doesn't want you to remember catching me and holding me. You have to remember that you didn't find anyone and when sir came at the same time I came" I gave him my story.

"But ma'am"

"Nisha"

"Sorry?"

"Call me Nisha, Khanna bhaiya"

"Okay Nisha" I heard his emotional voice.

I cut the call And looked at Kabir laughing.

Oh god if he will laugh like this then Khanna bhaiya will know.

"Sir"

"Sir" I called him.

"Hmm" he smiled at me.

"You are boss and boss doesn't laugh or smile this much" he nodded his head and kept finger on his lips

"Sir you are allowed to talk just not smile and laugh"

He removed his hand "okay" he sounded much more drunk than earlier.

"You won't talk much with Khanna"

"Why?"

"Because if you will talk, you will laugh and than he will doubt on you"

"Because the boss doesn't laugh" he laughed again while saying.

"Not again" I cried irritably.

"Shh" I moved in front of him and pressed my finger on his lips.

He looked in my eyes and blinked like a baby. He was so handsome the closer I was his charm was growing more. I shook my head and walked a little back.

"Now no more laughing"

He nodded and we walked down.

"You remember what you need to say?" I asked him. He nodded in reply.

"Say it, don't nod"

"I got it" he sounded drunk.

"Khanna you remember what I said?" Kabir asked.

"Yes sir"

"So if I ask in the morning about night what you will say?" Kabir sounded drunk but Khanna didn't notice in worry he looked at me. I nodded my head encouraging him.

"I will say as Nisha told me, sir"

"Good" Kabir laughed.

Oh god.

"He was drunk from earlier. It's affecting him now. I will drop him" I said to Khanna bhaiya.

"Okay Nisha be careful" he helped Kabir to settle on the passenger seat.

I exchanged numbers with Khanna bhaiya. Glad Khanna bhaiya told me about the address, Because Kabir is surprisingly silent the whole ride.

After reaching his mansion I noticed He was sleeping. Oh my god now what?

"Get up Kabir" I shook him "get up" I slightly patted his cheek.

I helped him out of the car. We walked into the mansion . Surprisingly no one met me on the way to his room and he helped me a lot by trying to walk by himself.

I removed his shoes, undid the buttons of his Sherwani and tugged him inside the duvet.

"Mom" he mumbled with closed eyes.

I felt bad for him and remembered how sad he was in office talking about empty life. I checked the time it was 3:30. I won't get any public transport this time and booking a cab now alone is not safe. This mansion and my apartment are in totally two different directions.

I sat on a recliner. I was surprisingly happy with all the turns of events. I got what I wanted. Now no more I'm in Sumit's hand. I got to see this brilliant guy in his most brilliant behaviour.

I admired him, his handsome face. He looked disturbed even in his sleep. I looked around his room and it was beautiful with an artistic touch. I noticed colour bottles and Sculptures. Looks like he is an artist as well.

I settled on a recliner for nape leaving my head to rest for a while.

When I woke up I remembered all the things that happened last night. I looked at him and he was still in his sleep.

He will need medicine for the most enjoyable headache. I chuckled and looked for medicine. I opened the drawer and saw the first aid box I took out. I noticed something beneath it.

It was a Diary I pulled out, I was actually interested in this guy and if there is any chance to know him better I won't leave.

I opened and read his diary, not in detail but I got to know, he feels himself unlovable because his childhood was only part where he got love from his mom only for a very short period. His whole life he has just wished for love and that's what he was denied most.

It wasn't a boring daily routine diary but it was an emotional journey. He didn't write anything clearly but from his words I got a somewhat idea that his mom left him but he still loves her and understands her situation.

There was a mention of his dream which his dad didn't let him complete.

I flipped more pages and read little about his upcoming engagement, yeah how can I forget that. He is someone else, I said to my heart and flipped pages. So it wasn't a marriage of his wish. He hates her.

Now I understand why he doesn't like his life and feels himself alone and empty.

On the last page I read about his wish for a star and this caught me off guard.

I placed it back in the drawer with a first aid box. I placed two tablets beside water glass. I kissed his forehead.

I need shower, I will wear the same clothes again but I can't be without shower for 2-3 hours more. I'm sure he won't get up any soon.

In the hurry of taking a bath I forgot to close the door. It's my habit. When suddenly he walked in the washroom I was shocked.

When I realised he doesn't remember anything I took it as a chance to come closer to him and give him love which he deserves. I lied whenever I felt it needed. I was guilty but I wasn't harming him or taking his benefit.

Third Person Pov

"I'm so sorry for lying and doing all this. I did whatever I felt was right and needed" Nisha was in tears because her guilt was eating up her.

"Nisha stopped crying, I knew there was something not right in this. I had checked CCTV footage the day I went for resigning from the CEO post" Kabir said Making Nisha shocked.

"You knew it?" It was a statement but came as a question.

"Yes, I didn't know what your intentions were but my heart chose to trust you" Nisha threw herself in his arms.

"I love you so much Kabir," Nisha said, hugging him.

"I love you too Nisha" he hugged her protectively in his arms.

"Nisha, I have one question" Nisha broke the hug and looked at him with questioning eyes.

"I noticed you talking at night to yourself, what's that?" Kabir asked, making Nisha shocked.

A very long Chapter.
