*Naruto woke up with a yawn feeling just exhausted*

*Naruto flinched as the person behind that voice finally connected inside Naruto's mind he snapped his neck at Shizune smiling at him with multiple needles in her hands*

Now

Days later

*After the day that will now be knowned as the day people found out just how high pitch a person could scream passed, things went back to relatively normal*

With Naruto

*We see him with what now has become his normal routine, doing paperwork for his clan*

Naruto:oh God already?

Shizune:hm?

*Shizune said not even looking at Naruto, she was sharpening her needles*

Naruto:I'm already getting marriage contracts for my people, the heads of other clans want the Uzumaki chakra reserves no doubt

Shizune:are you gonna do it?

Naruto:i mean, I'm already thinking of a Uzumaki Uchiha, but an Uzumaki inuzuka? Fuck no even Aburame is stronger then them

*Naruto said burning the inuzuka contract with a small smirk*

Shizune:you really hate that clan huh?

Naruto:well let's see there's a dog contract I know there is since Kakashi uses them but does that clan use the dog contract?

Shizune:no it does not

Naruto;no it absolutely doesn't, they prefer using actual dogs so yeah not exactly up there on my list. Who would you choose?

*Shizune stopped what she was doing and a actually gave it a bit of thought*

Shizune:hm... probably the Yamanaka clan there mind jutsu is greatly underrated it could come in handy in future generations

*Naruto said with a hum as he placed the Yamanaka contract on the yes pile. They kept working in comfortable silence until an Anbu appeared before them*

*Naruto did a shadow Clone to finish the paperworks*

Naruto:honestly can you imagine doing all of this without clones?

Shizune:you would have to be real stupid to be able to use shadow clones and not use them like this

Naruto:either that or you just don't want to come home

*Naruto and Shizune got up and flickered out of there home, not knowing the demon they released on the other side*

In the pure lands

*Kushina turned slowly to Minato who was walking backwards with his hands in front of him*

Minato:h...h..hey hey hey wait a minute kushy I didn't consider the shadow clones to be used like that!

Kushina: aren't you seen as some sort of prodigy?  The same person that created a space/time jutsu? The same person that developed the Rasengan?

*The Shinigami appeared behind Kushina and gave her his knife making Minato pale*

Minato: why? Just answer me that, why do you give her the only weapon that actually Hurts souls? Why damn it?!

Shinigami:I'm petty and I'm still not over you using my seal on such a pathetically weak creature as tailed beast. Also it's just funny. Now get him girl

*Kushina and the Shinigami shared the same sinister smile as Kushina got up and started walking towards her husband who ran for his eternal soul as Kushina ran behind him slowly but surely closing the gap between them*

*Naruto and Shizune flickered to the Hokage tower seeing they're were a good number of fellow Shinobi there*

Naruto:good Kami this must be serious Hatake Is actually on time for something

*That got a few chuckles from the people in the room and a roll of the eyes from Kakashi*

Kakashi:nice to see you too Naruto

Naruto:i don't recall saying it's nice to see you Hatake

Jiraiya:no need to be rude he was just making conversation

Tsunade:enough, I don't want this to become a whole thing, keep your personal problems outside of the mission

Tsunade:right, I've gotten word from the other great elemental nations, there sending there best fighters and I'll be doing the same, this could possibly be the highest ranking mission you all ever receive

*The room got tense as they all bowed in front of there Hokage, she got up and started walking around*

Tsunade:Shinobi Naruto Uzumaki managed to convinced a member of the Akatsuki to flip on the rest, they'll be in the valley of the end by tomorrow

*The window was opened and everyone felt a breeze flow inside as a man was resting on the window*

Itachi:i would say it was more to break the cycle of hate the Uchiha has suffered

*Everyone in the room flinched as they looked itachi reading a book leaning against the window*

Itachi:and Naruto didn't convinced me on anything, I chose to flip for the future of my clan, If I wanted to I could've killed him quite easily I might add

Naruto:you want some water Uchiha? Pretty sure thats the most you've talked in a long time

Jiraiya:when the hell did you convince him?!

*Jiraiya said shocked, Naruto had to control his eyes from Rollin*

Naruto: while you were busy wasting the money the Hokage gave you on the missions on at that bar with those woman

*Jiraiya flinched looking back down away from the cold disappointment and overall just tired gaze of Tsunade just done with her old teammates antics. Thankfully for Jiraiya Someone else took the attention away from him*

Kurenai:so we're just suppose to forget everything he's done?

*Kurenai said in slight disgust, her best friend anko looked at her with a bit of disgust for kurenai saying such things especially with her there*

Anko;i mean, you All forgave everything I did while I was with Orochimaru, how is this different? Did you not forgive me? Was it all a lie?

Kurenai:no, but you were being controlled by that snake it's completely different

Anko:your just making excuses to hate this guy, if he helps us then who cares

Naruto:not to mention I got him forgiven by the daimyo so....

*The sound of a fist connecting to the table stopped there childish bickering*

Tsunade:enough, enough, I want everybody to be prepared this are some of the strongest missing nin, from different nations and we've yet to see the leader known as pain in battle

Jiraiya:so there's anytbing you can tell us about pain?

Itachi:just that he has gravitational justsu and he's one of the few I have lost too in battle. I would recommend Uzumaki to fight him his chakra chains and space time jutsu could be a deciding factor against his powers

*Tsunade nodded and then signaled itachi to kneel down with the rest of them which he complied*

Tsunade:itachi, Naruto, Shizune, Jiraiya, Kakashi, anko, kurenai, guy, asuma, Shikamaru,ino,Neji,. You 12 shall be the ones that goes and fight on behave of Konoha. Have your affairs in order I won't lie, the chances for death are high so make peace with whatever God you believe in and be prepare for the hardest fights you'll probably ever have to face

Naruto:I don't know maybe fighting a moon god would be harder

Tsunade;not the time Naruto, you're all dismissed be at the gates before sunrise itachi you'll leave now and be waiting for the rest to arrive

*They all nodded, itachi exploded in to a murder of crows as the rest flickered out of there except for Jiraiya*

Tsunade:yes?

Jiraiya; nothing, nothing, just wanted you to know even if you hate me for the things I've done and even if I'll be paying for my sins I just want to say I love you, I still love you. Just...wanted to tell you in case I don't get a chance to earn your forgiveness

*Jiraiya disappeared in a cloud of smoke, Tsunade sighed and turned her chair looking at the Hokage monument*

*He and shizune were just waking around the Uzumaki compound they didn't say anything just holding each other's hands*

Shizune:this is it huh? After this mission there won't be any real big enemies for Kami knows how long

Naruto:yes, hopefully it will end not with a bang but a whimper but that wouldn't be realistic would it?

Shizune:no. People are going to die good people, but it's for the greater good

Naruto:hm. I'll make sure you and me aren't one of those were not dying until we're the age of the 3rd

Shizune:my how optimistic....are you scared?

Naruto:....a little yeah I've beaten Kakashi and Sasuke, but lost to Itachi and killer Bee I'll need to meditate before we leave, can't let myself get too full of myself that's how Sasuke died. If I have to go against pain I have to give it my everything

Shizune:and we will, but since tomorrow is a gift never a promise I want to do something before tomorrow comes

Naruto:oh?
