Your POV
I ripped off my necklace and threw it into the bushes behind me. I levitated into the air and my leg joined together to form my long (F/c) tail with (S/f/c) detailing. I was then lowered back onto the docks, but was now sitting. I took a deep breath then launched myself into the water.

   I had a weird feeling like walking for the first time, but I was born a mermaid and I knew how to swim. "(F/n), I know this is hard for you but-", I cut her off by swimming ahead. "(F/n)... Are you okay", she asked concerned. "This is all just going to be some stupid memory", I finally spoke. "But didn't you enjoy it", she questioned. "Of course I did, but this is reality. I need to focus on the real things", I sighed. "You miss him, don't you", she frowned. "More than ever! But I need to forget about everything that happened up there or it will just weigh me down", I bit my bottom lip.

   "Well here we are", Brianna pointed at what looked to be the old ruins of where I once lived. Wow! Dad really did go on a rampage!
