Zachary and Alyssa's POV.
12 weeks earlier.

"Zach.."

"What does it say?"

"It says I'm pregnant."

"Baby!  Oh my gosh!" Zachary's eyes widen.

"Zachary, don't do that, please!  You know what's gonna happen!"

"I know that no one knows anything for sure except God.  Not even doctors."

"We were carful! I never wanted to go through another loss again, Zach."

"Baby, we have to be positive!  We're gonna see a doctor, pray, pray, pray, okay?"

Alyssa nods softly.

"Hey, look at me."

Alyssa looks up and he smiles softly.
"I love you."

"I love you too."

Present time.

Alyssa is now 16 weeks pregnant.  No one knows yet, they haven't even told Enrique.
The possibility of losing the baby is always there, so Alyssa has no choice but to see her doctor once a week until the baby is born.

"Baby, being around the family today.. I felt terrible." Zachary say.

"Why?"

"I feel like I'm lying to them."

"Baby, you're not."

"I'd really like to tell them."

Alyssa takes a deep breath and looks down.

"I know why you don't want to, and I understand! But honey, we need all the prayer we can get.  We have to tell our family!"

"Okay.. I guess you're right."

"Really?" He smiles.

"Yeah.. We can tell them after church on Sunday."

"When can we tell, Kikè?"

"I guess we can tell him now.."

"Yeah?! Alright, Let's go!"

Alyssa chuckles and follows him to the baby.

"Enrique, come here!"

"Dada?"

"Yeah buddy, over here!"

Enrique stumbled over to the couch.  Zachary picked him up and sat him in between him and Alyssa.

"Buddy, we have a surprise for you!"

"Pwize?"

"Yeah, mijo.." Alyssa smiles softly.

"You're gonna be a big brother!"

"What?  Baba?"

"Yeah, good boy!  There's gonna be a baba!"

"Where?"

"In mommy's tummy!" Zachary says.

Enrique's eyes widen and he makes an O shape with his mouth.

Alyssa chuckles and tears up.

"Are you excited, Kikè?" She asks.

"Yeah!  Baba!" He smiles and lays his head on her belly.

Alyssa couldn't help but cry.
Zachary reached over and rubbed her back before placing a soft kiss on her forehead.

Sunday.

"You guys!  Your baby brother has a name!" Jessica says.

"What is it?!" Tiffany asks.

"His name is Jonas!"

"Jonas Zane!" Nova adds.

"Ah!  How cute is that!  Oh I can't wait to meet him!"

"That's a nice name, mom." James smiles.

"Thanks, baby!"

"Me and Gray picked out Zane!"

'That's so awesome, little lady!"

Nova giggles. "Brother called me little lady!  He's silly!"

Jessica chuckles.

Just then Zachary says, "That's so awesome, mom!  It's crazy you're having a baby. I can't wait to meet my little brother."

"Aw sweetie." Jessica smiles softly.

"Aly and I actually have something to tell you all too."

"Zach!" Alyssa tries stopping him.

"It's okay, baby."

Alyssa stays back and takes a deep breath.

"We're having a baby!" He smiles.

"What?!  Oh my gosh, are you serious?!  Wait, this isn't like asking me to carry another one, is it? Because the space is currently in use!" Jessica says with her hands on her round belly.

"Haha!  No momma!  Alyssa's pregnant!"

"Oh honey, I'm so happy for you guys!" Jessica hugs him tightly.

"It's still scary.. The baby is kinda small and there's no guarantee it will make it to-"

"But with all of your prayers anything is possible!" Zachary says wrapping his arm around Alyssa.

"Oh course!  Oh gosh, this is so great." Jessica says with tears rolling down her cheeks.

"Welcome to the belly club!" She chuckles and hugs her tightly.

Two weeks later.
Zachary and Alyssa's POV.

Today their appointment went well.  The baby gained a bit more weight, so that made them super happy.
They were also able to find out the gender of the baby.
Alyssa planned on this being her only pregnancy since she could barely handle the stress now, so she wanted to have a gender reveal with their family since it would be her only chance.

Everyone came over to find out what the little baby was. The house was decorated in pink and blue, and everyone was beyond excited.

"Hey Sam!"

"Hey little brother! I brought some snacks for the party."

"Oh Sam, you didn't have to-- Nuts or No Nuts? Sam!" Zachary laughs.

"I saw it online and I had to!" Sam cracks up.

"Samuel, YOU'RE nuts!" Nova says looking up to him.

"What did you say, little missy? What did you say?!"

"AHHHH!" Nova laughs hysterically and runs away from him.

"Enrique, come over here! We're gonna find out if mommy is having a boy or a girl!" Zachary smiles.

"Gil! Gil!" He shouts as he runs over and lifts his arms for Alyssa to lift him up.

"Aw, he wants a little sister!" Jessica says with her hand on her chest.

"Yes he does!" Alyssa smiles and kisses his chubby cheek.

"Lita! Lita!" He kicks his legs and reaches for Jessica.

"You'll see me in a second, baby. Find out what the baby is first, silly boy!"

"Alright! Everyone ready?"

"We're ready!" Everyone shouts.

"Ready, Kikè?"

"Weady!" He cutely says.

"Ready, baby?"

"For God's sake just open it, Zachary!" Alyssa bounces from being so impatient.

"Okay, Okay!" He laughs. "Three.. Two.. ONE!" Zachary opens the decorated box and pink balloons float out.

"Oh my gosh!" Alyssa's eyes widen.

Zachary's jaw dropped. He was in shock. He was going to have a little baby girl of his own, and he couldn't wait. He looked at Alyssa with tears in his eyes as she cried. Her wrapped his arms around her and buried his face in the crook of her neck.

"I love you, baby. I love you so much."

"I love you too, Zach."

"Baba Gil?" Enrique smiles.

"Yeah baby, you're getting a sister!" Alyssa says wiping her cheeks.

Zachary's tears continued to fall as he bends over and kisses her belly.
He then silently prayed that his baby girl would be okay and she would arrive safely.

I was thinking, and it's really cool that I started this story with like four main characters, and now there are so many! It's crazy! It's hard to keep up with all of them, but I like the challenge:)
