Immediately after Tiffany's water broke, her labor pains worsened.
They quickly took her to the hospital and got her straight into a room.

By the third time the doctor checked her, she was 8 1/2 centimeters dilated.

"I can't believe this is all happening so fast! She might even be a little Halloween baby!" Sam says with excitement.

"I know! Samuel took forever to come! Plus I was major pregnant and contracting every few minutes myself, so that didn't help!
.. Now I'm dressed as a vampire. Do I know how to welcome my grandchildren or what?" Jessica laughs.

Sam laughs just before Tiffany moans in pain.

"I want an epidural!" She shouts.

"Baby, it's too late! It's almost time to start pushing!"

"But I want it!" Tiffany sobs.

Only about 30 minuets later and Tiffany was ready to start pushing.
Sam and Jessica held her hand as Tiffany tried her hardest to get her baby girl here as quickly as possible.

In just a few minutes the baby girl was born and screaming her little lungs out.

"Oh my gosh! Sam, look at her! She's so beautiful!" Tiffany cries.

"That's my little girl.  She's perfect." Sam smiled at his new baby as if she were made from gold.

Jessica shed tears watching her son instantly fall in love with his little girl.

"She looks like you." Sam smiles at Tiffany.

"You know.. if you were balled and chubby."

Tiffany laughs.

"I love you." Sam leans in and softly kisses her lips.

"I love you more."

Sam then continues looking down at the baby.
"What are we gonna name this cutie?  She was born on Halloween so it has to be cool!  Like Luna, or.. or Chucky!"

"Chucky?" Tiffany laughs.

"Okay that was a bit much, but you know what I mean!"

"Heh!  Yeah.. Hey, did you know I was named after Tiffany from Chucky?"

"Really?!  I love you even more now!  The bride of Chucky! She's hot!"

"You're crazy! *Laughs*
... I don't really know about this little kitten though.. Luna is pretty..
Oh and your mom had suggested Tabitha, remember? It's kind of a Halloweeny name without being too obvious like.. Wednesday!" She laughs.

"Ooh!  Wednesday!" Sam's eyes widen.

"NO!"

"I'm kidding." He chuckles. "I like Tabitha.. little Tabbi."

"That's cute!  I think that's it, don't you?"

"Yeah.. what about a middle name?" He asks.

"Do you have any in mind?"

Sam looks down and takes in the baby's appearance.
He then smiles and looks up, "Violet?" He asks.

"Tabitha Violet Shepard.  I love it!"

"Awesome!"

Jessica smiles and says, "So I've named two of my grandchildren now!  I think that means I'm pretty cool!" She says doing a little shimmy.

"Don't go overboard, you're not that cool, mom." Sam nods.

Jessica laughs and taps his arm before hugging him tightly.

"I'll give you three some time alone.  I'll go check on the freak show we call our family out in the lobby."

"Thanks, Ma." Sam chuckles.

"Mommy!  Is the baby here yet?!" Nova runs to her mother.

"Nova, I told you it was going to be a while, remember?" Danny says.

"No, she's here!  It happened so fast!" Jessica chuckles.

"She's here?!  Oh my gosh, is she cute?!" Nova asks.

"Oh she's adorable!  Her name is Tabitha!" Jessica smiles.

"How cute!"

"Mama, I wanna see her!" Nova jumps.

"In a second.  Let her get all cleaned off first."

Before the rest of the family came in, Jessica took Samuel in to meet his baby sister for the first time.

"Sammy, you wanna come with Gigi to see your sissy?"

"I guess." He sighs.

Jessica laughs and takes his hand.

...

"Tabbi!  Your big brother's here." Jessica says walking into the room.

"Sammy!  Oh my boy, you look so big!" Tiffany says.

Samuel stayed close to Jessica and didn't say a word.

"I know you aren't thrilled about her, but she really wants to meet you and say hi!" Tiffany says as Samuel buries his face in Jessica's leg.

Jessica picked him up and sat him on the bed.
After trying to go with her, he finally looked at his baby sister.

"Woah.." Is all he said.

Tiffany laughed. "Say hi!  You can touch her, just very gentle, okay?"

Samuel slowly reaches his hand to the baby and gently caresses his finger on her cheek.

Sam and Tiffany chuckle at how careful he's being.  It was very sweet.

Meanwhile Jessica is snapping pictures of them.

"What do you think of her, bud?" Sam asks.

"I love her!" He smiles.

"Aw Sammy, that makes mama so happy to hear!"

"Yeah.. I'm a big brother!"

"You are!"

"She's a lot cuter than I thought she was gonna be!"

"Is she?" Tiffany laughs.

"Yeah!  So much cuter!"

"Hah!  Oh and look!  Sissy brought you a gift!" Sam says handing him a present.

"From God?!" He asks making everyone laugh.

"I'm sure he helped pick it out!  Open it, bud." Sam pats his back.

...

"WOAH!  COOL!  She got me snacks, and colors and a coloring books! *Gasp* And a camera like GIGI!"

"Yeah! You're all set now!"

"I wanna take Gigi's picture!  Open it!"

"In a second, buddy.  Look at the bag, it says Big Brother."

"Hey that's me!"

"Yep!  And look, there's a card!  It says, Dear Big Bro,  I can't wait to go on all kinds of adventures with you.  I can't wait for you to teach me all kinds of new things, and I can't wait to give you lots and lots of hugs! Love, your best friend, Sissy!"

"Aw that's so sweet!  But what about my other best friend?  Nova!"

"You can all be best friends!"

"Awesome!  Thanks for the presents and the card, uh.. um.. what's her name again?" Sam tilts his head cutely.

"Tabitha." Tiffany chuckles.

"Tabitha!" Samuel smiles then kisses her forehead softly.

Soon after, the rest of the family came in to say hello.
Nova was the most excited out of everyone.

Danny held her on his hip and she smiled down to the baby girl.

"She's so precious!  I can't wait to take her home!" She says.

"Novies, we're not gonna take her home.  She's Sam and Tiffany's baby." Danny chuckles.

"No, Sam Sam told me to take her!"

"What?  Samuel, did you say that?" Tiffany asks.

"I did but now I love her and I wanna be a big brother!  I'm sorry, Nova."

Nova pouts then bursts into tears.
"I wanted a baby!"

"Well don't talk to me, talk to your mother." Danny says earning an evil look from Jessica.

Danny quickly took her out to the hallway so she wouldn't wake the baby.

"Honey, Tabitha is Sam's baby."

"But Sam Sam said I can I have her!"

"Sam can't do that.. she's not ours, baby."

"Daddy, I'm just so sad!  Sammy moved out and now it's just me and Grayson!  When his friends come over, they don't wanna play with me and I'm all by myself!" Nova scratches her eye and tries her absolute best not to cry.  Yet she can't help her bottom lip from quivering.

"Baby Love.."

"I'm by myself now!"

Danny sighs.
"No.. you're never by yourself, love bug."

"I feel like it!"

"Well you're not.  I'm sorry you're upset, but it'll be okay!  You're mommy and daddy's little princess!"

Nova pouts and throws herself onto her father.

"Please Daddy. PLEASE ask mommy to have a baby!"

"Honey, it's not that simple."

"But daddy!!"

"Nova, I can't.. I can't force mommy to want another baby."

Nova sobs into the crook of Danny's neck.

"Calm down. It's okay." He says softly rubbing her back to comfort her.
