The next morning Jessica made a big breakfast for everyone.
She was feeling very emotional. She was so proud of the boys for this great accomplishment, but she was sad because this now meant that the next step was college.

"Another one of our boys is graduating, Sammy. We did so good.. He's a good boy. They all are... Even Samuel." Jessica giggles.

"Hey baby! Ready for today?"

*Sighs* "Yeah.."

"It's a happy day. I know it's hard, but it's good. Our boys are graduating!"

"Yes they are." She smiles.

"Oh and ten more days until our one year anniversary."

"One year! That went by so fast!"

"I know.. I love you, baby."

"I love you more." She smiles and kisses his lips.

"Good morning!"

Jessica turns and smiles.
"Oh my baby! Good morning, handsome!" Jessica hugs Michael.

"How on earth is my baby boy graduating today?" She says holding his cheeks in her hands.

Michael smiles and Jessica tears up.

"Your father would be so proud of you... He is proud of you."

Michael's eyes tear up and Jessica gives him a hug.

"Zachary Huston."

"Woo! That's my boy!" Jessica stands up and claps her hands.

"What's happening?" Grayson asks Danny.

"Your big brother's graduating! Look, there's Zach!"

"Yay! Go Zach!" He shouts and claps his hands.

"Michael Shepard."

"Oh my baby.." Jessica watches him grab his diploma and walk across the stage.

"That's our boy, Sammy." She says with tears in her eyes.

"Mommy, that's Mikey!"

Jessica chuckles and takes Grayson from Danny.
"Yes it is, baby."

After graduation they had a party for them at the house.

"Grandma, I'm so happy you could make it!"

"Oh Zachary, I wouldn't have missed it for the world!  I'm sorry about-"

"No." Zachary nods.

"We don't need to talk about the past.  It's okay."

Zoe smiles softly and Zachary hugs her.

Danny walks over and says, "Hey Zach, your mother's calling you."

"Oh okay.  I'll see you later."

"Okay, baby." Zoe smiles.

"Mom, I wanted to talk to you."

"About what?"

"I've been thinking and I'd like to meet my dad... You know.. The real."

"Oh!  Heh... Okay.  I'll try and get ahold of him and explain everything.. He's a really nice guy, Daniel."

Danny nods and looks at Sam who was passing by him.

"Hey Sam, could you grab me a beer, please?"

"Only if I can have some too."

"Sam."

*Sighs* "Yes sir."

June 16th.

"Happy anniversary!" Jessica jumps up and wraps her arms and legs around Danny.

"Thank you! Happy anniversary to you too, beautiful girl."

"What do you want to do today?"

"I think maybe.. Hm! Well I have a few ideas" Jessica smirks.

"Mmm.. And do your ideas involve any Jessikins dessert?"

"Maybe!" She raises her eyebrows and bites her bottom lip.

Danny growls and squeezes her butt.
Jessica giggles and kisses his lips.

One week later.

Danny's mother contacted his birth father and he was more than happy to meet him.  Jessica went with him and Zoe.  They met at a restaurant nearby their house.

"I'm so nervous.  What if he hates me?"

"He won't hate you, baby." Jessica says fixing his hair with the free hand he was not grabbing onto.

"He gonna love you because you are a great man.. You're his son, baby."

"I just.. I'm used to the feeling of rejection and I'm just worried.."

Zoe turns away and Jessica places her hand on his chest.

"Baby.. Don't think like that.  I'm sorry for things that have happened in the past, but you have to be positive.  Let's just talk to him.  I'm sure he's a nice man."

Danny takes her hand off his chest and kisses the back of it.

"I love you.  Thank you for coming with me."

"I love you too, and of course!  If you want me here, there's no way I wouldn't be." Danny smiles and Zoe says, "There he is, Danny."

"Oh my gosh.."

"Danny, you look just like him." Jessica says quietly.

"Yeah.. Wow... That's my dad.." He chuckles softly.

"Daniel.. Hi. I'm Nicholas.. I'm your father."

"Hi... Um.. Nice to meet you he smiles and holds his hand out.

Nicholas pauses before hugging Danny.

Jessica smiles at the sight.

"It's nice to meet you.. This is my wife, Jessica."

"Oh hello, Jessica. She's very beautiful, Danny."

"Heh! Thank you!" Jessica giggles.

"Yes she is." Danny smiles at her.

"Danny.. I always loved your mother.. But the circumstances weren't the best obviously. When your mother came to me this week I was shocked. I've always wanted a son.. I'd love to get to know you and have a relationship with you. Do you two have any children?"

"Yes sir. We have five. I have a son from my late wife, and Jessie has four boys from her late husband."

"Wow! You don't have any together?"

"No.. Not yet." Jessica smiles softly at Danny.
Danny rubs her thigh and they continue their conversation.

July 4th.

"Gray, are you ready to go see your friends at Aunt Sarah's?"

"Yeah!  There's Kenna and Wiley!  All my fwiends!"

"All of your friends, baby!" Jessica giggles.

"Jessie!"

"McKenna!  Hi my girl!  How are you?"

"Good!  Did you know that I'm going into the fifth grade?!"

"I do know that!  Awe baby, that's so cool!  I still think of you as a little baby."

"But I'm not, Jessie!  I'm ten years old!" McKenna giggles.

"That's just craziness!"

"I know!" She laughs.

"Hi honey, how are you?" Sarah says walking over and hugging Jessica.

"I'm good!  Hi Riley!"

"Hi!" She smiles and waves.

"Oh Riley, look who's here!" Sarah smiles.

"Grayson!"

"Wiley!"

"Come!  We can play with my toys my daddy buyed for me."

"Okay!" Grayson runs after her.

Jessica giggles and says, "Play nice, okay?"

Grayson doesn't answer and Sarah laughs.
"He's not paying attention to you, mom."

"Nope!  Heh, that's okay.."

Danny went outside to have a beer with Evan while he finished the barbecue and Jessica and Sarah got the younger ones ready to play in the pool.

"You look good, Jess.  How are you?"

"I'm good." Jessica smiles softly.

"Yeah?"

"Yeah!  My mom is doing one hundred percent better, thank God!  My dad is doing well.  Danny and his father have been talking.. My boys are good, Danny's good.. I'm happy."

"Well that's good, Hun."

"Grayson, you like the water, baby?" Jessica asks watching him play around in his little floaties.

"Yeah!"

"It's fun, huh?"

"Yeah!  I swimming real good!"

"Yes you are, baby." Jessica smiles and gives him a kiss.

Two days later was the twins 21st birthday.

"Twenty one!  I'm the mother of two twenty one year olds!  What the fuck!" Jessica laughs.

"Yeah, you're so old, mom!" Sam jokes.

"Hey!" Jessica smiles and playfully hits his ribs.

"I'm just playing.. You were like twelve when you had us!"

"Oh my gosh, shut up, Samuel!  I was fifteen thank you very much!" Jessica lifts her nose in the air.

He laughs and hugs her tight.

"You know I just love messing with you, old woman!  Thank you for birthing us.  Like I always say; If it wasn't for your pushing, we'd still be in your womb."

"You are so dumb sometimes!" She laughs.

"Boys, PLEASE be careful!  Don't go crazy and don't do anything you'd be ashamed to tell me or Danny.  Daddy's watching you so don't disappoint him."

"Yes ma'am." James answers.

"Yes ma'am!
...Now let's go get drunk and get some girls pregnant!" Sam shouts.

"Samuel!" Jessica hits his arm.

"I'm just playing!" He laughs.

Jessica rolls her eyes and sighs.

"Mom, I'm kidding!"

"You better be, Samuel!"

"I am Samuel!" He laughs.

"I swear, little boy!  You are too much to deal with, mister!" She says making him laugh.

July 31st.

"Danny, I have a doctors appointment today, will you come with me?"

"Of course!  What are they doing?  The usual?"

"Yeah, just make sure that stupid thing hasn't grown or turned against me."

"Oh okay.  Well yes, I'll definitely go with you."

"Thank you, baby."

Jessica was laying down on the table waiting for the doctor to come in.

"I wish we were here waiting to see our baby."

"Jessie.."

"I know, I know.. One day.  Right baby?" She smiles.

"That's right." He smiles back.

The doctor walks in and asks Jessica the usual questions he always does, then he feels around her stomach and does an ultrasound.

"Everything looks about the same.  You said you haven't had any pain, correct?"

"Correct."

"Okay, well then everything's great!"

"Yay." Jessica smiles.

"So let me ask you a few more questions." He says siting in his chair.

"Are you still trying for a baby?"

"Um yes.  We're not on a schedule anymore because I've heard that isn't good, so we're not trying, but we're not preventing. If that makes sense."

"Yes, that makes sense, that's good.
Okay.. Well since it's been over a year since you've started trying, I think now is the time to test you." He looks to Danny.

Danny nods and he continues.

"I'd also like to do a few tests on you, Mrs. Huston."

"Okay."

"We can rule out all that we need to and then go from there."

"Okay, sounds good." Jessica agrees.

Two days later Danny and Jessica went in for their testing.

"You know what you have to do, don't you?" Jessica asks in a low voice, holding her laughter in.

"Yes, I know."

Jessica laughs at his reaction and kisses his arm.

"What are you gonna think of?  Me wearing those red lace bra and panties?"

"Nah.. I'm gonna think of Jennifer Aniston as Princess Leia in the gold bikini."

"Ah!" Jessica's jaw drops and she hits him.

"I'm just playing!  Hmm.. I think I'll be picturing you.. Well doing pretty much anything, really.  You can be sitting there taking a piss and I'll think you're hot."

"Okay that's gross.  Don't ever say that again."

"Haha!  Okay.
No, but to be honest all I have to do is think.. Oh I can't say." Danny giggles.

"What's up with you, Mr. Giggles?" Jessica laughs.

"Well.. All I have to do is picture you.. On top.. Doing  your thing.. Your boobs bouncing.. Your face on the verge of a.." Danny's breathing changes and Jessica leans closer to him and smiles.

"Oh boy!  Can I be next, please!" He says out loud making Jessica laugh.

August 7th.

Jessica and Danny decided take a family vacation before the boys left for school.  Everyone voted on Hawaii, so they were going to spend one week in paradise.

"Danny, thanks again for letting Caroline tag along."

"Of course! She's family!"

"Heh! One day we'll make it official."

"So this is the real deal, huh?"

"Oh yeah! Danny, we've been together since high school. She's been my one and only girlfriend and I've been her one and only boyfriend. We've been through a lot together, and once we graduate college I'm popping the question."

"Really! Wow.. Does your mom know?"

"I haven't mentioned it to her.  I probably won't say anything until the time comes.  I just.. I know this is real.  Yeah we're young, but she's the one, Danny.  I know she is!  My parents were SO in love.. I saw what it was supposed to be like at a very young age, and when I was younger, I prayed I would one day have the same.  Now I see how in love you and my mom are.. and now I have that.. and Danny, I'm never letting go.  I know how short life is, and I wanna make the most of it."

"Wow.. You're a good kid, James."

"Thanks." He smiles softly.

Once they got to the airport, Sam took Grayson to look at all the little shops they had there while Danny, Jessica, and the rest of the boys just sat around waiting.

*Jessica's phone rings*

"Oh Danny, it's the doctor!"

"Answer it!"

"Hello?" Jessica says standing up and walking to a more private area, and Danny follows.

"Hello, Mrs. Huston?"

"Yes.  Is everything alright?"

"The doctor would like to know if you could come into the office as soon as possible."

"As soon as possible?  That doesn't sound good!  I um.. My husband and my boys and I are at the airport, we'll be in Hawaii for a week.  Can't he talk to us over the phone?"

"I'll talk to him and see if he can call you."

"Well I'm about to be on a plane for the next eight hours, is he free now?"

"Eight hours? I'm afraid he won't be able to call you until tomorrow, ma'am."

"Are you serious? Well can you tell me?"

"No ma'am, I'm sorry. I'm not able to give out that information."

"It's MY information, why can't you just tell me!"

"I'm so sorry."

Jessica huffs and says, "Well then tell the him to call me as soon as possible."

"I will. You have a safe trip."

"Thanks." Jessica hangs up and rubs her hand on her face, then through her hair.

"What happened?"

"The doctor wants to see us as soon as possible, but we're leaving, and that stupid bitch won't tell me what's wrong!"

"I'm sure it's nothing, Jess. They just aren't allowed to say stuff like that over the phone." Danny tried to hide the fact that he was terrified.

"Danny.." Jessica looks down and nods her head.

"Hey, it's gonna be okay." He says sliding his hand on her back, to her shoulder.

"Is it? I hate this. Every single time we're happy something like happens. Why can't we just be happy?!" Jessica looks at him with tears in her eyes.

"Jess.."

Jessica looks down and hides her tears that were now falling slowly down her cheeks.

Danny wraps his arms around her and she cries quietly into his chest.

He rubs her back and kisses her head.
"It'll be okay."

"Sam!  Sam!" Grayson hits his head as he sits on his shoulders.

"What, bud?"

"You buy me that!"

"Hey, what's the magic word?"

"I no know magic."

Sam laughs and walks over to the stuffed animals.

"Which one do you want?"

"Elephant!" He points.

"Nice choice!" He picks it up and takes it to the front.

The young girl checks them out and says, "Your baby is so cute!"

"Oh!  He's my brother!  But thanks!" He smiles and turns a light shade of pink.

"Your brother?  That's cool!"

"Yeah.. I have a young mom." Sam nods.

I have a young mom?  Sam, you're such an idiot!

"Oh okay!  I'm Samantha." She smiles.

"I'm Sam."

"I Gwayson." He smiles and points his hands to his chest.

Samantha giggles and says, "It's nice to meet you both.  It's not everyday two handsome brothers walk in here."

"Ha-ha.. Handsome?" Sam smirks.

"Heh!  Yeah." She nods.

"Well!" Sam smiles and leans on a display making it fall over.

"Oh my gosh.  I cannot believe I just did that." He grabs the sides of his face.

Grayson cracks up laughing.

"I'm the biggest doofus ever.."

"It's okay!  I've got it." Samantha laughs.

"I am so so sorry!"

"Really, it's fine!"

"SAAAAM!" He hears Jessica shout, then turns around and sees her waving them over.

"Sammy, that's mommy!  HI MAMA!!" Grayson smiles and waves to Jessica.

"We must almost be boarding.."

"Oh.  Where are you going?"

"Hawaii."

Oh really?! That.. That's nice." She smiles and her eyes light up.

"Yeah... I better go.  Again, I am so sorry for-"

"Stop apologizing, it's okay!"

"Alright.." Sam turns around, then quickly turns back and says, "You think maybe I could get your number?"

"Check the receipt.. Doofus." She says with a gorgeous smile.

Sam looks down and chuckles.

"Oh!  Heh!  Thanks.."

He walks off and says, "We make a great team! Thank you so much, little buddy!" He reaches up and tickles him, making him laugh uncontrollably.

"Sam! No! You gonna make me dwop my elephant!"

"Sorry!" Sam chuckles.
