After leaving George's house, they went to Angelica's for the last bit of their Thanksgiving dinner.

"Everyone, I just want to say how happy I am we've gotten so much closer these past couple years.  Now I'm able to be more involved in my nieces and nephews lives, and you all can be involved in my boys lives, and mine and Jessica's new little baby's life."

"Stop it!" Angelica shouts.

Danny chuckles.
"Baby Huston coming May of next year!"

"Oh my Gooooosh!" Angelica's voice goes high.

"I'm gonna have a new little grand baby!" Zoe says with excitement.

Since Zoe and John's big blow up a couple years ago, they now live separate lives.  Danny's siblings had their own Thanksgiving with him a week prior.
Luckily Danny's birth father was there to hear the news.

"A baby?  Haha, oh boy!  This is so exciting!  Congratulations you two." Danny's father smiles.

"Thanks, dad!"

"Yes, thank you, Mr. Huston."

"Jessie, my name is Nicolas, remember?"

"Oh that's right!  Sorry, force of habit!" She nods.

"Haha!  You've got a respectful young lady here, Daniel." He chuckles and hugs Jessica.

"Haha, thanks, dad."

A few days later.

"I'm so excited to see grandma and tell her about my new baby!" Grayson gets excited.

"Yeah! Do you think she'll notice your shirt?"

"My big brother shirt?" Grayson smiles and touches it.

"Yeah, your big brother shirt!"

"I don't know. If not, then I can read it to her if she doesn't know."

"Haha, sounds good!" Jessica smiles and kisses his cheek.

Jane had Jessica, the boys and Danny over for dinner once she got home from her Thanksgiving trip.

"Mommy, can you help me with my jacket?" Grayson smiles.

"Why don't you ask grandma?"

"Oh yeah!
Grandma, can you help me, please?"

"Sure, baby! Come here."

Grayson stands there with a huge smile on his face making Jane chuckle.

"What are you so happy about, silly boy?"

"Grandma, just take it off!!"

"Okay, okay!
Just undo the first button, then the second.. I love this jacket, Grayson. It's so fancy."

"My daddy got it for me!" He smiles.

"Well your daddy has great taste!" Jane smiles at Danny.

Jane wondered why both parents were watching her help Grayson with his jacket, but she loved helping him, so she didn't pay too much attention it.

"There we go, you're free!" Jane smiles and tosses the coat on the couch.

"Do you like my shirt, grandma?"

"I do! What does it say?
.. Big brother. Heh, is that that show your momma likes watching?"

"No! Grandma, it's not a show!" Grayson talks with his little hands.

"Heh, I'm sorry!
Wait.. Big brother? BIG BROTHER?! Ahh! Are you pregnant?" Jane picked Grayson up and looked at Jessica with wide eyes.

"Yes!" Jessica laughs.

"Awe sweetheart, I'm so happy for you!" She run over and hugs her tight.

Even though this wasn't her grandchild, Jane has been in Jessica's life for years and is like a second mother to her. Jane was just as happy as someone in her family that was related to the baby.

November 30th.

"Caroline honey, it's okay that you haven't found a dress, we're going to the bridal boutique today, and I'm sure you'll find something."

"I hope so.. I can't wait for you and my mom to try your dresses on!" Caroline says with a big bright smile.

"Haha, I'm sure she'll look amazing in hers.. Me on the other hand.. Well.." Jessica looks down and rubs her hand on her belly.

"Do you mind if I wear black?" She chuckles.

"Oh Mrs. Huston, you're gonna look beautiful!!"

"Thanks sweetie." Jessica smiles softly.

"Mom.. I really need to talk to you."

"Oh Sam, I have to leave, baby.  We have that appointment at the bridal shop soon.  Is it important?"

"No.. Uh, no it's fine."

"Honey, if it's important, then we can talk now."

"No mom.  You go.. Be careful."

"Okay.  Bye baby." She goes up on her tip toes and kisses his cheek.

"Bye..."

"Haha, honey.. I love you, but you do realize I'll be four and a half months pregnant at your wedding, right?"

"Mrs. Huston, you'll look gorgeous!  Please just try it on.  If you don't like it, then we'll find something else."

"Okay.  But only because I like you." Jessica smiles.

Jessica comes out in the dress and Caroline loved it.

"Oh you look beautiful! How do you feel in that one?"

"I feel okay.  I really like it.. How do you think I'll look in it in January?"

"I think it'll look fine, but let's try something!"

Caroline takes off running to the front to ask for a small strap on belly.

"Here! Strap this on and we can see how you'll look."

"They have these here?" Jessica laughs and walks into the dressing room.

When she came out Caroline loved the dress even more.

"I love it!"

"Yes, it looks great on you. Very flattering."

"I just don't want too much attention drawn to it. I mean, I don't want all the attention on me, obviously."

"No, I think this is perfect! It compliments the belly perfectly, but doesn't hide OR accentuate it too much. Mrs. Huston, you really do look gorgeous." Caroline smiles.

"Thank you, precious."

Jessica and Caroline's mother waited outside of the dressing room while Caroline tried dressed on.

"So how have you been feeling?"

"Good!  I mean, not good because I've been extremely sick, but good because I know the baby's healthy.  Morning sickness is horrible, but I don't care.  I just want a healthy little baby." She smiles and places her hand on her stomach.

"Awe.. That's such an amazing feeling.. Oh to be young again!" Susan sighs.

"Oh I'm not that young!" Jessica laughs.

"You're still in child bearing years.  You're young, honey!"

Jessica chuckles and says, "I've always been the young mom.. When the twins started preschool, I was nineteen with three kids.  I was never in that Mom group.  Maybe now I will be! *Giggles* Hopefully I won't be too old now!"

"Oh I'm sure you'll be just the perfect age, sweetheart!"

Later that day after dress shopping and lunch, Jessica and Caroline went back home.

"James, I'm not giving anything away, but all I'm gonna say is.. You will be speechless, son.  Caroline looks so gorgeous in her dress.  She made me cry!"

"Heh!  A piece of burnt toast makes you cry, mom."

"Samuel!" Jessica hits his arm.

"It's true!" He laughs.

"That was the last piece of bread, Samuel!" Jessica lips quiver and her eyes water.

"It's okay, mom. *Chuckles* I went to the store and bought you a whole new loaf!" James smiles.

"Awe!  My baby boy!" Jessica's voice goes high and she gives him a hug.

A few hours later.

"Hey Sam?" Jessica knocks on his door.

"Come in."

Jessica opens the door and walks in.

"What is it you wanted to talk to me about, son?"

"Hm?  Oh nothing!"

"You sure?  It sounded like you really needed to speak to me."

"Nah.. I don't even remember what is was I needed." He chuckles nervously.

"Oh.  Well okay.  If you remember then just let me know."

"I will.. Mom?"

"What?"

"I love you."

"Awe baby!  That's so nice to just randomly hear!  I love you too, Samuel."

The next day Sarah came over with the kids to have a little play date.

"Jessie, isn't there something you wanted to tell my girls?"

"Yes!" Jessica smiles.

"What is it?!" McKenna's eyes light up.

"I'm having a baby!"

"What! In your tummy?!" Riley shouts.

"Haha, yep! It's in there." Jessica smiles and taps her belly.

"Awe, Jessie! I'm so happy for you!"

"Thank you, my sweet Kenna!"

"I knew they'd be thrilled!" Sarah chuckles.

"When do you find out what you're having?"

"December 14th."

"Ooh! I'm so excited for you!"

December 14- 17 weeks pregnant.

"Baby, you are getting so big!" Danny smiles and holds the sides of her stomach.

"Gee, thanks!" Jessica giggles.

"No, it's a good big! That means the baby's healthy!"

"Yeah. *Smiles* Are you sure you want to find out the gender?"

"Are you kidding? I don't think I could take not finding out!"

Jessica giggles.
"Me either. I'm really excited. What do you think it is?"

"Man, I don't know! I mean, given your track record I think I know, but it would be nice to have a little girl." He smiles.

"Yeah.." Jessica smiles softly.

"What do you think? You're the one with the most inside. *Chuckles* Does it feel any different from your other pregnancies?"

Jessica laughs and says, "Well not really.. I mean, I just feel pregnant.... But I guess in a way it does feel really different."

"Like how?"

"I'm carrying a lot lower this time. Even with the twins I carried higher.. and with this pregnancy I've gained weight in areas I didn't with the boys." She chuckles.

"Really?"

"Yes! I've never gained so much weight in my butt and face so soon! I can't imagine when I give birth, I'm gonna look like a piggy." She pouts.

"Haha, awe.. Well I like piggies." Danny smiles and kisses her cheek.

"Good to know." Jessica chuckles.

Danny kisses her lips, and Jessica pulls away.
"It's almost nine, we better get going before we're late."

"Just one more kiss!"

Jessica kisses him and Danny mumbles.
"Just one more.."

He grabs her butt and pulls her closer to him.

"Daniel, we really have to go. If we miss this appointment, we won't be able to get in until January."

"Okay, I'm sorry! You just make it so difficult to keep my hands off of you!"

"Haha, I kinda knew that already, babe." Jessica looks down and chuckles as she rubs her hand over her belly.

Danny smiles and bends down to kiss it.

"Let's go find out what our little love bug it!"

Jessica laid on the examination table and Danny stayed right at her side the entire time.

The doctor felt around her stomach and asked her a few questions.

"This baby feels like a good size. It's measuring about two weeks ahead."

"Wow, really? My babies have always measured ahead, but I thought those were Sam's genes." Jessica chuckles.

"I guess I just have big babies!"

"I hope it comes out chubby!" Danny smiles.

Jessica giggles and the doctor says, "Are you two going to find out what the gender is?"

"Yes!" They both quickly answer.

"Alright, let's just squirt some gel on and get things going.

Jessica and Danny waited anxiously as the doctor started the ultrasound.

"Awe, look at it! Jess, it's looking more and more like a real baby!"

"I know!" Jessica giggles.

"Are you able to see what it is?" She asks.

"Mhm!" The doctor smiles.

"Oh my gosh, what is it?!"

"What are your final guesses?"

"Oh gosh.. I'm going with my gut and saying girl!" Danny smiles.

"Yeah, I'll say girl too!"

"Okay.
Well if you look right here, you'll see that you are having.. A baby girl!"

"Ahh! Oh my gosh!" Jessica says loudly as she bursts into tears.

"Oh baby, a little girl! We're having a little girl!" Danny says with tears in his eyes.

"I know! Oh Danny, I'm so happy!"

"Me too! A girl! Haha, after all those boys, we have a baby girl!"

"The boys are gonna be so happy! We're having a little girl! Oh she's gonna be so spoiled!"

"Definitely! No boy will ever break her heart, because her daddy and brothers will break his legs!"

"Haha! The little princess will always be protected!"

"Definitely!" Danny smiles.

Once the doctor left Danny kissed Jessica's bump over and over again.

"I love you, my little princess! Daddy will always always protect you and I will never ever let anything bad happen to you. I'll never let someone break your heart, I will make sure you are spoiled from birth till the day I leave this earth. Even in the womb you'll be spoiled. You want some ice cream? Well mama is gonna eat some ice cream! You two are my baby girls and I will always treat you like the queens you are."

"Awe Danny!" Jessica tears up.

"It's true, I-" Danny freezes and looks down when he feels the tiniest little thump on his hand.

"Jess."

"Did you feel that?" She chuckles.

"I did! That was the baby?"

"Yes! *Laughs* She seems a little excited about all these promises you're making to her."

"Awe! My little love bug! I love you. I love you so so much!" He kisses her stomach and leaves his hand on it to feel her tiny kicks.

"Eleven days, Daniel! How are we gonna wait eleven days?!"

"I know! It'll be tough.. but what a cool Christmas present! Finding out that you're getting a little sister!" He smiles.

"That's true! Oh gosh, I still can't believe it... A little girl, Danny." Jessica smiles at him.

"A little girl!"

A few days later was James and Caroline's bridal shower.

"Danny, my baby's getting married in just a few weeks and I'm sad." Jessica pouts.

"Awe sweetie, I know it's hard when your first born gets married, but he's a good kid. He found himself a good girl, and they both have a great future ahead of them. You should be so proud."

"And I am! I just know that I'm gonna be an absolute mess on his wedding day!"

"Baby, don't cry." Danny wraps his arm around her.

"I'm blaming this on the baby!" She chuckles through her tears.

"Haha, go ahead. I'm sure she has a little something to do with it." He chuckles and rubs her arm.

"Mama, I need more sandwiches!" Grayson runs to Jessica with an empty plate.

"Heh! You must be going through a growth spurt, Gray."

"You're eating as much as your momma!" Jane says.

"Grandma!" Grayson whines.

"He is. *Chuckles* They're good aren't they, baby?"

"Yummy for my tummy!" He wiggles his butt and rubs his stomach.

"Yeah!" Jessica giggles.

"Yummy for your tummy too, mommy?"

"Yep!"

"Yummy for the baby's tummy too?"

"It sure is!"

"Yummy for everybody's tummy!"

"You're such a cutie!" Jessica giggles.

"Alright, we need a picture with the bride, groom and the parents!"

They all stand up to take a picture, and that's when they decided to reveal their surprise.

"You two... Um, Bobby and Susan, and Danny and I really hated the fact that you guys aren't going on a honeymoon, so..."

"We're paying for you to go anywhere you'd like!" Susan smiles.

"What? You guys! You didn't have to do that!"

"James, we want to! You guys are young and have really worked or butts off. You deserve this." Danny says.

"Ah man, thanks!" James hugs Danny.

"Oh my gosh! This is so sweet, thank you so much!" Caroline says in tears.

December 25th.

"Merry Christmas, beautiful." Danny rolls over to Jessica.

"Merry Christmas, Daniel!"

"How are you feeling?"

"Excited!" She smiles.

"Yeah? Today's the big day! *Smiles* How's our princess doing?" He rubs her belly.

"Good! She's up already." Jessica giggles.

"Well because it's Christmas! Who doesn't get up early and excited on Christmas morning?!"

"You're such a cutie!" Jessica laughs.

"Mom, dad! Get up!" Zachary shouts.

"We're coming!"

After opening their presents they all sat around eating cinnamon rolls and drinking hot chocolate.

"Samuel, is something wrong? You seem a little down." Jessica says.

"Hm? Oh nothing's wrong.. I-I've just got a lot on my mind."

"Like what? Are you okay?"

"Yeah mom, I'm okay." He fakes a smile.

"Sam, you've been acting kinda strange for like a month now, if you need to talk, then I'm here."

Sam nods and quickly changes the subject.

"I'm gonna go get in the shower. Thanks everyone for the gifts." He smiles.

Jessica stands up and walks over to Danny who was in the kitchen.

"Danny, I'm really worried about Samuel."

"Why, what happened?"

"He's been really quiet.. It's like he has something to tell me but is too scared. Maybe I'm just over thinking it, but.. I don't know, he's my baby and I can tell something's up."

"Maybe he feels a little jealous."

"About what?"

"Well James is getting married. Maybe he wishes that was him. Your having another baby.. I don't know, maybe it doesn't even faze him."

"I don't know.. I'm just worried."

"I'm sure he's fine. I'll talk to him later and see if maybe he'll tell me."

"Thank you."

"You're welcome. Now don't worry, it's not good for love bug." Danny kisses her forehead and Jessica smiles softly.

Later that day Jessica and Danny had both sides of their family over.

"So when do you guys find out the gender of the baby?" Her sister Jane asks.

"We already have!" Jessica smiles.

"You have!" Michael's eyes go wide.

"Haha! Yep! Danny and I found out on the fourteenth and were keeping it a secret till Christmas. It was so hard!"

"Are you serious? Well tell us!" James says.

Jessica chuckles and says, "Danny, do you want to get the boys last present?"

"More presents?!" Grayson's eyes widen.

"Yep!"

"What is it? Let me open it!" He quickly stomps his feet in place with excitement.

"Just a second, sweetie. Now what we have in here is an outfit for the baby. It's first little Christmas present! *Smiles* It's either a boy outfit or a girl outfit, what does everyone think it is?"

"I want a girl!" Grayson smiles.

"You do?!"

"Mhm! And a boy!"

"Haha, there's just one in there, baby."

"Oh man!"

Jessica chuckles and Sam says, "I think girl only because you look different with this one."

"Yeah, me too. I saw you with Grayson and there's definitely a difference." Caroline nods.

"I'm fatter, yes, I do know that!"

"No! *Laughs* Not fatter, just.. I don't know, it's just different." James says.

"Yeah, they're right. But I can't even see you having a girl!" Michael laughs.

"That's true. That would be weird." Sam says and the rest of the boys agree.

"I'm gonna say girl.. No boy! Dammit! I don't know!" Zachary laughs.
"I've never seen you pregnant before! I'm just going with my gut and saying girl!" He smiles.

"Well let's see, why don't you boys open it?" Jessica smiles and hands it to them.

"Gray, you wanna do the honors?" Sam asks.

"Yeah! Gimme gimme!" He reaches for it and snatches it from him.

They help him with the bow and Grayson quickly destroys the wrapping paper.

Everyone sat there waiting anxiously while they opened it.

Grayson threw the box to the side and dug through the paper.

"It's girl clothes! It's a girl!" Grayson giggles.

"WHAT?!" James' eyes widen.

Everyone was now screaming at this point.

"Look! The onesie says Little love bug!!" Ann points. "That's the cutest thing ever!!" She says making Jessica's smile grow.

Sam stood up and hugged his mother.
"A girl? This is so crazy!"

"I know! *Laughs* A little baby girl! Our love bug is a lady bug!" She giggles.

"Oh wow, this is so cool! We're gonna have a little sister!" Zachary says looking like he's in shock.

"Poor little girl is never gonna be able to date. EVER. Not with all these guys around protecting her." Michael chuckles.

"Awe! That's what I wanted to hear! You boys are so sweet! I know she'll always be protected. Between you five and her daddy, she'll be safe." Jessica smiles.

"Definitely!" Danny says wrapping his arms around her and placing them on her bump.
He kisses her cheek and rests his chin on her shoulder.
