"The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance." -2 Peter 3:9

Do not mistake God's patience for slowness or unwillingness. God obviously doesn't want you to choose a life of sin and spend an eternity in Hell. He is just giving you time to decide what your heart wants to give away his promises.
This is a great verse for witnessing!
