"Harry!"

Harry rolled his eyes and turned. He was caught again. When he looked at who had invaded his "private" moment he groaned. With a sigh he straightened himself up. He forced a smile and a short chuckle.

"Oh no you don't mister. I want answers now."

Harry scratched his neck. "I don't know what you mean Seamus. I wasn't..."

Seamus huffed and crossed his arms. "You're not the same. I want to know why you keep pretending that you are. Surely they won't..."

"Seamus please. You're right I'm not. Don't think I ever will be. I'm still trying to figure this out okay. Promise you won't say anything." Harry sighed.

"If you promise to stop throwing fits." Seamus smiled.

Harry laughed a bit. "No can do sorry dude."

Seamus nodded expecting exactly that response. "No worries Harry I won't tell."

Harry was indeed different. Who knew a week reliving past events could drastically change your personality? Well Severus Snape knew. He and Harry had been spending time trying to figure it out. Harry's mood swings had become rather unstable. If he really wanted something and a person tried to keep him from whatever it was he would throw a fit. When he was upset about something he insisted on staying with Severus. It may have been little changes too everyone else, but they didn't know how much he was holding back. Seamus had involuntarily stepped into finding out Harry was faking. Severus, well he had become Harry's go to person, so from the get go he knew.

This was one of those involuntarily moments. Luna Lovegood had commented on Harry's change. Being Luna she was making one of her odd observations without knowing the reaction Harry would have. Harry had stormed off, on the way kicking a tree nearly hard enough to break his foot. Seamus had bumped into Harry on the way to the Great Hall. Now here they were. Seamus had succeeded in getting Harry to smile and avoiding another explosion. Harry was Not going to explain that he was angry because someone actually noticed what he's been trying to hide.

"Breakfast?" Seamus asked.

Harry nodded. "Yeah sounds good. And I miss Draco."

"You shouldn't hide the fact that you're clingy. I know Draco loves that." Seamus chuckled.

Harry blushed but said nothing. As they neared the Great Hall Harry had spotted Draco. In one of his "act before thinking" moments, he ran up to the platinum blonde and jumped on him. The two went down in a heap. Harry's childish mode had kicked in completely and he burst out laughing. Draco chuckled a bit and shook his head. He got up and helped Harry up as well.

"Love you have got to be more careful. As much as I love the surprise of it I don't want you to get hurt. Or myself for that matter." Draco smiled.

"Sorry Draaayy." Harry sang out.

Harry laced his fingers with Draco's and they walked into the Hall. Harry had basically fully embraced his Slytherin side so they always ate their meals at the Slytherin table. Occasionally they would sit at the Gryffindor table. Harry snuggled into Draco's side after he ate.

Ginny had stayed under the radar. Since Ron was locked up in Azkaban she knew it wasn't a good idea to make a spectacle of herself. She observed everything. Her hatred building and ready to burst. To some it may be a silly reason, but to her it wasn't. She was promised Harry's hand in marriage after all. Now he was gay, actually dating a boy, said boy was none other than Draco fucking Malfoy, and Harry had the nerve to be happy without Dumbledore's permission.

She hated Harry. With every fiber of her being. She hated that Ron had to put up with that mudblood because of Harry. She hated that Harry was gay. She hated that she wouldn't get her fortunes because Harry was gay. Most of all, she hated that Harry was not hers and may never be. Her so called love had changed to a slowly boiling hate since he told Ron and Hermione he was gay.

"Stupid blonde prat." Ginny mumbled as she walked out of the Hall.

Ginny had come to the conclusion that there were a few others that weren't happy about Draco and Harry's relationship. She ducked into an empty classroom. Taking out some parchment and a quill she wrote short and concise notes. She left the empty classroom deciding she didn't care if she was late for class. She went to the owl tower and sent the notes.

"So why are we here Weasley?"

Ginny rolled her eyes. "We all hate Harry and Draco being together. So I figured we should come up with a plan for next year. Does that answer your question enough Nott?"

Theodore nodded. "So why are you all apposed. I know Goyle and Crabbe's reasons."

"Harry basically stole Cedric from me."

"Really Chang? Do explain."

Cho shrugged. "The whole tournament thing. You can't tell me you didn't notice the looks. Cedric only asked me to the ball to protect his image. Sure he said he was only talking to Harry because of the tournament, but I'm not a Hufflepuff like he was. And what are your reasons?"

Theodore nodded his head slightly. "Draco is supposed to be with me. Not Potter. As simple as that."

Ginny snorted. "I was promised a marriage to the boy wonder. Only to be replaced by Malfoy. And what about you two, Crabbe and Goyle."

"We were replaced without a second thought." They said in unison.

"I have an idea. Nott gets his boy toy and Harry gets forgotten." Cho grinned.

Theodore leaned forward with a smirk. "Do share."

"An enchantment. I heard Hermione in the library the other day talking about types of enchantments with Neville. Apparently there's one that causes a sleeping beauty effect, whatever that is, but apparently the person gets forgotten or something. We can couple a love potion with a love charm for Draco." She explained.

Ginny rolled her eyes. "A sleeping beauty effect places the victim into an eternal sleep. Eventually as time passes their existence fades into the back of everyone's mind. The person will not die however. If they wake all previous memories of them return."

"And you know this how?"

"I have a father who is obsessed with muggles. It's in a child's story I never finished." Ginny explained.

"Well sounds like we have a plan then. Goyle and I will make sure to interfere with their friendships. So how are we going to pull this off?" Crabbe said.

It had taken them the rest of sixth year to come up with a reasonable plan. Also safety measures so they wouldn't accidentally fall victim. They planned on using their summer to get everything prepared. Their timing had to be perfect. And their execution flawless.

"Ammm Harry can we talk? In private maybe."

The classroom was relatively empty except for the 9 occupants. Everyone turned towards the person who had disturbed the gentle silence. Harry smiled and pushed off the desk. They all spent their free periods in Snape's classroom. Something he had arranged two days before the beginning of second term.

"What's wrong Dray?" He said. "Are you sure we can't just talk here? Whatever it is we may still end up telling them. It'll save a double explanation."

Draco looked at everyone then turned to Harry. "Ammm well okay I guess. It's about the courting. I know we agreed to 5 complete dates, followed by an answer. I also know that we've only had 3. Also that we agreed to put it on hold because of school..."

Harry frowned, a panic starting in his mind he was fighting to hide. "Dray what's..."

"Let me finish you dork. What I was getting at is that I don't want it on hold anymore." Draco said.

"Ammm Dray..." Harry wasn't sure what to think.

"Here." Draco shoved a box into Harry's hands.

Harry raised an eyebrow and looked down. He looked at Draco then the box again. He hesitated before opening it. One of two things could be in there. It could be Draco's family crest ring or Harry's one. Recieving Draco's meant the courting was a success and their relationship could take the next step. Harry's one meant Draco no longer wished to continue the courting. Ultimately meaning Draco no longer wanted their relationship. Harry wasn't sure he could deal with the latter option. He opened the box carefully eying the contents and his mouth dropped. Everyone watched eagerly with baited breath. They had a mix of worry and joy. Not knowing which emotion they needed to act on just yet.

"Say something you stupid Gryffindor." Draco mumbled chewing on his lip.

Harry didn't say anything though. Instead he wrapped his left hand around Draco's neck. The next thing anyone knew Draco and Harry were kissing. What seemed like 20 minutes, but was merely 20 seconds, later Harry pulled away. He smiled and slipped the ring onto his finger. It immediately readjusted to fit perfectly.

"I have been wanting to do that for what feels like forever." Harry grinned at Draco.

Draco was red in the face. "I knew I should have done this when we were alone. Stupid Gryffindor courage."

Harry laughed. "Sorry I let it get the better of me."

"So you cut it short with approval and not a rejection."

Draco turned even more red. "Of course Uncle Sev. How could I say no to the Harry Potter. The only guy I've liked since 3rd year."

"I hate you." Draco's jaw dropped along with everyone else's. "Let me finish. I had so many ideas for the next two dates and I was sure you would take longer. Plus now I owe Hermione and Neville 25 gallons each."

Draco smirked. "Pansy, Blaise."

Pansy and Blaise grumbled but got up and handed Draco a bag of coins each. Draco put one in Harry's hand and pocketed the other. Dean and Seamus exchanged their own amounts with each other, Seamus being the one who owed Dean. Harry quickly realized why Draco gave him the bag and split it between Neville and Hermione. Hermione beamed proudly.

Severus stood up. "I believe it's time for lunch now."
