Your love is a cotton t-shirt
sometimes wrinkled
and stained
with the past dirt
sometimes sprinkled
with salt and sweat
of lust and passion
so warm and wet
tattooed to your chest
carved to perfection

A crisp white cotton t-shirt
to the soft summer breeze
swaying
like spring shower
smelling
of soap and lavender

It's fabric decayed
grayish and torn
hidden in the corner
of the forlorn
drawer
of my broken heart

It has holes in it
stubborn me
still tries
to sew and amend
on tears and cries
to wear
a t-shirt, a love
that time has faded.
