To those who live in pain,
For their bodies are too weak,
I hope you find your joy,
I hope you stay positive,
And true to yourself,

I hope you never hate your body,
Never blame yourself,
You are just born with or given something to live with,

It should never become your pain,
It should not become your black rain,

The black rain that showers you with suffering,
With endless disappointments,
Endless cries,

May you love your body for what it is,
Allow it to know you understand,
That you know it is fighting hard to survive,

Don't abandon it,
