~Nagisa's POV when he's 10~

"Mom where are we going-"

"SHUT UP!"

"..."

Mom's mad again I don't what to do it's probably best to stay quiet. But I do wonder where we're going?
Is that the place? I looked up at a big mansion covered in white. The windows were surrounded with gold as well as the door. It was bigger then our house definitely! I wish I lived there...

"GET OUT THE CAR!"

I got out of the car as quickly as I could. A tall lady and man with bright and dark red hair came up to me.

"Hello what's your name?" The lady with dark red hair asked me.

"I-..." I struggle to get my name out of my mouth.

"She's shy"  my mother quick said as she didn't wasn't to admit I was her child.

"Oh she? your husband said it was a boy?" the man with bright red hair spoke in a confused voice

"Well the guy was crazy that's why he's Dead now,speak Nagisa" my mother almost shouted.

"H-hi m-my names N-Nagisa and I-I am a b-boy" I stuttered a lot as I tried to speak.

"She said she was a boy?" The bright red lady said.

"Must have got it from HER father" my mother seemed angry now like she was gonna blow.

"Well ima call her a he just because" the man spoke

"Well hello there Nagisa would you like to play with our son he's about your age and I think you would like to meet him" the lady said

"Ok but I kind of need the bathroom"  told her

"Right this way" a maid leaded me

These people seem nice so I stopped being so shy. They led me to the bathroom but I think they were in the room next to me cause I could hear them.

"I wanted a girl so bad I made my son my daughter" I could tell it was my mothers voice

"Isn't that not fair on your son?"  A male like voice said I think it was the man

"Yeah but why would I care" my mother spat with an emotionless tone

"Whatever let's get back to talking about our son" the man said

"We've tried everything there's nothing to make him happy I bet making ur son and him play won't even give him a reaction" a female voice said I think it was lady

"Welp let's keep brainstorming if only ur husband was here to help" the man said

"Me too" my mother said with actually sadness and sorrow.

I didn't want to keep their son waiting so I went to where they said I might find him. Lucky for me I found him there sing a song I loved.

Often I'm upset that I cannot fall in love but I guess

This is worth the stress of falling out of it

He look like he didn't know I was there but seemed to like the sound of my voice so he kept singing

Are you tired of me yet? I'm a little sick right now but I swear when I'm ready I will fly us out of here.

He was a really good singer his voice was soft but loud.

Ill cut my hair

To make you stare

I'll hide my chest

And I'll figure out a way to get us out of here

He look happy weird his parents said he never was? I came closer and sat next to him. He look even more joyful so I smiled.

Turn off your porcelain face

I can't really think right now in this place

Too many colors enough to drive

all of us insane

Sometimes I think I'm dead

Ghost and ghouls

Wrapping my head

But I don't wanna fall asleep just yet.

The stars welcome him with open arms

When we're both smiling now and I think our parents were behind us but I wanted to finish the song first.

Tracing his face but

strangely he feels at home with this place...

"What's your name my name is karma"

"I'm Nagisa nice to meet you"

"You too"

I looked back at both of our parents and my mom look I little angry but his look like it's like best thing they seen since forever? I wasn't sure what it was but all I know is I had fun!

"Well Nagisa its time to go home"

"Ok mum"

"Wait"

Karma came closer

"I usually don't smile much so when I do it must be something wonderful and that's you so in my repayments to you I will promise to do what I can to keep you safe."

"You don't have to now I feel as I have nothing to pay with how bout this we make this a promise you keep me safe and I'll keep you happy! Deal?"

"Deal!"

We shook hands and said our goodbyes. As I left I said to myself I will make sure to keep that promise!"
