Chapter 2
Guys, this chapter pisses me off, I might rewrite.
I feel like it's too quick, too irrational.
"Are you sure? Theo's very energetic." A'roya asked.
"A'roya, she said she could," Vincent said, rolling his eyes.
I nodded. "Sure, sure, I can; go have a safe delivery."
A'roya was about to be induced into labor because she's expecting twins; Jericho's already at the hospital because his third daughter was born yesterday–Phoebe and Jericho's children just keep getting cuter– Atlas is back in Switzerland, and she's not leaving Theodore with dad.
No offense, but Dad likes to spoil children to no repair; he's only three, and we don't want him thinking he's fifteen. King, Lucky, and White aren't even eighteen yet. So, I'm the only option, even though A'roya didn't want to disturb Zane–I meant Abe, you know what, I don't care, I'm calling him Zane.
A'roya didn't want to disturb Zane and me from our honeymoon; she had no choice. Plus, she'll be back before we leave for our honeymoon.
A'roya smiled. "Ok, if you say so, he's, um, a little crazy. He can't take naps; he can't sleep during the day."
Vincent chuckled. "If you let him sleep during the day, you won't be able to handle him."
"Sleeping is like sugar for him; he will go berserk, and if he does sleep, do not wake him up until the next morning," A'roya warned.
"Ok, chill; he's a toddler, not an insane prisoner."
Vincent scoffed. "Might as well be."
A'roya slapped his chest, and he grunted, glaring at her. "Don't listen to Vincent; he's dramatic. Theo is already energetic enough; we don't want it to be harder for you."
"Ok, any allergies?"
"I wish," Vincent muttered as A'roya glared at him.
"No, he eats anything and everything."
"He's basically a human goat."
"Vincent, go fist yourself." A'roya glared at him.
"Ok?"
"Vincent, you're really pissing me off."
Vincent smiled. "It's really easy to piss you off when you're pregnant."
A'roya rolled her eyes, and Vincent narrowed his eyes on her. "Just wait; after six weeks, you're dead."
A'roya scoffed. "You mean twelve weeks. It doubles every time you piss me off."
"Hi, guys. I'm still here." I reminded them.
A'roya turned to me. "Right; Vincent will drop him off in a few hours."
I nodded. "See ya!"
I watched as A'roya and Vincent walked away. A'roya looked like a fucking child. Vincent's a couple of inches taller than Zane, but I wasn't afraid of him, maybe because A'roya humbled him.
Zane is definitely not as scary as Vincent. I can deal with him.
I can definitely deal with Zane.

"Why is there a child jumping on my bed? I thought you were a virgin?"
I scoffed. "Calm your fucking tits; I am a virgin. That's my sister's son. She's at the hospital giving birth right now."
"You have your own room with your own bed, and you decide to have the child jump on my bed?"
I rolled my eyes and walked away from him. "You do too much; it's not that serious." I motioned for Theo to come to me. "Come here, Theo."
He almost teleported into my arms. My eyes widened as I looked at Zane, whose eyes were also widened.
Theo giggles, playing with my hair, not concerned that he did an inhumane thing just now.
"Who's fucking child did you pick up?" Zane asked.
"My sister's son!" I exclaimed. "I swear to god; I hope this was not what they meant by he's energetic."
Zane scoffed. "That's not fucking energetic."
"Yes, Zane, thanks for the reminder." I rolled my eyes. "Theo," I cooed.
Theo looked up at me with his cute doe eyes. "Yes?"
"He can speak?" Zane asked.
"Yes, Zane, he's three; I also know that he's in first grade already. He's intellectual, not supernatural."
Zane scoffed. "I asked you to call me Abe."
I ignored him. "Theo, hun, can you tell us how you did that?"
Theo giggled. "Mommy and daddy say I'm a...." Theo thinks for a while. "A Vampire-Wizard! Daddy can do the same thing, too; I wanna be just like him."
"My sister married a Vampire?"
"Do you really fucking believe that?" Zane asked.
I put him down. "First of all, how was he able to do that? Second of all, toddlers never lie, especially not ones who can say 'vampire-wizard' without mistake."
"The kid is smart, yea, but do you really think Vampires exist?"
I nodded. "It would explain why Vincent's almost seven foot and Theodore's a three-year-old in first grade."
"It has to be something else."
"You're in denial; it's ok," I said, taunting him.
Zane rolled his eyes. "I hope you're not some crazy voodoo person."
I glared at him. "Shut the hell up."
"Your mother's a murderer, and your sister's crazy." He chuckled.
But I did not find it funny one bit. So I smacked him. "Yea, my mother's an attempted murderer and an abuser, but don't ever talk about my sister like that. In fact, we're gonna have a little chat to prove this shit."
"Did you just–"
"Yes, I did; go piss your pants off somewhere else."
Zane was angry, but all he did was sigh and nod. "Ok, once this child leaves–"
"What? You're gonna beat me?"
Zane sneers at me. "No, you'll see."
I ignored him because he was honestly pissing me off.

"A'roya, I know you just gave birth, but this has been weighing on my mind," I said as soon as she walked into my house.
"What?"
"So, Zane isn't here, but Zane and I saw something concerning that Theodore did and said."
A'roya shook his head. "What is it now?"
"Theo...he–I don't know how to explain it, but he teleported into my hands, and then he told me you and Vincent said he was a–"
"Vampire–Wizard, yes, I know." A'roya groaned. "I knew this was gonna happen."
My eyebrows raised, waiting for an answer. "What?"
"Listen, Vincent's a Vampire; I don't know how to lay it down for you, but Vincent's a Vampire. The Wizard side is from us, we, me. Our great-mother was a witch, our grandmother was a witch, and our mother is a witch. I am, however, not a witch, but witch blood flows through me."
"So my children–"
"No, since we never learned anything, our powers have died down; Vincent's blood mixed in with mine made the witch activate during my pregnancy and in Theo. You are married to a human, so your children will be normal."
I'm baffled; I'm not even taking this seriously. This has got to be a case on Supernaturals. Where the fuck did A'roya find a real-life Vampire? "Oh, ok. Um, I don't know what to say, like I don't understand Vampires and Wizards. But I also know that I wasn't delusional because Zane saw it too."
A'roya nodded. "Help me off this chair and give me my baby. Oh, my vagina hurts."
"I can tell when you waddled in here," I said, pulling her up. "Theodore's watching Caillou in my room."
"I don't even have to walk toward him; watch this." She whispered. "Theo! Mommy's here!"
There was a red flash before Theo was right there, before our eyes. "Mommy! I'm so glad you're here; let's go home. I wanna see the new babies!"
"Actually, they're in the car with daddy; A'raya, you can come see them too."
I squealed. "Gladly."
The babies are so cute, a boy and a girl, Tobias and A'rayia.
The A with apostrophe names is getting out of hand... A'raya, A'roya, and now, A'rayia.
My daughter isn't going to be A'rayana.
Anyway, it was getting late, so I washed my face and changed into a very short nightgown. I need to start changing my sexy nightgowns to ugly ass pajamas.
I put my night light on...but decided it was too dim, so I left the lights on.
I think Zane was asleep anyways; I didn't acknowledge him. It's gonna get harder when we go on that honeymoon in a few days. I'm not gonna let that rat fill my mind.
I fell asleep, and I was dreaming about manhandling Zane, as tall as he is, and killing him when I was interrupted by water splashing on me. I jumped up with a gasp, wiping my eyes as two big men in black were right beside my bed.
"What the fuck?! What are you doing?"
The two men grabbed me and dragged me out of my room. "Z–Zane, Zane! This isn't funny! Please stop."
They threw me out of the house in the dead of night, it was dark and cold, and the front porch light was deliberately turned off as soon as they threw me there. They quietly and quickly jumped into the car and zoomed out. "Zane, please." I banged against the door.
If he didn't know this already, I have nyctophobia, an extreme fear of the dark, caused by my beloved mother at a very young age.
"Zane, I'm scared." I sobbed. "Don't leave me out here." I started shaking. "I–if it's because I slapped you. I–I–I'm sorry. I promise."
He didn't answer; no one answered. My mind was spinning, and it got worse when a shadow appeared from behind. I started screaming and crying, shaking and going crazy on the edge of a panic attack. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, let me in; I'm scared." I cried. "P–please, Zane," I couldn't even knock on the door because my hand was shaking in fear.
"A'raya?"
"No!" I covered my head, scared it was a monster.
"A'raya, what the hell?"
"I'm scared," I sobbed. "I'm sorry."
It was Zane; he quite literally scooped me up in his arms. "Why are you locked outside of the house?"
"I–it–two guys threw water on me and threw me out before running away. I–it wasn't you?" I said, burying my face in his chest.
"No. Why are you crying?" He whispered.
I sniffed. "I–I have nyctophobia, and I t–thought you d–did this to m–me." I sobbed. "I'm scared; please get me out of the d–dark."
Zane sighed, carrying me to my room in silence, and placed me on my bed. I didn't want to do this, but I was too scared to stay by myself. "Z–Zane," I whispered, still shaky.
"Yes?"
"Please stay with me–no weirdness or anything–but I'm s–scared, really scared."
Zane surprisingly nodded, taking off his suit and shirt; I tried not to groan when I saw his defined torso. He laid next to me stiffly, but at this point, I didn't care. I jumped on top of him, cuddling him. I feel safe because he's big and strong and was in two different parts of the army.
The dark should be afraid of him.
"I'm going to find who broke into my damn house and did this to you."
I nodded, falling asleep. "Thank you."
Tell me if I should rewrite....constructive criticism not hate though.
cus...I'm having second thoughts on this one
