> Species Name:   Plukai / Plukais   (Ploo - kai)

> Defence/Attack
       Plukais do not attack or fear any humans or
       other species unless threatened.
       Once danger appears they will start to
       shake their tails to emit a loud rustling
       noise to warn the others.
       When needed to attack, plukais will release
       Hundreds of spiky fur at the predator and
       run while the predator is distracted.

> Male/Female/offspring
       Male plukais tend to have big fluffs of fur
       spikes on the chest tail and ears, while
       females have have less fur spikes on the
       chest and tail, and also have no tuffs on the
       face.
       The puffs (offspring) have full soft fur as
       the fur spikes are still growing, and the
       kaies (fur patterns) still have not shown
       other than the natural fur pattern.

> Appearance
       Plukais are known for their beautiful fur
       patterns called kaies.
       Kaies are patterns that gradually start to
       show on the plukai's skin and fur after
       something important happened in the
       plukai's life. These patterns are
       unpredictable and there is no correct
       pattern to show one thing.
      Though the bad side of having such
       beautiful patterns is that people hunt the
       plukais just to get the patterned fur and
       skin to sell for very high prices.  Because of
       this the population is declining and it is
       getting harder to control the problem.
