History:
Daniel has been a lifelong fan of Creature Features. Chief among them is Godzilla and King Kong. He spent his youth making himself look scary either by dressing up as the Swamp Thing or something of his own creation. And even though he really loved watching creature features. He really enjoyed watching WCW and WWE growing up. After graduating from high school, he went into Professional Wrestling and used his talent with makeup and his size and strength to his advantage. When he was picked up by WWE in 2003 and placed on the Raw roster. He had some difficulty making friends with anyone. And Chris Jericho didn't make it any easier. Until he had enough and went after him and did what most people considered impossible. He ripped the door of Jericho's locker room off with his bare hands thereby living up to his nickname of 'The Creature'. Ever since they've had difficulty in finding him an opponent. He did have a gym buddy in the form of Trish Stratus. She always found his raw power intriguing and was amazed by how much he could lift. When she resumed going after the WWE Women's Championship. She took him with her and he didn't let her down. To some people on the Raw roster and even the Smackdown roster. It seemed that Daniel had a crush on Trish. That was proven after Wrestlemania 21. She was taken to a romantic restaurant and asked point-blank if she'd be his girlfriend. She was a little surprised but said yes all the same. When she was sidelined because of a herniated disc courtesy of Viscera. He didn't leave her side. But when she returned he turned the men's rosters into pretzels. While she dominated the women's roster. In September '06. She wrestled her last match in Toronto, her hometown. She won of course. But Dan wanted to be with her. And after her last match at her home. He proposed to her. She tearfully said yes. Dan took a break from wrestling, and they were married a few months later. After a nice honeymoon in Nassau, Bahamas. They returned to their life. But they soon had another reason for celebration. Trish was pregnant with their first kid. Hope Lynn Boyce-Stratioga was born on November 12, 2008. They named Amy Dumas (Lita) as Hope's godmother. Dan helped Trish open her eco-friendly yoga studio called 'Stratusphere' which opened its doors in 2009. It was a successful business for six more years. The doors closed in 2015. Dan made sporadic appearances at Indie events. In 2016, they welcomed their second daughter Heather Ellis Boyce-Stratioga born April 23, 2016. They named Mickie James Aldis as Heather's godmother. In 2020, during the pandemic. Trish started an online retail shop called Stratusphere. Which ended up being a successful company like her yoga studio. Dan returned to wrestling in 2022. He tore apart everyone in his path and was only able to capture the mid-card Championships. Whenever he was in line for a main card championship, the match would be canceled. It wasn't until Dan dragged Vince out from the gorilla to the ring, and after beating the hell out of him. Dan pulled the top section off the steel steps, tossed it away, and put Vince onto the bottom half. Walked over, lifted the top half, and towered over Vince and some people in the front row saw him piss his pants he was so scared. He gave Dan a chance at a main card championship at any time Dan wanted.
Dan dropped the top part of the steps behind him grabbed his throat, lifted him, and told him to put it in writing. Vince didn't argue. Almost a year later, Trish joined him for one last run on April 1, 2023...
