Once upon a time, two beautiful girls are born in very different places into very different lives. The older child is beautiful in every way because she was born and raised in a royal palace as a princess. She lives with her loving family and leads a very luxurious life. Although her parents died cruelly when she was a young child, the younger child is also poor and was born and raised in a loving environment. She adores her dear brother and shares her home with him. She puts a lot of effort into getting a job as a fashion designer, and she and her family live in a humble cottage. The two girls eventually cross paths and embark on a once-in-a-lifetime journey as they magically trade places. At the very beginning, when Marinette and Ashi were only 6 years old, we start our story.

Ashi Singh:

A gorgeous girl who is incredibly sweet, innocent, and caring. She leads a perfect life and is a princess. In the outside world, she wants to experience fun and find freedom. Her parents, King Barun and Queen Sanaya, desire her to excel in every way. She enjoys dancing, taking pictures, and shopping, and she spends the majority of her free time engaging in these activities after school. She is attracted to Marinette's brother because she believes in magic and real love. She has a difficult past, which will be highlighted later in the story. She is Adrien's only friend and is engaged to be married.

Marinette Dupain- Cheng:

A strong, brave, and kind woman. She is often seen in the story as a girl who, no matter what, makes her own decisions. She lives with her brother and was raised without parents. Fashion designer who also loves to create art. She is skilled at making plans and considers all of her options. She enjoys horseback riding and has an angelic singing voice. Originally thinks Adrien is charming and falls in love with him, but she afterwards learns that he too has a rebellious side. She adores and deeply cares for her brother. She is quite gorgeous yet typically dresses simply. She has a great love for kids and is quite sweet to them.

Siddharth Dupain-Cheng:

Marinette's elder brother whom she loves very much. He is very smart, headstrong, and fearless. He is very cute and handsome although most of the time he does not like to show off that much. Treats his sister like a treasure and will do anything for her. Understands people a lot and tries to do good deeds for them. He works as a librarian. His hobbies are dancing, reading stories, and gymnastics. He is very gentle and soft from the inside but tough and bold from the outside. Does not believe in true love since he has never had any feelings for anyone. This changes when he falls in love with Ashi and he loves her more than anything. Knows about Ashi's past and helps her in the mission. Loves to listen to music and he is very good at cooking. Very sweet to the poor people. 

Adrien Agreste:

He is a very kind, honest, and energetic type of personality. Loves nature and animals although most of the time he is supposed to be busy. Good at playing the piano and loves to dance. Does not care about popularity and wants to be kind to others. Down to earth and humble. He is Ashi's childhood best friend even though he does not want to marry her. Falls in love with Marinette a very different character from him but he is so soft-hearted to her. Very handsome and charming so girls drool over him but he already loves Marinette as his true love. Parents are Emile Agreste and Gabriel Agreste. They are strict but love him so much.
