#After Few Months#

"You told me that you are not the last one to get married in your gang." My wife whom I got married to just a few days back asked looking at me.

"Yeah!" I replied nodding at her as I bragged near everyone that I am not the last one like they expected me to be.

"But they both are definitely married." She mumbled pointing at the famous couple in my gang who made everyone run a marathon with their ups and downs for sure with our minds.

Kalyan and his wife who just took a picture with us turned to look at the said couple my wife is talking about.

"Don't worry, Mihi! I will wake you up tomorrow and will even pack some food for lunch." Abhi assured her as he kept on thinking about her work.

"But you will be tired of doing that. Is it fine?" she asked frowning and he nodded smiling while adjusting her hair and the flowers properly as they are about to take a picture with us.

"Only they are left, right?" Rekha's husband asked as he took the initiative to click the pictures and we all sighed nodding.

They are supposed to be the first one to take a picture with us but somehow they ended up being the last as Abhi kept on stopping her to adjust her attire first and then the jewelry and now her hair.

My wife and I decided to have a small reception and right now it's our friend's time and her friends are too fast as they are the first ones to finish the photoshoot with us.

"You had the favorite curry of yours? I wanted to eat with you but Rekha pulled me away to talk to Vikesh's wife." Mihi mumbled shaking her head and I realize they even forget we can hear them right now.

"Of course! You pointed it out with your eyes while passing me, right. That's why I found out and had it." Abhi smiled and she smiled back.

"Guys! What if they both already got married secretly and are right now pretending to be just boyfriend and girlfriend?" I asked them frowning after getting that thought.

"Impossible! Abhi would tell me at least before doing that." Rakesh commented and we all turned to stare at this couple.

"Says the one who got registered marriage last week without informing us except for Abhi and Mihi and gave a small party later. Only they both are your friends?" I asked frowning at them.

"It's okay! We need to see whether these both are already married or not." My wife pointed out and everyone laughed hearing those words.

"You got a perfect match, Vikesh. She is more curious than you." Rekha mumbled while I smiled at my wife after hearing her words though.

"We can't guess with them at all. They may be just in a relationship but pretending like a married couple or already married but pretending to be in a relationship. They both are a high-level pretending couple." I explained and she slowly nodded.

"At least stop thinking about us on your special day, Vikesh." Mihi commented and they both finally decided we all are good enough to give us some attention.

"When will you get married? My wife thinks you both are already married." I asked frowning at them.

"Please! You all ran into marriages as if it's a competition. We want to take our time as we recently got together. We need to at least wait a year right." Mihi pointed out while smiling at Abhi who is nodding at her.

"He will accept even if you say let's get married when you are a sixty-year-old couple." Rekha mumbled shaking her head.

"Just got back together? Uff! These both still knows how to fry our brains." I mumbled frowning.

"Leave them, Vikesh! It is better to go with their flow instead of thinking about their words. Just think of them as a married couple and there is no difference at all." Kalyan assured me.

"Is that why you are always cool like this?" Rekha asked him raising her eyebrow.

"Of course! My husband always thinks cooly without worrying much." His wife shrugged and we all looked at each before laughing after seeing his shy expression for his wife's words.

"Let's take the picture!" Abhi mumbled and we nodded before they both stood with us and got a picture taken.

After that, we all stood in one frame before asking the cameraman who is the one taking actual pictures of the reception to take a picture of our whole gang and also from Rekha's husband's camera so that we need not wait for these pictures.

I know a short Epilogue but I really felt the last one was enough somehow and adding more may ruin the feeling... 

Thank you so much everyone for being a part of this story and helping me to be back on track with writing as the first aim from this story was to check my writing after two months gap but this became more than what I expected it to be at first and that's because of you guys...

I will be updating the new story I started recently... So, let's meet there and hopefully you will enjoy it too...

P.s: I was sad earlier that I took a year to complete don't leave me 3 but this one I completed within one month one week... as the first chap was on 24th June :P Finally! I met my past self :D

And I didn't make Rekha and Kalyan as a couple is because it's okay... Kalyan may felt Rekha is the one but she didn't felt that and just because Abhi rejected her doesn't mean she needs to go and fall for Kalyan as she saw him as a friend and it is fine to be just friends... As for Kalyan, he knows the result of the crush part from the beginning and still just proposed just because he didn't want ignore it but he is fine with the memories... There is no need for them to be a couple as they can find happiness by themselves... I wanted that to be different and that's why I made it like this :)
