*Mihira Pov*

"Are you okay now?" I asked glancing at her as she is no longer reluctant to join the table for lunch.

"Yeah! But these days I finally realized how you must have felt when I forced you to join them." She mumbled glancing at me.

"Then I got my revenge then." I teased but she shook her head.

"Don't worry! I should actually thank you for forcing me like that otherwise I would have missed on so many things." I assured her and we both reached the place but they were late today.

"We don't have any classes today. Why don't we go and watch a movie? Tomorrow is already a holiday." She said checking the messages regarding the lecturer being absent for today which canceled his classes.

I nodded at her while thinking whether to do what she is saying or should I contact Swapnil Sir as we need to have another session and this time I will be the one to teach him the aspects I learned during holidays.

"Even I want to join you guys. What about you Kalyan?" We both got startled hearing Vikesh voice and found them standing near us.

"Sure! I am bored with all these classes too. Let's skip them. Anyone else who wants to join?" Kalyan asked glancing at Rakesh and he nodded.

"Then it's settled! We will go after the lunch break." Vikesh said smiling at us before sitting down while I am still on the process of thinking whether to go or not.

"Wait! Why didn't you ask me?" Abhi asked sitting beside me while staring at Vikesh.

"You want to skip your classes?" Rekha asked him frowning and he shrugged before glancing at me.

"I am still thinking about whether I should meet my Mentor or go to watch the movie." I commented deciding to ignore their discussion.

"What a change that Sir brought in your life, Mihi. You were supposed to be the one to always drag us to the theatre." Vikesh commented and I shrugged while opening the message box.

"You need to come with us." Suddenly Abhi took my phone away while dropping those words and everyone stared at him in shock.

"All of us need to go together. It's been so long since we all went somewhere and aren't we being typical by just meeting every day during lunch break." He added clearing his throat.

"I don't think Rekha can join us though. Right?" I asked glancing at her hoping she join us which she did after hearing my words.

"What was that? Don't take my phone away like that again." I warned him in a whisper when everyone was busy discussing which movie to watch and he completely ignored my words.

I glared at him and decided to ignore him in return. After we reached the parking lot, I sat behind Kavitha which caused him to glare at me but I showed him clearly that I am ignoring him completely.

"Why are we using so many vehicles? It is very harmful to the environment." Hearing those words from his mouth made me nearly laugh but I controlled my expression before asking Kavitha to just drive.

When we reached the mall, it was packed for sure but still, we were able to reach the spot on time and I decided to go and book tickets before everyone reach.

*Kavitha Pov*

"Where is she?" Abhilash asked the moment everyone reached the spot I informed them through the message.

"She went to book our tickets." I replied feeling startled with the way he approached.

"I will go and help her." Saying that he just walked off and we all stared at his back in confusion.

"Don't you think..." I started and Vikesh completed saying, "Something is wrong with both of them."

"Maybe their feelings are getting stronger. We all knew that they like each other but are stupid to notice themselves." Kalyan said shrugging.

"Yeah! Until when will they behave this blindly? They are our friends but their antics are really disturbing. He will say that he just went to help his best friend. Even we are his friends but he never tried to help us with booking tickets." Vikesh commented.

"Why are you all being this nosy?" Rekha mumbled looking away from the way they both went.

"Aren't you feeling frustrated with their selective blindness towards their feelings? We need to help them as their friends." Vikesh said with a determined tone and we all waited for his plan.

"Jealousy! It is the best way for these both." I commented and he nodded considering it.

"Mihi will think too much if it is directed towards her. Let's target Abhi as he is instinctive with his actions." Kalyan devised the plan.

"We even have a helping character with us." Vikesh added and I smiled realizing who is it.

"Her Mentor!" Rakesh and I said at the same time and we both cleared our throats to ignore the awkward moment.

"They are returning and look at the way they are flirting. It should be settled today." Vikesh whispered and we all stopped discussing.

As Abhi is trying to take the popcorn she just bought from her hands, Mihira is dodging his hands while glaring at him. Are they actually flirting? I thought and glanced at Vikesh with a doubtful look and I found Rakesh showing the same expression.

We both looked away and walked into the screen as it is already time for the movie to start. Somehow they both ended up sitting together at the beginning after sending all of us to sit.

"See? Let's go to Mihi's house after the movie. You suggest that idea." Vikesh whispered and I nodded at him believing his words for now as I am still not sure whether they both are ready to acknowledge their feelings.

*Abhilash Pov*

"What are you doing?" she asked in a serious tone and even though it's dark, I can feel her glare.

"They can't find out in this dark." I whispered not releasing her hand and pulled her closer but she continued to get her hand released and we stopped fidgeting when Rekha made an irritated noise and she is actually sitting beside Mihi.

After that, she let me hold her hand without fidgeting anymore and I smiled while thanking Rekha in my head.

I thought of spending time with her after the movie finished at her place and have a word regarding this mentor thing as it is becoming too much and I am feeling jealous.

However, Kavitha suddenly suggested we should spend some time at Mihi's house together as it's been so long and that's how we all ended up in Mihi's room after leaving the theatre and she again sat behind Kavitha.

"Oh! I forgot to give you guys something." Kalyan suddenly said before taking out a box from his bag and we all stared at the dessert he brought.

"You made it, right?" Mihi asked taking one from the box before any of us can react to it.

"Yeah! You liked them that day when you came to my house, right?" he asked back and she nodded while everyone started to dig in.

"There are some snacks in the kitchen. You don't like desserts, right." She commented when I am the only one to sit quietly without touching the box.

"I will also come with you." Rekha said joining me which caused me to pause but then I nodded before leaving the room to get the snacks.

"Are you still angry at me for being hard on Mihira?" she asked the moment we reached the kitchen.

"I am confused more than angry at that topic." I replied after understanding her question.

"Truth to be told, I am being childish because I know after I confessed you actually called her out. I don't know whether you told her or not but her gaze felt different after that. It felt embarrassing and I was angry at you more than her but somehow she became the scapegoat. I understand a few more things which you are trying to hide and that's why I still need time to accept all this even though all this time I thought I am already okay with all that. Is it possible to accept that?" she asked in a serious tone and I understand what is she trying to say.

"I can't control your thoughts but I don't want you to hurt her in any way." I mumbled and she nodded hearing those words.

After that we walked back towards the room and paused near the door hearing the conversation between them.

"So, your Mentor is really good at teaching?" Vikesh asked clearing his throat.

"Of course! I think no one can beat him and he deserves to be a full-time lecturer already. I can listen to his lectures all day." She replied with a proud look on her face and I controlled my expression before sitting beside her where Rekha sat earlier.

"He is very handsome too." Kavitha commented and she nodded eagerly to those words.

"Yeah! He is super handsome and with that cold eye contact. You guys saw him too, right?" She asked looking at others and took out the last bit of dessert left.

"It seems like Mihi really has a crush on him." Rakesh commented glancing at her and if he also feels the same then it is not just in my thoughts.

"Maybe! I will eat it if no one wants." She mumbled before placing it in her mouth and I turned to face her before placing my hand at the back of her head and pushed her closer to bite off the piece of dessert in her mouth while pecking her lips for a second.

I leaned back while she stared at me with wide eyes still with the other piece in her mouth and I chewed the piece I just took.

"You are good at cooking the desserts, Kalyan." I commented turning back to take a bite from the snacks but felt her fists on my shoulder while everyone is still looking at us in shock.

"Stop hitting me." I mumbled pushing her hands away but she just continued.

"How... hit him more, Mihira. How can he do this without her permission? I know you like her but you should confess before doing such stuff." Kavitha glared at me after covering her expression.

Along with her everyone passed glares and I sighed before finally pushing her hands away and placed my hand around her shoulder before pulling her into my arms.

"She is already my girlfriend and we are sorry that we didn't inform you guys sooner." I commented and that made them give the shocked looks that stayed a longer time than the earlier one.

"You both were hiding it? From when?" Kalyan asked looking at us as he was the first one to recover along with Rekha.

"Officially after the trip but we were in kind of a relationship three months before the trip." I replied as Mihi is still in the process of accepting the fact that we are caught.

She is going to be so mad if any of them gives her a hard time hiding it for sure. I don't want that in our lives for sure as our relationship is still at the starting stage.

"Be angry at me as it is because of my earlier attitude regarding my past relations caused her to be wary and needed time to accept it." I added looking at everyone.

"I kind of felt it but never thought it began that long back." Rekha commented while shaking her head with a smile.

"And here we were planning how to get both of you to confess to each other but we are the one to be fooled." Vikesh mumbled and he seems upset too.

"You didn't even tell me." Rakesh and Kavitha commented but that is directed separately for Mihi and I.

"You were first lost in your relationship and then break up. We wanted to tell everyone at a time." I commented while Mihi pushed my hand away before turning towards Kavitha.

She opened her mouth to talk only to cough realizing she didn't chew the bit in her mouth all this time and everyone started laughing at her antics forgetting everything else.

"I am sorry! I was not sure whether he really likes me or just a passing attraction like earlier ones. I would have told you first." She assured Kavitha and hugged her.

"Fine! But you need to tell me everything later." Kavitha mumbled releasing her.

"Even we want to hear. When did this happen and how did it happen?" Vikesh asked leaning forward.

"All I can say is that it happened when she was about to confess to that Ajay." I commented and they again looked a bit shocked but not like earlier.

"I guessed it right at that time." They continued to talk and I glanced at Mihi who is still glaring at me while I smiled sweetly at her before holding her hand in front of them.

By the way the pre-climax for prologue is going to start soon... all the happy days are done and now the seriousness will start... i will try to minimize it as much as possible...
