Despite having bad experiences with some Libras (my annoying little brother and my even more annoying Libra cousin), I have this to present to you guys!

She was pretty much one of the easiest (next to Pisces) to make. Libra is this very social, romantic girl that is liked by lots of people. Although she already has her own hand of people swooning over her, she still acts like a childish hopeless romantic that may be intentionally oblivious to her harem. Buuut she can be really caring and mature if she wants to. Amiright duuuuuuuuude?
