Drew this a week ago and I gotta say this is one of the few drawings that I'm actually proud of. Title based on my cousin's comment of "extravagant clothing" in this sketch.

This is just edited a little so that the lines look clearer, may the gods bless my soul of I tried tracing without my eraser *screams*
